The hotel ammenities were excellent, the room was spacious, we selected a spa villa, so all was nice and clean and welcoming. What I didn t like about the hotel was that it was very difficult for me to subscribe to the activities in the hotel. Also they don t have 24 hours room service, and we reached the hotel from town late in the evening and my 3 year old asked to eat something and we weren t able to get anything from room service although we called about 5 minutes before they say they close the orders...

The booking service was fast and efficient. Will gladly book with you again and would recommend your services...

average, about 70 degree. We book Delux Villa, there is no bathtub, but the web s picture show it has bathtub, I m still confused. there are many many flies when we eat breakfast, step on our food very often. other strong point is that show your room card may use installation in Centara Hotel in Chenweng beach.

fast, but not flexible. We had to pay all the moneny when we made reservation no matter before how long we make

Centara Villas Samui, Laem Set Beach
The hotel was fine although it is a little old and some of the furnishings are not what I would expect for the price but to be honest Samui generally is just overpriced. We had a pool villa which was expensive but certainly worth it as it was lovely to have that privacy. Ultimately this is a resort for people who want to really be out of the way because it is half an hour and $20 to chaweng - the main town on the island.

The booking service was fine

Centara Villas Samui, Laem Set Beach
We stayed here for the last part of our stay in Samui after being in the busier Chaweng Beach. It was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle. A very relaxing place to stay. One negative is the price of food and drink, VERY overpriced for Samui...closer to prices at home. Breakfast was great...big buffet, all you can eat. The Villa was bright, clean and comfortable - was a little worse for wear. It was a great time of year to be here, plenty of space by the pool and beach. Rained only at night if it did rain. Enjoyable stay but not totally happy about the prices.

No problems with Sawadee at all. Great service.

Central Samui Village, Laem Set Beach
The location and amenities of the hotel met our expectations. The villas are well appointed and the pools and facilities are good. The lobby area is quite comfortable to spend some time in the evening reading the newspapers or enjoying a drink. The free shuttle vans to the two towns help make the location acceptable. For certain, the location is more suitable for us than the busy and rather typical “strips” found in most thai tourists areas. The hotel offers moped rentals which is a good way to get out and explore on your own. The only negatives we could comment on are the breakfast which was poor compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at on samui and phuket. Also, the pools do not have enough loungers and towels. Some guests (you know who you are), took pride in occupying their loungers all day while using for less than a few hours. I think the staff needs to do a better job at managing the limited loungers and towels. Overall I would recommend the resort

worked fine. no issues.

Lovely Hotel, although there is not much to do at night, so they might want to look ant some interesting things for the youth, also need some more interesting activeties on the beach. But other than that very neat and clean and a lovely venue. Staff was very freindly.

Very good

Central Samui Village, Laem Set Beach
The resort itself was beautiful from the bungalows, the beach, reef cafe and the pools. However my only complaint is the preferential treatments that were given to European guest compared to guest of Asian decent (Filipinos) like my fiancé and I were. The little things like the complementary fruit platter or the decorative slice of fruit on the ends of cocktails which I noticed other guest were given even though they ordered the same meals/drinks as we did and were even served straight after we were. Apart from that our stay was excellent and the best way to wind down. Speaking of winding down, I strongly recommend the Centara Spa at the resort.

Absolutely easy and trouble free. Communications were always available. Thanks guys.

This hotel is ideal for a quiet stay on this lovely island away from the hustle & bustle of Lamai and Chaweng, but within easy reach of both these centres - especially using the free hotel shuttle. Staff are friendly and efficient. hotel amenities excellent and the food is excellent. 2 drawbacks - the beach -s fronted by a coral outcrop which rather detracts from it s use and you should be prepared for a bit of a climb between the restaraunt/pool areas and the lobby. Good enough to consider using again on our next visit.

Excellent.

Tastefull and clean rooms. The resort itself has seen better times although it looks ok. The staff is friendly but not very helpfull. The hotel charges far too high prices for everything you use and it is far away from everything. The breakfast is with a lot of choice but bad bread.

The booking service was ok! Although it should also take the promotions into account.

