About the hotel:
Great location, but poor surroundings when leaving the hotel, hotel level below 2 stars, old and worn out, ants in the room, ants and flies in the dining area, only one restaurant, poor breakfast, no playgroung for kids, only one swimming pool, the people was very friendly and helpful

The booking service was perfect, pick up car in due time, even the flight was delayed alot

Hotel hat schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Gewisse Unterhaltsarbeiten sind zwingend notwendig (Peninsula Pool Villa 801). Staff war freundlich.

About the hotel:
poor quality for the price. staff unfriendly and unhelpful. small ants in 3rd floor room which covered any food we placed on the counters within minutes of it being there suggesting a cleanliness problem. food in restaurant overpriced and poor quality. buffet breakfast poor service (rinsing out USED mugs in view of customers) to then give these mugs out again straight away. generally poor service considering we were paying 2800BT (ish) per night. the worst value for money which we found throughout a 4 week stay on samui/phangan. we stayed in approx 6 different hotels (some budget, some high end). Q signature was the second most expensive out of the 6, yet the worst customer service and the worst quality.

About the hotel:
Thankyou for a fabulous stay. The resort was above expectations and the staff extremely helpful, fun and nothing appeared too much trouble. Nice. Location is great, plenty of facilities close by. Would happily stay with you again.

About the hotel:
We arrived in the evening so didn t have a great view until the following day. Our room was spacious and clean. We had a balcony with sea view. Although classed as a 5* the decor and interiors were a bit tired (our fly door kept breaking, umbrellas by the pool were torn and there were not enough beach towels). However, the service from the staff was impeccable. Spa, reception, Activity Centre and breakfast staff were always friendly and helpful and we were definitely spoilt. If we go back to Koh Samui we ll stay here.

I changed to this hotel due to friends staying here too. I lost my deposit via Sawadee for another hotel, but Ann was great and sorted everything out for me via email. All very smoothly operated.

About the hotel:
The hotel complex itself was average and not worthy of a 5 star hotel. The staff are friendly and happy to help as they all are in Thialand. The standard room was nice with good AC. We had a few cocktails which were made with little effort of sparkle. We have had better for less money in Samui. There were a lot of families staying at the resort which was not expected and due to the design of the fantastic pool there was no peace an quiet. The pool towels were taty. Over all I would give it a 3 out of 10. We had a look at the private villas with a pool. What they don t tell you is that there are three other private villas which share the same private pool. therefore its not private. Food for thought.

About the hotel:
Very nice hotel with good restaurant and amenities. We stayed in Peninsula Pool villa ( 2 beds + own pool) - it was great. Hotel is at far eastern end of beach ( beach here is not as good as in middle of Cheongmon beach where sand is finer and water clearer) and you need to cross some shallow water/rocks ( or use the longer route of the road) to get to middle of Choengmon beach. However, it has fab views from the restaurant + main pool and I would definitely consider staying there again.

Good - I was concerned that as price of villa I had booked had increased significantly since hotel was taken over by Q signature and this may mean we got an inferior villa . However I need not have worried - fab villa at a great price with no problems.

About the hotel:
The hotel was very nice, well above standard and was extremely good value for money. The staff were so friendly and helpful, we really couldn t fault them and the service we received. We were there for 10 days for our honeymoon and enjoyed every second. We definately recommend that this hotel is visited.

About the hotel:
We booked two of the Pool Villas. They were a good size and excellent price (approx $AUS200 per night per villa). Very good if you are travelling with friends and want your own pool. Friendly staff although had some minor issues (eg had to go out and buy our own mocquito coils as the resort did not have any and we got bitten alive sitting outside at sunset). The pool villas have a lovely view out over the ocean, except for pool villa # 206 which is under # 207 and does not have a view. The resort is away from the action and the cost of a taxi or car was anywhere from THB400-500 (about $AUS12-15 at the time) no matter where we went. The spa was very good although obviously it was more expensive to get a massage there than simply getting a massage on Chaweng beach. The beach outside the resort in very rocky and swimming at low tide involves scambling over sharp rocks. But the private pool was great and we spent most of our time there. Overall I would recommend the resort for a group of people who want to stay in the one villa or mutliple villas with a private pool.
