Christopher Jones 2008-10-02	Lamai Inn 99, Lamai Beach There was nothing wrong with my stay,but I thought it was a private beach, but anyone can go on it.I paid 1500 Baht in Low season for a Seaview bungalow.Even though I enjoyed my stay there I would now not go for the Seaview room,I would Pay 900 Baht for the ordinary room,and walk 3 minutes to the Beach.The swimming pool was good,nice and clean.	No Problems.

We like to say thank you for the stay at Lamai Inn 99. Our room was a Family Suite, 2 Bedroom it was very beautiful and have a good service from all staff. We are enjoyed our visit to Thailand. Last time we were in the beach bungalow which looks like are now being renovated! We do not think the resturant is up to much unfortunately not very good value for money conpared with other resturants near by.	Booking service was great, We were really tied when we got there and they had out booking and room ready so we could walk right on in! They were all very polite and great service. I will tell others

LL 2008-08-05 until 2008-08-10	Lamai Inn 99, Lamai Beach We had a great time here- we stayed in a garden view villa that was spacious and clean. The room was cleaned daily. There was construction next to the hotel that was somewhat annoying but not too bad. The beach was beautiful- wide white sand and clear water. Lamai Inn 99 is definitely on the nicest part of Lamai Beach- the beach is not as nice further down. We enjoyed the thai massage on the beach at this hotel- the masseuses were very skilled and friendly. I would recommend this place to my friends!	Good service- no problems.

Lamai Inn 99 is in the centre, so close to restaurants/shops/hin ta, hin yai. The beach restaurants are nice in the evening. We had a garden villa and it was good for the price. The sheets, towels are changed every day and there is a good safe in the room! Would stay here again. There is security at the main entrance area to all the accommodation. Reception staff are always bickering with each other when you approach.	good

Exactly what I wanted. The staff were genuinely friendly, the hotel mopeds were very cheap, and the food if you decide to eat here, is very good. An excellent choice.	So easy, quick confirmation.

I had a small self contained bungalow which was spotlessly clean and kept that way every day. 40 metres to the beach and 2 minutes walk to all the action in the heart of Lamai. Yet it s tucked away and as such, very quiet at night. The management were extremely helpful at all times and prices for jeeps and bikes were on the money. I would recommend it unhesitatingly and will stay there again. Nick, Melbourne Australia.	Straight forward, no drama at all

Eigenes Restaurant, super Gerichte. Nachtleben mit Bars und Restaurants ) alles in der Nähe. Ein paar Typs von mir: zum Frühstücken zu Toms Backery (macht super Brötchen) und gegenüber ist Kokila Bar (auch Möglichkeiten zum trinken & essen) was aber besonders zu erwähnen ist ) Kino am Abend (beamer und LCD) aktuelle Kinofilme und ich hatte das Glück die Fussbal EM bei Kokila zu verfolgen ) SUPER. Summer Summarom ) ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt in Lamai 99, übrigens Grüsse an das Team und sehr hübsche Putzfrauen die mein Zimmer jeden Tag sauber gemacht haben ) Danke, ich hoffe ich sehe bald alle wieder. Fred Davies 2008-05-18 until 2008-05-19	Lamai Inn 99, Lamai Beach I booked a room with lamai inn over the net because the pictures, prices, and reviews seemed great. Upon arriving though I was somewhat upset.. when booking there was an option for an extra bed; to therefore sleep 3 people. But infact the rooms were to small to put in an extra bed comfortably (big main bed) so i had to sleep on a matress on the floor. Now i blame this on sawadee, or mayb the resort, as there should be no option for an extra bed or triple room.. there is no room!! The counter staff werent the nicest in making my stay comfotable, I think they should have offered the extra bed at a lower cost...since it was a matress on the floor.. but declined the notion. After searching around lamai for a triple room and doing the pricing, we just decided to stay at lamai inn and get 2 rooms, as the benefits outweighed the little cost. We stayed in the standard rooms to the left side of the resort and they were very nice, and somewhat new. Huge king bed, clean, stocked minibar, etc. nicer than the string on the right side. The beach in front was kept clean and nice, had to use the beach chairs at the rest. next door though as none were supplied; but this was no bother as you only had to buy a drink and the staff there were very nice and cute. The difference between lamai and Chaw. beaches is that lamai gets deep right away, and the other you have to walk a ways to get depth. Chaw is better scenic wise, and busier. Depends what you like.. i seen many jellyfish in Chaw as well; to note. Try the snorkelling by grandfather rock, not bad if u can find clear waters, especially in the crevises around the rock (but be careful of the crustations u dont cut yourself)	should not be an option for an extra bed, no pick up service

