First Residence is designed for guests who search a budget accommodation without abandoning modern equipment, clean style and a comfortable environment perfectly located for both, the tourist and the business traveler. The four-story, modern style hotel, with it's 44 Superior rooms and 6 Mini Family room is peacefully located at the very southern end of Chaweng Beach. All rooms have air-condition, cable TV, minibar, a bathtub and a balcony.
Easy access to the shopping areas, restaurants and nightlife as well to the beach or sightseeing opportunities are making First Residence the ideal hotel and location for a stay on the island of Koh Samui.
Samui Airport is just a short 10 minutes drive away and all sightseeing spots around the island can be easily reached.
" this hotel was/is great. all the staff were friendly and helpful.
the room we had overlooking the pool was nice (303)the hotel is at the end of chaweng beach road and close the the best beach if you walk through first resort. close by are restaurants and bars and if you walk up towards the family mart you will find the best jewely shop on samui everything is homemade. , I will stay at this hotel again , thanks for an enjoyable stay.also towards the beach where the road bends is the best tattooist on samui.....TATTOOS BY OWEN. also you must visit the ARK BAR for the beach partys and the foods good too ! "

restaurants around. Chaweng Shopping Center and nightlife area is just 1
kilometer away and 150 meters or within a few minutes walk you reach the
popular South Chaweng Beach. Samui Airport is approximately 7 kilometers
away from the hotel.
