Shamsul AB 2008-10-05	Impiana Samui Resort & Spa, Chaweng Noi Beach My daughter and I had a wonderful holiday at Impiana. The most memorable experience is that the beach is uncrowded at all,except for the holidayers. With the absence of the general public we enjoyed better without being gawked at when we sunbathe. Perhaps we visited outside the peak period, the Restaurant and Spa discounts were pleasant surprise. Wonderful Impiana, enjoyable holiday. We shall return!	Quick, efficient and accurate
Redl Walter 2008-08-28	Impiana Samui Resort & Spa, Chaweng Noi Beach hotel direct on the beach,we booked standard room and it was a really poor level: streetside (very loud); after showering the bath was under water; under the sideboard was a almost moving banana!? The rest of the hotel and upgrated rooms were OK: breakfast very good,WLAN in every room, at evening live music, restaurants close to the hotel 50m. You will like it if you upgrade to superior or deluxe rooms!!	Fine and easy
Hardonk 2008-07-09 until 2008-07-12	Impiana Samui Resort & Spa, Chaweng Noi Beach Standard rooms on the site of the road. Much noice from traffic whole night long! Old rooms, must be renovated quick. But: nice beach, nice and helpfull staff, good breakfast, good restaurant, clean rooms. So book a room at the site of the beach or swimmingpool	good, fast as usual
Martin Burman 2008-07-06 until 2008-07-08	Impiana Samui Resort & Spa, Chaweng Noi Beach First stay in Samui and would recommend the hotel to anyone. Resort nice as away from main area and very good beach. Only problem is if you want to visit Chaweng the taxis are all mafia trained when it comes to their charges.	Very good service especially as changed hotel to this at the last minute.
Tatjana Barwig 2008-06-27 until 2008-06-28	Impiana Samui Resort & Spa, Chaweng Noi Beach Never again! First of all, the staff did not help at all with our luggage. After getting everything into the Lobby, the totally unfriendly staff told us, that the Hotel is refurbished and therefore we would get a footmassage and a free dinner. After that, we got our room next to the main street (!) where we could not sleep at all. A change of room was not possible. So we actually did not sleep at all. Next to that the smell of colour and the refurbishment took place until 11pm - a nightmare. Breakfast okay, sitting next to the kitchen chimney smelling a mixture of the kitchen and colour of the refurbishment. As we told the staff that we were going to leave early and needed to use the Internet they even made us pay for that - unbelievable! To make a long story short: The Hotel and its staff mae us leave from Koh Samui!	Good!
Dean Borg & MJ Samonte 2008-06-05 until 2008-06-10	Impiana Samui Resort & Spa, Chaweng Noi Beach Very nice resort, in the process of renovations. The staff are very friendly, and speak english well. The beach is clean and quiet. We had a wonderful time. I made comments to the Management regarding a few issues, and they were handled immediately. It would be unfair to pass negative comments based on one or two problems that were corrected to satisfaction. Give this resort consideration, I have been to Samui before and Impiana is good value for the price.	Excellent as usual. Booking was fast and accurate. Never a problem with Sawadee.com

This is a good choice if you are looking for a quiet stay away from the busy areas of Samui. My wife ad I had a great time and will stay here again on our next visit.	Always great service. Very fast and professional.
LISA SENOGLES 2008-03-30 until 2008-04-02	Impiana Samui Resort & Spa, Chaweng Noi Beach Lovely looking hotel, on the right part of the beach, far enough away from the noise of chaweng, close enough to grab a 5 min taxi if you want the bars etc. Hotel room was lovely & clean, nice little balcony. Rooms were being refurbished while we were there and apparently the bathrooms were much biger than the small one we had. The restaurant was really good, breakfast was excellent. I did not think much of the lunch at the beach bar, tiny portions just enough to fill a tiny hole. I am only small and not a great eater but I could have had two servings. Good all round, i did recommend and book my family & friends into the impaina at the end of their stay as a surprise. They got a better room than me!	Fantastic

Zoja van der Laan 2007-09-27 until 2007-10-04	Impiana Resort Samui, Chaweng Noi Beach Was ok! Reception works good. Rooms are big enough, bathroom too. I think the rooms need some attention. A Little bit of paint somewhere, some new tiles in the bathroom. A little bit simple to take a shower, whole bathroom is wet afterwards. Television canals fall off. But the hotel is beautiful set on the beach, breakfast is perfect, very nice staff!	good! Went fast!

