Arayaburi Boutique Resort, Samrong Bay Lovely aspect- lovely rooms - quiet and self contained. The service was good. Restaurant was absolutely dreadful - the only thing we could come up with was that it was the slow season and there was no chef? So we would recommend taking the shuttle to one of the shop/restaurant areas. We did not swim in the ocean as there was no sea life in the rock pools and they were full of sludge which was disappointing and probably due to infrastructure not keeping up with the large amount of new building on the island. |

Arayaburi Boutique Resort, Samrong Bay Very nice situated hotel, rooms are spacious, nice garden & beach. Staff is not that attentive, food is mediocre, breakfast ok, but Thai soups and curries very boring. |
Booking Service did work very well for us. |

Arayaburi Boutique Resort, Samrong Bay Arayaburi Resort is a very quiet peaceful resort with access to a lovely beach which is fairly private . The rooms are well appointed with ample facilities ie a full size fridge. Staff are very attentive towards guests and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is a buffet with food for all tastes. Housekeeping staff are very thoughtful as our person brought us wild flowers every day which wich was a very nice personal touch. We stayed for 16 days and enjoyed every day. We would recommend this resort for anyone wanting to chill. The resort is fairly remote so some form of transport may be needed if you wanted to explore the Island, we hired a small Jeep from the resort which suited our purposes. The hotel transport goes to Chawaeng several times a day which you have to pay for. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return. |
Very easy and helpful. We had to add days once we were in Thailand and this was done in a matter of minutes which was much appreciated. We were also informed that we then qualified for 4 free days accommodation which was refunded immediately. Thank You |

Arayaburi Boutique Resort, Samrong Bay April -07.A little bit unpersonal but good service. Nice looking beach but a little diificult to swim in the sea becuase of rocks and the sea a litlle rough. Pool very good for the children. Comfortable beach house. A bit off the road so you have to plan for shopping trips etc. |

Arayaburi Boutique Resort, Samrong Bay Very nice hotel with spacious bungalows, large refrigerators and safetybox. A bit off but hotelbus 100 Baht/person to Chaweng beach one way (20 minutes). Beutifully situated restaurant overlooking the bay, 150 m sandbeach. Rocks under water, a little difficult to enter sea at low water. Staff very friendly. Left for Samui Natien Hotel at Chaweng beach but fled back to this oasis after 2 nights.. Good prices for rooms, only hotelrestaurant availible, hence higher prices than in Chaweng. But alltogether I highly recommend this hotel!! |

Arayaburi Boutique Resort, Samrong Bay We enjoyed the quiet location of the resort. We rented a motorbike, which gave us the freedom to explore other parts of the island. The beach is quite rocky, but peaceful. The food in the restaraunt was good, but you will find more variety and full price range away from the resort. Our Superior Villa was clean and very quiet. The staff was very helpful, especially the front desk, who arranged with Thai Airways to change our fligh at the last minute. If you want an affordable and peaceful escape away from the crowds, this is the place. We would recommend this resort to others. |
Booking was fast and without any surprises or hidden fees. |

Arayaburi Boutique Resort, Samrong Bay If you are looking for a quiet place to relax, read that best seller everyone is talking about, or rediscover romance, this is the resort for you. I stayed in the Grand Deluxe Villas, and they are definitely worth the extra money. Front row, on the beach (villas # 101, 103, 105, 106 offer the best views), and close to the pool and restaurant. Chaweng beach and shopping district is 10 minutes away by taxi/hotel shuttle. Food in restaurant is good, and staff are very friendly and attentive. If you want gourmet food, Chaweng has some better restaurants but you might need reservations. Not a party resort. If you want that, book a hotel on Phuket, or in Chaweng. Ocean bay has calm waters, great for swimming, sea kayaking. Tours of island and other activites available through local tour groups, information available in the lobby. There is an Arayaburi hotel in Chaweng, so make sure taxi driver knows you re going to Arayaburi Resort on Samrong Bay. No problem getting there, 10 minute ride from airport. There is a 300 Baht departure tax at Samui Airport that we were not aware of (thought only international departures had to pay tax, but all passengers have to pay). Would definitely go back there, and recommend this resort to friends. |
Booking and payments were very easy. I needed to change dates after initial booking, contacted sawadee.com and received email confirmation of my request within 12 hours. Make sure to bring confirmation voucher to hotel for check-in, that s how they get reimbursed from sawadee. |

Arayaburi Boutique Resort, Samrong Bay Nice hotel with nice welcome, we had a deluxe house with great view ,clean room, nice bed.we recommend the deluxe beach cottage you pay a little more but get a lot more. pool was ok only not enough beds private beach swimming is difficult when there is low tide. Taxi to chaweng beach is 300 bath one way. Breakfast, lunch, dinner is very good with good service but you pay a bit more |

