Entfernungen:
Zum Flughafen sind es 15 km (ca. 20 Minuten); die Inselhauptstadt und zugleich das empfehlenswerte und preisgunstigste Einkaufszentrum Nathon erreichen Sie in ca. 5 Minuten (ca. 4 km) ; im Touristenzentrum Chaweng (Nachtleben) sind sie in ca. 20 Minuten. Auf der RingstraBe fahren in kurzen Abstanden preiswerte Insel-Taxis (Sangtheos) in beide Richtungen.

Alle Hauser sind im Halbkreis um den unmittelbar am Palmenstrand gelegenen Designerpool angeordnet.

Die Anlage
Die Anlage besteht aus acht wunderschonen und durchgangig im Thaistil erbauten, luxurios eingerichteten und ausgestatteten Privathausern. Bau, Ausstattung und Technik entsprechen besten westlichen Standards.

Die hinteren Hauser ( Nr. 2-7 ) haben zusatzlich noch eine besonders attraktive Suntop. oder Mondscheinterrasse uber der eigentlichen Hauptterrasse.

Two big bedrooms both with bathrooms en suite provide ample Sleeping space for five persons. Sleeping space for two more persons is provided in the living area with extra wc/washroom for guests. Whether as tenant or owner you can enjoy the finest of Thai architecture combined with the highest standard of western amenities and comfort.

Sie ladt zum Traumen ein und ermoglicht einen faszinierenden Blick uber den tropischen Blumen und Palmengarten hin zum Sandstrand und Meer. Da die hinteren Hauser jeweils einen Meter hoher als die vorausgehenden sind, haben Sie von jedem Haus eine perfekte Sicht zum Pool und - besonders wichtig - zum Strand und Meer.

The apartments on garden level of the villas 4 and 5 (three bedrooms, four bathrooms and a big living area are good for 1 to 8 persons ) make it possible to reach the pool and the beach without stairways. Inside you will find luxurious Thai style built-in furniture and the same top standard equipment as in the upper villa-floor.

Im Zentrum des Halbkreises der Hauser und damit unmittelbar vor dem Palmenstrand liegt ein bildschon gestalteter 13 mal 18 m groBer Pool mit Barhockern, Wasserfall und Fontanen.

Zum Wohlfuhlen tragt ein integrierter Whirlpool mit 3.60m Durchmesser bei. Allergikern wird besonders angenehm auffallen, daB die hohe Sauerstoffzufuhr nur einen geringen Zusatz an Chlor erforderlich macht.

Nearby are several restaurants providing Thai, Japanese, Vietnamese and, of course, top European cuisine. There is a small local supermarket where you can buy a selection of basic grocery household goods. Bigger and cheaper supermarkets in Nathon. A cheap but good laundry is just aside of ROYAL LIVING
