Good room size and well cleaned daily and excellent staff,quick and responsive. Very good value for money. The only negative is the quantum of breakfast available to eat. Too little on the table, makes you unfortable.	very accomdating and quick response
Kjeld Evers Koch Fogde 2008-10-05	Baan Boa Resort, Patong Beach Again this year I visit BaanBoa for more than 10 nights, but this year it was not so successful as earlier. The hotel was in course of construction, so there was a lot of noise and dust.The management ought to inform guest about that before arrive or compensate for the disadvantage . Never mind the staff was as usual freindly and the short way to the beach is an adventage. The breakfast could be more comprehensive with more Thai food.
Yaakov Henkin 2008-10-04	Baan Boa Resort, Patong Beach Family of 6, stayed at the hotel for 5 days during the low season. Great location near the beach and restaurants, far enough from the noisy areas. As mentioned, the hotel is not impressive from the outside, but much more pleasant once you get inside. Nice long pool, quiet restaurant, spacious rooms. We were lucky to get 3 rooms on the ground floor, one facing the pool (very convenient). Very friendly and helpful staff, extremely nice and professional massage team (we became regular customers). Breakfast not breath-taking but sufficient to get you started in the morning. Overall we enjoyed our stay tremendously, and will certainly consider coming back (hopefully the construction work will be over by then).	Very efficient, including minivan from the airport to the hotel
Gabriël Schlebusch 2008-09-25	Baan Boa Resort, Patong Beach As many first time travellers to Thailand will be, we were also not sure what to expect. Our stay at Baan Boa Resort was excellent. The hotel, as well as the room, was very clean. We had a view over the (very clean) swimming pool and each of these rooms has a balcony. The breakfast was mostly the same every morning, but I like toast, eggs or ommelet, juice, sausages, banana fritters, coffee etc. The hotel in more to the lower end of the beach, and I was afraid we may miss the action. No problem with the location!! We walked 50 metres and were in the middle of everything! You can take the minibus from ther airport - it is cheaper than the taxi - but you will most probably first stop at the office of the group. they offer you some tour packages there, but we organised everything through our hotel once we arrived there. Not more expensive through the hotel. Go with Jack, the taxi-man of the hotel for a tour of the island (we paid 500 Baht for the whole trip) and he stopped whereever we wanted to stop. You will visit a gem shop - not to bad. It is worth going through the one on Phuket where he stopped. Vist Bangla Road for some bar and girl action.	No problem with the booking!

We vere not disipointed.Very good rooms, clean and close to the sea. We could even se the andaman sea from our balcony. Unfortenately there was big renovation going on after the first week, and we had not been told anything about this vhen we boked. It was a terrible noice for 1,5 week. But, in spite of that, it was a very good hotel and we cane recommend it	Excellent
Zareen Padhye 2008-04-02 until 2008-04-06	Baan Boa Resort, Patong Beach The hotel is small & not very impressive on arrival, but their service more than makes up for it. All our requests were promptly attended to & always with a smile! The rooms are clean & not too small, with a little balcony though unfortunately no view! The buffet breakfast is a little restricted in terms of options, but they do have an egg station & friendly staff. I would say it is good value for money & overall a pleasant experience.	Online booking was smooth & easy

The location is perfect, 10 metres from the beach, 5 minute walk from the main street where all the restaurants, shops and pubs are. The staff were brilliant, friendly, attentive and always smiling, the complimentary breakfast was better than expected. Overall for the price the hotel is well worth the money and I will be definately staying here again. Highly recommend it.	Never used sawadee, like the fast room confirmation. Much faster than its competitors.

Located very well, a few minutes walk from the center of Patong, but out of the noisy area. In the hotel 4 levels and no elevator.	Very good, but we didn t like the idea of paying in advance under the non refundable policy.

David Stevenson 2007-08-16 until 2007-08-20	Baan Boa Resort, Patong Beach Lovely staff and quiet loaction. However this is not a five star property - more like 3+. The two rooms we had faced the side of the hotel next door and were very dark, noisy and stank of cigarette smoke. Make sure you get one of the pool view rooms, they would be much nicer. Breakfast was average, but we would not stay here again.	Good

Across the road from the beach, 5 minute walk to Bangla Rd, wonderful breakfast menu. As with all Thai hotels, the staff are wonderful. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of variety and as much as you can eat.The room was large and overlooked the pool. We even had a reasonable view of Patong beach. Sure we had to walk up stairs to the room, but that just walked off breakfast.	Our first disappointment with Sawadee booking service. The limmo we ordered did not arrive at the airport. However we just jumped in a cab and our money was refunded at the hotel. Otherwise as usual, very efficient.