Central Samui Village, Laem Set Beach
The Resort was everything we wanted. Peaceful, beautiful, happy and helpful staff, lovely, clean bungalows, food was great, breakfast buffet had everything one could wish for..plenty and great variation to chose from. Our daughter recommended this resort to us,she had visited it for a meal whilst holidaying in Koh Samui, and we certainly are pleased we took her advise. We found the distance from the town wasn t a problem, the resort provides a free shuttle reguarly and the hewt buses are cheap and reguarly go in and out of town. The beach and the three pools allow for plenty of space for swimming. The best feature about the Resort as far as we were concerned was the fact that it isn t a huge impersonal resort like some in the town, and there was always space and calm, quietness surrounding us. We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary there, and on arrival we found cake, champagne, fruit and our bed beautifully made up with flowers in the shape of hearts. The staff were asked by our daughter via email to do something special, and they certainly did without fuss or cost. Very much appreciated by us. A wonderful holiday.

First time used, fuss free, brillant service and all orgainised without one hassle. Will certainly use again for future travel.

Excellent hotel in quiet location. Rooms were delightful and staff very friendly and helpful. Lots of steps from reception down to restaurant area so not suitable for some. Lovely beach and pools. Highly recommended.

Firt time we have used Sawadee and they were very efficient and helpful.

Central Samui Village, Laem Set Beach
Very beautiful resort in a very quiet part of the island. Shuttelbus to Chaweng and Lamai. But the bus should go more often or the hotel should have two busses to be able to go more often. The beach was not good at all this time of year (June), but the hotel has several swimming-pools. Good breakfast, and the restaurant has theme evenings, but the menue is rather poor if you would like to order from it. All in all a very nice hotel for the price you pay.

Very good as always, no problems

Central Samui Village, Laem Set Beach
Our stay at the Central Samui Village was very romantic. The hotel is idyllically set on a quiet beach on the South East side of the island away from the busyness of some of the better known beaches - perfect. All the rooms were incredible and spacious, the facilities great, the service even better. They have a great library, so no need to take your own books. Volleyball, badmington, 3 pools and more (great cocktails at the beach bar). Two slightly negative comments: there seemed to be a shortage of beach chairs (but we were there in the busiest month), and the menu at the restaurant was not extensive so after a few days it is probably worth while venturing out to try a few different restaurants. But overall a wonderful experience, great value for money, we would consider staying there again. A note for divers: diving in the gulf is definitely not nearly as good as diving in the Andaman on the west side of Thailand.

Sawadee was effective, quick, answered all my queries, we would use them again.

Resort very nice. Only two complaints. 1. need more times for shuttle bus to the other beaches & asking a day in advance was was not allows practical. 2.Reef restaurant was a big disappointment. Every day they ran out of something during peak season. Most Staff very unfriendly during breakfast. Had better food at local restarants.

No problems very good.

Central Samui Village, Laem Set Beach
The best thing about this hotel is the service. The staff are very accomodating and professional. From check-in to check-out, I was never disappointed. The villas were nice and roomy. A drawback was that not much happens after dinner, and it is quite a distance from town. The bar is open until midnite, but not much, if any, activity. A pool table would be a plus. Prices were very reasonable all the way around. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation with no hassles.

My booking was flawless. There were absolutely no surprises. This, again, goes to the staff. I can not say enough about how well I was treated. I was even given the opportuity to preview by room charges the night before check-out, which I thought was another very nice touch.

Central Samui Village, Laem Set Beach
Nice location, quiet, spacious rooms. However, the air-conditioning stopped in the middle of the night for three nights in a row-which was not good. When communicating this to management it took me over an hour to get an apology and any sort of compensation. I was simply told that I turned the air-con down too low- however there weren t any instructions communicating this to guests anywhere in the hotel literature. In the end we had to move rooms, feeling quite tired! The espresso machine broke down at breakfast and some of the fixtures in the bathrooms were falling apart through wear and tear. Most staff were very good-some could not understand english. Very good service at the spa, nice pools and food was good. The shuttle service is convenient, however the return from Chaweng in the evening is booked up a day in advance, so unless you are very organised expect to catch a taxi home approx 400 THB- not expensive. Clean, comfortable, average value for money.

Perfect and great prices.

Central Samui Village, Laem Set Beach
Our room was very comfortable with the exception of an island-wide power outage that shut down the AC on our last night. The staff was helpful and attentive. Having to book hotel shuttle service so far in advance was sometimes inconventient--especially for a low-season crowd. We were disapponted that the butterfly pool was closed for maitenence, but the other available pools were lovely.

very convenient!
