Fabulous place to stay. The most relaxed atmosphere we have ever experienced and the staff are all friendly and attentive. We stayed in 308 (a pool villa) is was fantastic. White, fine sand beach a few steps away. Supposed to be the rainy season but we had only a couple of overcast days and still got a good tan. Hugely recommend this place and we will visit again.

Très bon hôtel. La direction et le personnel très sympathiques. Par contre la musique au bord de la piscine et la plage ainsi qu au restaurant est beaucoup trop forte,non supportable.

This is a great little hotel. We stayed in the Deluxe rooms, which are newer than the others. They are in a building (with a few steep steps!) but are nice, and ours (on the top floor) had a great view, comfortable beds, and a huge bathroom, as well as a personal safe. These are the better rooms I think as many of the others opened out onto the main walkway to the reception/restaraunt/pool area which people would walk by all the time. They were very helpful and the hotel was right in the middle of everything. Would stay there again!

it was our 4th stay at Montien House and we have had the deluxe rooms on the second floor. It was like last time a great vacation the rooms was suitable furnitured and clean. The breakfast was good especially the thai foods. The restaurant in the night was great too.

good service - the advance payment is a little to high and offers non discount for the long time the agent can work with the money.

Nice Hotel, Everything went fine Pick UP Services, Laundry Service and so on. The Sea in Front of the Hotel was not that nice. But a few Meter away the water was far morge Better.

We spent a very nice time in the pool villa. Breakfast staff was especially helpful. The cleaning-woman as well. What I didnt appreciate so much, was, when we checked out we went to another resort in Koh Samui, and they suddenly didnt want to organise transportation for me and my child. This attitude is not very profesional.

The spacious bedroom is well furnished and is available as a twin or double bed arrangement. An extra bed can be added for a small charge. All standard rooms feature a sitting area set in an outdoor terrace. The rooms are located in the lush gardens of the resort and are ideal for young couples and those who want essential, yet comfortable rooms during their holiday.

:: SUPERIOR BUNGALOWS ::

Our superior cottages feature detached bungalows nestled in a tropical garden. Each cottage has its own terrace surrounded by plants and flowers, ensuring privacy and discretion. All the rooms are air conditioned and have bathrooms offering a hot shower as well as a fridge and satellite T.V.

:: BEACHFRONT ::

There are two beachfront cottages at Montien house, located just a few meters from the beautiful, white sand of the beach. One of them is adjoined to one of the cottages which makes it ideal for families, of those wanting inside access, for elderly companions perhaps. The spacious terrace, which extends around the side to the front of the cottage is great for relaxing, picnicing etc.

The deluxe rooms are furnished to a very high standard and are available as a twin or double bed arrangement. An extra bed can be added for a small charge. There are 14 deluxe rooms on the resort.

Our suites rooms are housed in a separate building to one side of the resort. With it own dedicated entrance, the suite rooms offer privacy and discretion. The suite rooms are furnished to a very high standard and quality and are available as a twin or double bed arrangement. An extra bed can be added for a small charge.

:: SUNRISE SUITE ::

This exclusive suite was named after the spectacular sunrise views that can be seen from the terrace at day break. It offers a wonderful honeymoon hideaway as well as an ideal setting for a tropical wedding. With its spacious terrace that can accommodate up to twelve persons, it is the ideal place for any celebrations that you might want to have. The interior is furnished to a very high standard featuring Oriental style furniture. It has an elegant four poster bed set on teak floors and is full air-conditioned offering a safety deposit box, fridge, and satellite T.V.

There is an en suite bathroom, with a large custom made sunken bath, and an open air shower surrounded by plants and flowers. The Sunrise Suite aims to give you the utmost comfort and delight, and can only be described as exquisite, beautiful and tasteful. It is located almost directly on the beach while all the amenities and attractions of Chaweng are but a short stroll away.

:: POOL VILLA ::

Our pool villas are a new addition to the resort and offers the ultimate in luxury accommodation. It is a wonderful honeymoon hideaway for couples and with its own private pool, is private and discreet. The interior is furnished to a very high standard featuring modern contemporary Thai influenced furnishing and full air-conditioning as well as a safety deposit box, fridge, and satellite T.V. There is an en suite bathroom, with a large custom made sunken bath, again, furnished to the highest quality. It is located a short distance from  the beach while all the amenities and attractions of Chaweng are but a short stroll away.
