Recently open on Lamai Beach, one of the most attractive beaches on Samui Island where soft, white sands lie for miles reflecting the indigo sea, Surat Palm Resort is already perfectly located. The bungalows are selective either by the seaside or the canal, wholly wooden built, blending in well with mother nature and its tropical environment.
About the hotel: It was the worst bungalow ever! I booked it through a webbsite, a bungalow with fan and GARDEN VIEW, but when we arrived, we got a bungalow with fan but our view was terrible! It was a river with lots of garbage and it smelled shit!!!!!!! I said that to the reception but the didn´t cared. We were there for 3 days, they cleaned our room only once and it was because I told them to do that! The bungalow costs 900 Baht, but because I booked it through internet it was only 650 Baht! And it was definetely not worth it. No tv, no hot water, nothing. Only fan and bed. Our friends got a much better bungalow at Bill resort for only 400 Baht and it was with tv, hot water, swimmingpool, almost in the center of Ko Samui.
About the hotel: It was very pleasant stay with decent authentic bungalow, all the services provided were good, staff was very helpful. Especiall the massages on the beach :-)
About the reservation service: It was all good, also the ability to use the credit card on the spot was pleasant.

About the hotel: a nice accomodation, especially the see view bungalows. the bungalows were big enough, (but the beds were too strong for us). the personal were very friendly and helpfully. we can recommend it for people who prefer nature more than luxus.
About the hotel: Service was friendly and the food was great, but the room and bathroom were a bit rugged. A toad was in the bathroom each morning and there were bugs on the wood floor. Great location on the beach though!
About the hotel: We think that he resort is on the best part of Lamai, not too close and not too far from the center, the bungalows are simple but practical and clean, garden is very nice, staff very friendly, helpful and smiley, beach is very nice. Very very good time spent in Surat Palm Resort! Thanks.
About the hotel: I like this place. Stayed here twice and will propably stay here again. The beachfront bungalows are great. Friendly and helpfull staff.

About the hotel: i stay 9 day at surat,sincerly i stay only in the nigt for sleep,because the see is no good,i prefer budda beach at 15 minute of motorbike,the place is nice but i prefer other part of island
and madam of resort charge 3% of visa feed so stay avay do not pay whit credit card!and i have book for ac room in the site brekfast is included but when i ask this madam say me that not are included stay away

About the hotel: Almost 40 bucks for simpliest bungalow with smelly walls and wet bathroom. Too hot at days and at nights (fan doesn t help). Beach is dirty and swimming is unpleasant.
On the other hand, it s a good and cheap choice for Lamai beach. Very good and cheap restaurant is near (and it s not a common thing on Samui). Ocean as near as it s possible. Stuff is friendly and helpful.
