Sellmann 2009-05-18	Grand Thai House Resort, Lamai Beach This was our second stay in this resort: good location, quiete and clean rooms. Friendly service (especially breakfast service). Nice pool. Hotel is only a few steps from the beach. We can recommend this hotel!

Oleg Kokorin 2009-04-19	Grand Thai House Resort, Lamai Beach We booked a Deluxe Family room and boy was it small. I suspect they gave us a wrong room. Anyway, room was small, Queen size bed was actually small for two people. A/c was a bit noisy, but otherwise worked well. The breakfast was horrible - less than common buffet selection. The room was on the 1st floor, and because of the pool lights, there was no good darkness at night. The pool was small, btw. Small is the name for the hotel, not Grand.	Excellent, no kidding.
Igor 2009-03-28	Grand Thai House Resort, Lamai Beach Very comfortable,small and quiet hotel with a nice garden and pool. The personal is friendly, tactful with a readiness to make advances. Hotel has a good location - a distance from the beach is a 2 min by feet. Price/quality is excellent!	Quick and reliable.
Udo Fischer 2009-02-23	Grand Thai House Resort, Lamai Beach Nice and cosy hotel in the second row to the beach. You have to pass another hotel area to get to the beach. Spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast on order, choice between American and Asian breakfast. Quality of food good, but staff not and weel trained and not very organized. Not sufficient tables for all guests. Even it was high season the hotels are nearly empty. Same for restaurants and bars, a result of the financial crisis and these stupid political actions of PDA and change in the government in Thailand.	good and fast as always

Johanna 2009-02-15	Grand Thai House Resort, Lamai Beach Very nice small hotel in the second row to the beach. Also close to many shops and restaurants, though very quite because not directly on the main street. The hotel is quite new, so it was almost empty even in the high season. I spend the 4 nights and came back for two another. The rooms are spacious and clean and the price is reasonable. Only the breakfast is a shortcoming. It s not that various.

The hotel hadn t got our reservation and they said it was full. After a long time arguing they understood that we had paid for a room and they suddenly had a room available.

Adrian Jones 2008-12-23	Grand Thai House Resort, Lamai Beach haev to say, fantastic. Had 3rd floor deluxe room - balcony overlooking swimming pool with the sea in the background. Location is in Lamai, yet very quiet - just enough out of the town to keep the chill out feeling of a quiet evening & night. Bed was great - so comfy. Service was great, very friendly. Breakfast was generous and tasty. I stayed a few nights and went up to Mae Nam, and of the 2 hotels, the Grand Thai House was better value for money. Wouldn t hesitate to recommend. Also, Lamai beach is very clean, great water, and far less crowded than Chaweng - if you are going to Samui for the first time, stay at the Grand Thai House. You can visit Chaweng, and other bays for the day & evening for 60Bhat tuk tuk ride...	Very easy, convenient

Cornelia Weil 2008-07-05	Grand Thai House Resort, Lamai Beach We stayed at the Grand Thai House Resort with our family for 6 days. It is a great hotel, very friendly staff, good food and nice cocktails during happy hour. The location is excellent, very near to the beach and to the shopping places, and still quiet. The breakfast was served a la carte, we got all what we needed, however we missed the choice and selection of a brekfast buffet.	We had stayed earlier at Mango Village Resort and moved out due to a construction going on next door. Staff at Sawasdee was very helpful with us moving out.

They perform traditional Thai food and it is so tasteful! The main shopping and restaraunt area, at Lamai road easy to access, othervise its quaet and not so noisy. Very pleasant stay. Certainly I would recommend this hotel to my friends.	Quick and clear

Everything is functional and the staff is very nice. The swimming pool is great. The hotel is close to the sea and quiet at night. Great hotel for the price you pay.	Very good.

Breakfast was of a very good standard and pool area very clean. On arrival very first impressions did not reflect the high quality the Hotel provided.	Very good will do it this way again
Olivia Jones 2007-12-23 until 2007-12-29	Grand Thai House Resort, Lamai Beach we arrived after 2 days of travleing and were greeted by the lovely welcome team with glasses of local juice to refresh or tied selves. this was just the start of an amazing stay. the staff are funny, helpful, friendly and cant do enough for you. the food is tastey and resonable and the cocktails are brillant works of art. happy hour is always worth it!! from arrival to departure this hotel goes above and beyond we cant speak highly of it enough. all wed can say to you is get yourseves there. ***** we loved it!	great easy service. will definately use again and be telling all our friends