The hotel is clean and the breakfast was equally simple and good. The hotel is located at the end of the Patong beach beside the 7 Eleven store. I will definitely return to this resort..definitely..	Sawardee was great in making last min changes to my booking when i extended my stay.

Robert 2007-06-17 until 2007-06-22	Baan Boa Resort, Patong Beach If you want a hotel that is 5 star,missing only the glitz that make it 5 star and expensive, this is the hotel. Everything is very good. Swimning pool is very big, great for exercising but maybe 2 deep overall for young kids. Beach is opposite beach which is very clean and water calm where as other end of beach, water is very rough. Room big and clean.food good, room service good. Road in front of hotel is just at end of main beach road and very quiet. A great deal for the price or any price..Make sure you get lower floors of this 4 story bldg, no elevator.	Booking service has always been great, never a problem.

Big room, clean enough (Asian standard) bathroom a little shabby but good for the price and with a bath, breakfast good enough, restaurant food good, staff friendly, well placed on beach, near to everything.	Very good. No problems at all.

The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful (typically Thai)! The room was spacious and nicely furnished. We also liked the balcony with the pool view. The bathroom was clean and we got new towels every day. Nevertheless, we expected a room with sea view which was a bit disappointing since we could only see the beach between the gap of two houses. If you make a reservation for Baan Boa, make sure you get a room on the 3rd floor. The breakfast buffet was rich and satisfying. All in all I can really recommend this hotel!	Perfect service!

I did not like the fact that I had to go through them to make calls, would much rather be billed for the calls after dialing directly rather than having to go through them. Other than the phone, some of the other employees were really nice and helpful	fine
Michael Morris 2006-07-12 until 2006-07-14	Baan Boa Resort, Patong Beach Resort is too generous a description, this is more like a motel with very generous sized rooms (at least mine was) and king sized beds that allow plenty of room to run about. Layout of the property is similiar to a three sided rectangle overlooking a narrow pool, with the fourth side shielding most of the beach views. Fun, professional staff who recall your name and are not afraid to chat, have happy dispositions and really appear to enjoy working there - not always the massage staff though (was the low tourist season and I didn t have one). Price was good value and breakfast was better than I expected. As with all tiled rooms, heavy chairs dragged across floors and loud conversations, may disrupt your beauty sleep, but then again I m unique as I hear every sound, clang and bang wherever I go and that s with earplugs. Bargain delight, overall an upmarket budget style place that gives you a warm glow and little to complain about	Love this site. Swift and courteous. I found it ever so easy to view rates in my local currency and my credit card was charged in my local currency.

I researched reviews & it seemed like people liked it & it was only 1150 baht (under $30 USD). The rooms were adequate but the bathroom could have been nicer and the walls are very thin. Our room was next to the stairwell and we heard it whenever anyone walked up the stairs or through our hallway. This hotel is 4 stories with no lift. The breakfast choices here are very poor. They do have an omelet/egg made to order bar, but aside from that the selection is poor. Across the street from the beach, but not directly on it & I don’t think any rooms have a seaview. The beach in Patong is OK, but since it is one of the busiest spots on Phuket, it is a little dirty. If I go back to Phuket, I would spend more money & stay at a nicer hotel.	Easy & No Problems

The room was a good size, very clean with bath and shower,TV and fridge.The breakfast was ok but could do with more choice.The staff excelent , very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again and recomend it to our friends. Unbeatable value for money.	Very easy to use with problems.

The breakfasts were good. I stayed here with my family and booked three rooms. Baan Boa Resort was one of the reasons we had a wonderful holiday. I would stay here again without the slightest hesitation in fact when I go back to Phuket I plan on staying at Baan Boa each time I return	Sawadee.com is great have been using there service for 4 years now and have found it easy and convienient to use

The room is very nice and the pool area is wonderful. The breakfast options were slightly limited, but still a good hotel and an excellent value.	The website was easy to use with helpful information.
