Beach Road Inn is personal with only 12 neat & clean rooms comfortably decorated to the highest standards.All rooms have air conditioning, ensuite cable TV, fridge and a bathroom with hot water shower.
About the hotel: We stayed at some pretty nasty places. Paid 1000bath a night and found it to be very nice. Clean rooms and most important to us a nice clean toilet and shower. We stayed for 11nights.
The owner don t talk english that well but he tried and always greeted us in the morning.
A wellrun little guesthouse- hard to find though.
We liked our stay very much and if you go to Patong-look this up! Just across the street from the beach and very nice people.
And not far from Bangla Road, easily walkingdistance about 10min.
About the reservation service: Easy to do your own booking and a quick respons if they had rooms or not.
About the hotel: We were pleasantly surprised after reading mixed reviews on Sawadee. The Room was spotlessly clean with freshly laundered sheets and fresh towels everyday. There were 2 bottles of water on the first day. The room was cleaned everyday and the bathroom was spotless.
Only minor comment is there is a mild smell of drains and the plughole can overflow, when everyone is having their shower in the morning.
Also the internet on reception was very helpful. (Oy, the receptionist was fantastic and even took us to the beach with her husband and daughter!)
Very centrally located; the beach is right opposite. It is rather difficult to avoid all the shops on the approach so you will be running the gamut a bit, so try not to commit to buyinh anything or they will hassle you a bit.
Also when you first arrive at the hotel (we came by taxi from the airport) it can be a bit difficult to spot. Best landmark is the entrance to the shopping street is 2 doors down from the Haagen Dasz ice-cream shop.
(Taxi fare from airport should be about 650 baht)

About the hotel: Location of Inn was excellent,Service Staff very friendly.decent,clean and very resonably priced room (#202)Only grievance i suppose is the air-condioner was blowing fan and no cold air was coming out,since i was diving everyday,i just bare with the air and reported it to the staff when i checked out.But overall its THUMBS UP!!!

I would recommend, and would not hesitate to stay in the same guest house again. Only reservations was that there was no provided WIFI (have two computers at reception), and location just off of Soi Dr. Wattana.

About the hotel: We booked 2 rooms and stayed with 2 children. The rooms were pleasent and clean, the staff friendly and helpful. The location was perfect- right next to the beach and at the end of a quiet alley. It s no fancy hotel but it s a good value for your money if you are traveling on a budget.

About the hotel: For a budget stay during the high season.. this guesthouse is located at a convenient location, just right outside the shopping stalls... and 3-5 mins walk out to the Patong Beach, McDonald, Subway, etc.. The room is clean and air-conditioned. Although, we had problem with the shower heater, the repair service was efficient. Very friendly and helpful staff at Beach Road Inn.

About the hotel: After 5 minutes in the room we started to discus if we should try to find a new room ASAP. Dirty and disgusting. We were in Thailand for 3 weeks and we stayed at 5 different hotels. This was the only place I don t want to recommend to anyone. For sure I will sleep on the beach or stay up all night instead of spending one more night at this hotel. I normally don t write any review, but this hotel was so bad I want to warn others from doing the same mistake I did.
About the hotel: Hi Traveler, the hotel start with poor documentation when check in, after check in the room is unclean condition someone just used the toilet, no changing bed sheet and towel daily the reason they give is don t have the spare key to open my room and the worse thing is i forgotten my key in room i have to break through myself. the only good i can say is 3mins walk to the beach.