Wencke Linsel 2007-04-05 until 2007-04-10	Impiana Resort Samui, Chaweng Noi Beach Location is great, staff is friendly and helpfull.Rooms are nice, a bit small, but you don t spend much time inside anyway. If travelling with small kids (as we did) consider that there are a lot of steps inside the resort which is a bit of a hazzle. Overall good value for money.	Very efficient, highly recommended.
Rohit 2006-10-21 until 2006-10-25	Impiana Resort Samui, Chaweng Noi Beach What a wonderful holiday and what an amazing little resort. Impiana is bang on the beach with it s own space. The property is truly gorgeous and the staff very helpful. Although we had booked a superior room, the one we got was not so impressive and tucked away in a corner. We were immediately upgraded to a poolside room! Though that may have been because we went during off season. The food and facilities were great as well. I would give this place two thumbs up for a vacation.	All was in order. I had carried printouts of all our emails and there was no problem with the booking.
Magda Moorey 2006-08-08 until 2006-08-15	Impiana Resort Samui, Chaweng Noi Beach This was a lovely beach resort about 20 minutes from Samui airport, just after the noise of Chaweng. The staff were v friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and simple, bathrooms basic, clean but needing a refit pretty soon. view of beach from our rooms, clean sandy beach, small but lovely pool, restaurants overlooking the sea. Two restaurants in the resort but also three or four others all v reasonably priced within 1 min walk along the sand. Had to wait quite a long time on the check in day for our room to be ready even though they had our arrival time - bit irritating and hot after a long journey but the only hiccough. Air con v effective. Taxi stand immediately outside hotel - 10 mins taxi into town if you want more choice of restaurants etc. Would stay again. V convenient for families. Also a chance to practice your Italian - problably the majority of the guests.	very efficient
Jimmy 2006-08-02 until 2006-08-12	Impiana Resort Samui, Chaweng Noi Beach Impiana is great. Rates are a good deal and the service is excellent. You should be aware that a deluxe room is nicer than a superior room which is odd, but the superior room was quite nice, and very clean. The cleaning staff was awesome and even cleaned bowls I made mixed tuna salad in and the like. The English level of the staff wasn t always fantastic, but they always figured everything out and were always eager to help. The breakfast is quite good, and the restaurants for other meals are also great, but the proximity to some other nice restaurants on the beach is fantastic, as well as the Marco Polo resort across the street that has awesome Italian food. The hotel s beach front is great, but gets a little crowded during touristy times (as in no chairs available). Some parts of the resort are showing a bit of age, but nothing that will effect your stay.	Actually I had to book directly through Impiana s site. I tried to book several differnet places through Sawadee, and found I was getting replies saying the place was fully booked when it wasn t. But Sawadee is definitely a good place to start looking.
Gina Benavente 2006-07-31 until 2006-08-04	Impiana Resort Samui, Chaweng Noi Beach The Impiana was a real retreat. It was just far enough away from the Chewang center that one could feel like you got the best of both worlds. The pool and beach area are small but well done. There are some uneven walking paths but in general the area is well maintained. The rooms were nice and well appointed but ours was filled with mosquitos which actually seemed to be living in the room. Bring your own bug spray! The beach was quiet and essentially only for our hotel but there were sand fleas in the afternoons and evenings(not the hotel s fault at all) but be warned. The buffet breakfast was lovely and the restaurant was nice for the evening but there were several excellent places to eat on the beach immediately next door. I would not recommend the Thai dancing night, I think you can do better elsewhere on the island. However, all of the staff at the restaurant and hotel were very friendly, helpful, and service oriented. The spa was lovely and everyone who worked there was very pleasant. I would happily stay at the Impiana again. It was very relaxing and made for an easy and enjoyable holiday.	Couldn t not have been easier or more efficient. I will definite use sawadee.com every time I go to Thailand now!