Arayaburi Boutique Resort, Samrong Bay The hotel was superb. We stayed for 2 nights and nearly stayed for longer. We were looking at trying to find a place that was peaceful and away from the hussle and bustle, and we found that here. The bungalow we had was spacious and comfortable adn not too far from the beach. The staff were helpful and polite and we would definitely stay here again. |
No problems whatsoever, we had confirmation almost straight away. |

Arayaburi Boutique Resort, Samrong Bay Clean, quiet and relaxing. Everything went smoothly from airport pick-up to airport drop-off. Also value for money considering another resort we stayed at. Happy to stay there again should we go back to Koh Samui. |
All went smoothly with no problems, as it should, of course. Look forward to using Sawadee again. |

Arayaburi Boutique Resort, Samrong Bay The Hotel is located at a very nice beach. All villas are spaciaous and scattered amidst a well kept garden. This is much nicer than most resorts on the main beaches of Samui where the villas are packed together. The staff was very friendly. We had a really good time there which is also why we extended our original stay by 5 nights. |
No problems with booking on sawadee.com. The only improvement could be instant confirmation and payment. Having to wait about 30 minutes until you receive the confirmation email and payment details is kind of a hassle. |

Arayaburi Boutique Resort, Samrong Bay very very nice, bungalow are clean and big size. nice food, nice people and good small beach very quite. some stone under the sea but the water is clear and you can see it. I visit the island and i don t like it very much, we like snork and dive, and there is nothing to see at ko samui, better to stay at ko tao. So I don t recommand ko samui, but if you go to ko samui, one of the best choice is this hotel |
like the other time, no problem with sawadee |

Arayaburi (former Samui Bay View Village, Samrong Bay Really enjoyed this place. It was quiet and the massages were magic. First impression was what a dump from the front driveway and then it improved. I would recommend rubber shoes to wear in the beach for those stray rocks. The room was comfortable once the air-conditioning kicked in. No complaints about the shower. Airport pickup was no problems. Some language difficulties but no rudeness. Would reccomend it. A perfect start. |
Efficient. Have used it twice now with no hiccups. |

Ayaburi (former Samui Bay View Village), Samrong Bay Excellent ,beautiful location with nice & big villa. The staff was very friendly with best service. Nice ,clean beach with showers and good for swimming and snorkeling (only at low tide use as usual in the water caution & human sense due to rocks and cliffs). Will come again to this quite place! |
Very friendly & smooth |

Ayaburi (former Samui Bay View Village), Samrong Bay a very nice ressort, with reasonable prices and we enjoyed it.But some small hints: - change all pictures in internet and advertisement as they are very old and don t show the present conditions and situation. - some more efforts in keeping the garden area, pool area and beach more clean would hepl a lot. - breakfast could have some more often changes, especially if you stay for 12 days like we did. The so called juice offered, tasts terrible. - all staff very friendly but only poor engl. language knowledge especially in restaurant. - very good service of reception staff and drivers. - nice bungalows , well sized with good furniture. bathroom could have some minor renovation. -good and quite place to relax. |
everything was easy, smooth and correct.Thank you, I can recommend your service very much. |

Samui Bay View Village, Samrong Bay Very nice and quiet hotel. Superb bungalows for low price. Friendly staff but sometimes lazy! Service and food in restaurant could be better. Great shuttle service to Chaweng 3 times a day! All in all very nice holidays! I would book this hotel again. |
very fast answers! Just perfekt, everything was ok! |

Samui Bay View Village, Samrong Bay The hotel is at the far north of Koh Samui and thus one should have a car. The beach is nice but swimming is not possible due to rocks and corals in the water. We both were a little injured trying to do so. Thus one is limited to the pool which is ok. We had a beach bungalow and it was nice though not perfect. Due to little spaces between windows and concrete mosquitoes came in every day and we had to use spray which was provided free of charge on demand from the hotel. Service was good and most of the time very friendly. One evening there was no one in the hotel restaurant speaking English and we had trouble ordering. Shuttle bus provided 3 time a day for 50 Baht to Chaweng. No way to get a taxi near the hotel so better rent a car! Conclusion: We will not return due to the beach (water) as we love swimming in the ocean. Better book the Fair House Resort in Chaweng Noi (was booked out this year). If they (or the nearby Everson Resort) take the rocks/corals out of the water it would be a quite and nice resort. |
booking worked fine and we had no problems with debit nor voucher |

Samui Bay View Village, Samrong Bay This was a very quiet hotel, with beautiful sunrises and attentive staff. It is away from the busy beaches and was just perfect for our anniversary trip. The food at the restaurant was good and the staff was very helpful throughout the hotel. I would recommend it to others seeking a peaceful get away. |