Our room was basic but quickly became our home over the 8 days we called it home. The hotel restaurant is nice food and good prices and the staff are all friendly and accomodating. Would recommend staying here if you are money concious as it is a good budget find.	good

I wanted a sea view room but they only had a pool view which was a shame as the sea view rooms where right on the beach. Pool area could do with being bigger but still nice. The staff all seamed nice and friendly.	On this trip I booked 6 hotels using Sawadee.com its just so easy

This resort is certainly one of the cleanest and best maintained we have ever stayed in.Could not fault the rooms, grounds or the staff who were always friendly to us.The location is just across the road from the beach and just far enough away from the main street so that it is not too noisy, although there is still an audible beat of the music in the bars going most of the night but it didn t cause us to lose any sleep.Very handy to restaurants and street vendors for food, drink etc. Would definitly stay again.	Used sawadee.com last year and as with then had no problems with any of our reservations.Very good service.
HO MEI YEE MAE 2008-01-14 until 2008-01-18	Lamai Inn 99, Lamai Beach it was a pleasant experience overall as the room was clean. Location wise it was ideal as its sandwiched btw the beach and main street which was a decent distance to walk to. Only grouse is that the nearby pub was playing hard thumping music through the night which makes sleeping difficult. In-house massage was excellent! Much better than those outside on the streets and at the same price. I would return to Lamai Inn again during my next visit.	very quick response

Enjoyed breakfast right next to the beach everday at the hotel restaurant. Also a nice pool area. One slight draw back was the noise from a nearby nightclub, but I think all the hotels in lamai could say the same. A friend of ours stayed in one of the bungalows and could not hear the noise.	Excellent booking service. No problems at all

Great location in middle of Lamai Beach which was a stone s throw from the beach. They do have a couple beachfront bungalows that were booked at the time. Good beachside restaurant with good/friendly service. Watch out for mosquitos, killed 15 of them in the room. Otherwise great place.	Booking went fine

This was the only hotel we have stayed at this trip (16 in total) which did not provide free drinking water and shampoo - at this price you would expect such amenities. Reception staff were not friendly.	good

However, the room was extremely clean and the staff very friendly in particular the male assistant at the reception counter. He had been most helpful and efficient, arriving earlier than the 7.30 am opening hour, enabling my family to get to the bus station earlier. He promptly changed my my motorcycle when I brought to his notice of the the bald tyres.	Very efficient and prompt. A plan of the hotel s location wld be helpful.

Room with hot water (produced by clean solar energy), television, fridge and in-room safe (large enough for a small notebook). Swimming pool is available, bring your own towels. Breakfast is not included, there are better restaurants in town than the hotel one. Watch for hotel-pickup at the airport.	booking ok, no problem with deposit

I was a bit worried about the low price, but the facilities are very modern and clean.The location is great,literally steps from the beach.There are some good bars nearby, and lots of restaraunts to choose from. I ll definitely stay at Lamai Inn 99 on my next visit to Samui. Just remember to take your own minibus for 150 baht.The hotel and booking service charge 400 baht.And be careful if you decide to rent a motorbike, the autos will not yield to you.	Booking was simple and easy to use. I had no problems.
