About the hotel: We got a room at the 4th floor, they had no elevator! The room was with oceanview, it was big and ok. But no drinking water was included in the price and everything in the mini-bar was very expensive. The room had no security-box. You have to pay for securitybox if you want it and they have the securityboxes behind the reception, so you can not get access to it all the time. I wouldn´t recommend this hotel, because there are others, less expensive hotels, with better standard than this in Karon/ Patong.
About the reservation service: Fast, reliable and good! I can really recommend it to others! I have used Sawadee.com before and I´m sure I will use it again!
About the hotel: The first room i got had a strange smell and was on the backside so i change to an other on the frontside, after that i have no problem. Breakfast was buffet so it was ok.

About the hotel: The hotel was quite nice except that when the storm came, the rain came right into the room, quite a puddle. Only 2 mins walk to Karon Beach, and very very conveniently located with access to restaurants and shops. Can see the ocean from the window. Breakfast not included during the low season, and there is no water flask in the room for boiling water to drink. The staffs are very friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Karon C.S Resort.
About the reservation service: Very fast and efficient since we decided last minute to go to Phuket and the room confirmation was done immediately. And also flexible enough to transfer our credits of 2 nites from Pattaya s hotel to Phuket s hotel. Definitely recommend this service.
About the hotel: The hotel was clean and in a quiet area which is nice for Karon beach. The hotel was a 5 minute walk from the beach. The staff was not very friendly or helpful but they also weren t rude. I can recommend this hotel for people however I think there are cheaper and better hotels in the area. We were met at the airport by the hotel taxi however the price of the transfer was a little high. Also check the windows as all of our were unlocked.
