Hakan Fredriksson 2008-11-08	Andaman Bangtao Bay Resort, Bang Tao Beach After ten days at two other nice places we arrived to this little paradise, familiar, wellkept, quiet. Just the place to be when you want to relax. Good food (maybe little to Western ) with very nice service. Not the place to go if you want shopping and partylife, but down at the beach it´s easy to find longtails, jetski, restaurants, and more at better prices than Kata. The dog is a respectable gentleman ( with girly hairdo) and when you hear his story..., a fairytail. We (2 adults, 2 two teenagers) just loved the place.	Perfect as usual
Anne Wishart Young 2008-09-06	Andaman Bangtao Bay Resort, Bang Tao Beach Once again, another great holiday at this special place. Have been returning for years now. I highly recommend it to those who wish for some quiet and peace just 20 steps from the ocean. It is also very convenient for traveling about Phuket. The staff are wonderful and always very helpful.	Excellent service always!
Brett Preston 2008-08-08 until 2008-08-10	Andaman Bangtao Bay Resort, Bang Tao Beach We were collected from the Phuket airport by a very friendly hotel staff member who drove us safely to the hotel. The check in process was easy and we were given a lovely drink while we checked in. The room was beach front with amazing water views and garden settings. The hotel is located on the safest part of the beach and some of the bigger hotels would have their guests walk all the way to outside the Andaman just to swim where the water was calm with no rips. The room was very big with excellent air conditioning and bathroom facilities. The meals were very good and the service was perfect. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly if they tried. Excellent. All transfers etc were checked and we were always asked if we needed anything. Would recommend to anyone.	Booking service was easy and accurate.
Lo Chee Yong Leona 2008-07-16 until 2008-07-21	Andaman Bangtao Bay Resort, Bang Tao Beach We were disappointed with the hotel. Despite the great beach location, the hotel is reminiscent of a mountain chalet stuck in the 70s. Most of the surfaces in the rooms and in the restaurant are decked out in rustic wood with no apparent purpose other than attracting dust. The bathroom windows are designed to let in light but not to be opened. As there is no extraction fan, there is often an unpleasant smell from the drains. The hotel provides a taxi service (prices are the same as the “fixed prices” quoted at the nearby taxi stand) but does not offer the shuttle service provided by nearby hotels which is considerably cheaper. I would not recommend the hotel in its current conditions and will not be staying again.

The rooms were lovely, and right on the beach in tropical gardens. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We found the people in the village also very friendly. Our one disappointment was that the food in the hotel and also in local restaurants had obviously been westernised to suit the majority of visitors and we would have preferred true Thai food. We would certainly like to go back again, and would recommend the hotel to others wanting a quiet relaxing holiday	Very efficient indeed.
Angela Baines 2008-01-25 until 2008-01-31	Andaman Bangtao Bay Resort, Bang Tao Beach This was a lovely little complex right on the beach at the end of Bang Tao bay. We stayed in a standard bungalow which was large and clean with a nice bathroom and veranda. The free soft drinks and biscuits/sweets were great. The staff were very nice and friendly and helped us book trips and the food in the restaurant was good - especially the fresh prawns! The swimming is pool is small but who needs it when there s a gorgeous beach and warm clear sea on your doorstep? I would stay here again for a relaxing, romantic holiday.	Easy to use and fast confirmation. No problems at all.

Comfortable bed, which was very uncommon on our trip. Hard to find so our taxi driver called the resort for directions. Nice beach. Definately would stay here again!	Great!

We wanted to come back at the end of our vacation but they were sadly fully booked. We would go back anytime!!!The rooms are very beautifull and have a view to the sea/beach. Super duper food - very delicious seafood. Nice people and cute dog.	Excelent as always.
Alex Bezjian 2008-01-21 until 2008-01-24	Andaman Bangtao Bay Resort, Bang Tao Beach Quiet, little resort with all the amenities. Nice bonus of free cokes and waters every day + free breakfast. Very close to the beach. Internet was spotty. Neighborhood is quiet which is a good thing I think compared to Pattong. Walking distance down the beach to fancier hotels. I would stay there again.

Free pick up & drop was helpful. Staff is friendly & helpful. Resort owner is at the venue with great love for his place. Negative points: Rooms are dark with few lights, no handy bedlamps to read books. No intercom, we have ask daily for the coffee sachet, creams, sugar as it was not filled up daily for coffee maker. But we will come back for comfortable stay.	Booking was quick & efficient
Nicola Duckett 2007-03-23 until 2007-03-26	Andaman Bangtao Bay Resort, Bang Tao Beach We loved this resort. The complimentary taxi service from the airport is a very nice start to a holiday. My husband and I scored the honeymoon cottage which was a nice bonus. Our two sons really enjoyed the free soft drink left every day in the room - nice touch. The manager was very friendly and approachable. When we needed to go to Surin to use the ATM, he organised a driver straightaway without any mention of a cost! I thought our room was huge, although a little dark, probably due to the amount of wood. Also there were no lights to read by in bed. The bathroom was also huge! Having breakfast made to order was really good! Staff were gorgeous, although at times it was a little difficult to understand each other. Terrific, quiet location at one end of the bay.	Efficient, easy to use booking service!
Roger Koopmann 2007-02-07 until 2007-02-12	Andaman Bangtao Bay Resort, Bang Tao Beach Wonderful, small, relaxing resort. If you don t want to stay in a megaplex resort, this is a great option. Right at the end of a 3 mile long beautiful beach. The staff was really helpful and nice. Restaurant seemed expensive after Chiang Mai, but not bad for the area. We would certainly go back again!!	Worked fine
Joy Randall 2006-12-22 until 2006-12-28	Andaman Bangtao Bay Resort, Bang Tao Beach We loved our beachfront bungalow at Andaman Bangtao Bay Resort. The bungalow was huge with a super large bathroom and a fantastic hot shower. The linen and towels were also excellent. The staff were very very helpful (our luggage never arrived from Bangkok and the staff chased it up for us and it was delivered to our door within a few hours). The restaurant is also very good. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family and will be returning myself next year.	Excellent as always

Richie P 2006-05-05 until 2006-05-07	Andaman Bangtao Bay Resort, Bang Tao Beach Hotel was great, staff very attentive, bungalows are right on the beach, fresh seafood is outstanding and the Thai massage offered on site is a bargain at £5 for a 60 minute full body massage. We had the honeymoon bungalow which was gorgeous - 4-poster, aircon, flat screen TV with integrated DVD player and wetroom bathroom. Would recommend that you check that security has been improved when you book, some Swedish travellers who had been at the resort for 5 weeks found a local boy hiding under their bed. Very unnerving for all. Local authorities were excellent at dealing with the situation though. It was the rainy season and the storms brought in loads of jellyfish and the beach was generally quite dirty.	Fine, no problem at all

This must be paradise!! So we are sure to come again to this beautiful place!	Everything all right and all very friendly. No problems at all.
