Given that Phuket is an island, it's amazing how few properties are
located on the beach. There are many properties that are "just a five
minute walk to the beach" or "a quick drive to the beach" but ours are
literally on-the-beach. Our luxury homes are nestled between coconut
palms in Phuket's stunning and exclusive Cape Panwa - a very secluded
and luxurious development that was completed in Summer 2007. We have

| ACCOMMODATIONS | ||
|
Staying in one of our 4 luxury homes for your holiday will mean that
you can enjoy ample living space on two floors (282 sq. metres), with
a full-length and deep patio on the living-level and a full-length balcony
on the sleeping level. This huge outdoor space and the large French
windows give an uncluttered feeling of al-fresco living.

Heavenly Jasmine - is the house nearest to the
pool and beach - it is therefore perhaps more suitable for parties with
small children that can be watched-over whilst playing outside. The
pool can be accessed via a front-gate set in the stainless-steel railings
and so you can walk 7 steps from your living room into the infinity
pool. |

Bougainvillea - is set on the second tier of the
development and therefore has a higher vantage point with slightly better
breezes. The views from here are stunning and, being next to a wooded
area, you have a feeling of living in the trees. The dining table seats
6 persons or, you may decide to eat outside. The Western kitchen has
everything you may need and is almost a pleasure to be in. |

Frangipani - is set on the third tier of the development
and therefore benefits from more cooling breezes by virtue of its height.
Frangipani and Plumeria are next door to each other and so parties of
up to 18 persons can be accommodated as neighbors. Car-park access is
easier from here, the breezes fresher and, the views are even better. |