If you are booking the standard room expect a rather old, smelly, and extremely basic room with bad bathroom amenities. Also, I must warn you: Be sure to get to breakfast BEFORE 10:30am. If you arrive at breakfast around 10:20am, they would have already started to clear the food. Even asking for coffee at 10:40am is impossible! However, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.	One of the best - quick and efficient. Would definitely use you guys again!
Alex 2006-05-04 until 2006-05-07	Impiana Resort Samui, Chaweng Noi Beach Hotel was generally very nice with clean rooms, fairly good service and decent setting. As with all Thai hotels, staff were a little reticent about helping you outside the hotel complex, but otherwise all was good. Would avoid eating at the restaurant as it s considerably overpriced compared to the restaurants next door (where food is very good). Otherwise - I would recomend the place to most interested in going to Samui, but wanting a little space from the main beaches.	As always, very efficient!
Paul Skippen 2006-04-28 until 2006-05-07	Impiana Resort Samui, Chaweng Noi Beach Right on the beach, rooms are neat but not overly luxurious. Service is good, and the breakfast buffet is good, but could be a little more extensive. Is away from the strip of Chaweng, so if you want to stay away from the constant action, it is a good option. Prices are as per hotel with surcharges of 17% so adjacent beachside restaurants were preferred for quick lunch/dinner, however a short taxi ride gets you to the strip for more variety and entertainment.	Sawadee is a great , easy to use service. We had no hassles booking, or when we arrived at the hotels.
Catherine Fagan 2006-02-25 until 2006-02-28	Impiana Resort Samui, Chaweng Noi Beach We stayed at the Impiana in a deluxe room for 3 nights at the start of our holiday. The photos on the website do not do the resort justice; it is an upmarket boutique hotel, very understated and elegant with Thai-influenced detailing. Our first impressions exceeded our expectations. The mini bar in the room was reasonably priced and the beach bar had 3-hour happy hour every day. The all-you-can-eat breakfast was outstanding and was open early enough to watch the sunrise over the sea. The pool and beach were both fantastic, and there was a plentiful supply of sunloungers and sun umbrellas. The hotel is located at the end of Chaweng Noi beach and so is very quiet at nighttime however the main strip of Chaweng is a 10min taxi ride away. The staff were very courteous and attentive without being over-bearing and in-your-face as we experienced at other hotels in Thailand. We enjoyed our stay at Impiana very much and would reccommend to family and friends as a fatastic place to stay in the Chaweng are without being in the thick of it, it has to be said that the average customers were couples in their 40â€™s â€“ 50â€™s (we are in our 20â€™s).	Fine, except Sawadee advised no standard rooms were available for the dtaes we required, when we contacted the hotel directly there were standard rooms available, When I queried this I was told they felt the deluxe would suit us better.

Stayed here for 5 nights and extremely happy on the location. The very last resort in Chaweng Noi, and the best by far in sense of a quiet beach. Very nice beach which is basically the hotels. Highly recommend if you need to relax and get away from it all, but close enough to the main shops. Would visit again for sure. Clean,fully equipped rooms, great food, great service and of course a great price!	exceptional, only that I was charge for 5 nights instead of 4 on the on line offer. That got sorted out. Very good deal!
Peter Canziani 2005-11-05 until 2005-11-14	Impiana Resort Samui, Chaweng Noi Beach Hotel is very nice and clean.friendly sraff.perhabs could do with a welcomecocktail party for new guests with managment,to get to know them.Our room was a bit noisy,as it was faceing the mainroad.for a superior room,I thought it would be facing the sea.	Booking service exellent,every thing worked out otherwise.the only enquiry I have is,I thougHt it is cheaper to book something online then with a travelagent But packagedeals are still cheaper with a travrlagent,or can You do them too,travel and hotels?please advise for our next trip.Cheers Peter

It was unfortunate that we did not get the rooms as requested - we booked 1 twin and 1 double and got 2 doubles and were told there was nothing they could do about it! The rooms were obviously not newly renovated as stated on the website but were adequate. Apart from one particular member of the front desk staff who was extremely unhelpful, the rest of the staff were excellent. The hotel food was excellent as was the food at the adjoining restaurants on the beach.
Cameron Marshall 2005-03-06 until 2005-03-11	Impiana Resort Samui, Chaweng Noi Beach We loved the Impiana Resort. It s located in a nice quiet location but not hard to get to central Chaweng. Beach is fabulous and beachside restaurants literally 50 metres from the resort. Staff very friendly and helpful with all requests. Only one minor criticism... more effort should be made to keep the breakfast buffet cold... we came down late a couple of mornings and the yoghurt, milk and fruit were luke warm. Other than that no complaints whatsover... would definitely return.	Very easy to use... will definitely use it next time we are in Thailand.
Kristian Bjørn Laursen 2004-03-30 until 2004-04-08	Impiana Resort Samui, Chaweng Noi Beach Impiana is a very nice hotel placed on the small Chaweng Noi Beach as the last hotel of about 10. The hotel it self is very nice and the rooms very functional. For my part, I changed room as my first room were to close to the road, but I managed to get a better room. The staff at the hotel is very efficient and serviceminded. So all in all Impiana is good hotel for those who want it a little bit quiet and though be in the town with 5-10 minutes.	The booking and responds on the booking service worked and I managed to be picked up in the airport, although I made last minutes changes.
