KC Lo 2008-10-05	First Residence, Chaweng Very nice peaceful hotel with clean rooms and good breakfast. The swimming pool is great along with it s jacuzzi. A big bonus is free internet usage for the guests. The staff understands and speaks good English and very friendly. Slightly on the downside is the inconsistent water pressure and temperature of the shower in your room. There s also no eletric kettle if you re thinking of making a hot drink by yourself. Overall, it s worth the money you paid for.	Everything worked out very smoothly.
Christian 2008-09-19	First Residence, Chaweng Great value for money, the hotel is very nice and clean. Friendly staff. The location is a little bit off, but a few minutes on a motorbike and you are in central Chaweng.	Perfect as usual.

PATRICIA CHONG SU TING 2007-12-23 until 2007-12-30	First Residence, Chaweng The hotel was brilliant. Very clean, modern and quiet. Only flaw is the location of the pool. It never seemed to get the sun at all because the hotel building is in the way. This meant the water in the pool is always cold. Overall a 8 out of 10 for a budget boutique hotel. I will definitely go back there again	Booking service was smooth and efficient. Highly recommended.
