About the hotel: A wonderful hotel. Would recommend to anyone. Rooms far far exceeded our expectation, with new, beautiful fittings and furniture and a spotless extremely modern bathroom. The shower was fantastic, excellent water pressure and never lacking in hot water. The hotel itself is in a great spot in the hills and has a great view from every room. The staff are extremely attentive and very helpful. On our final night i lost my mobile phone somewhere in patong after dinner, and the night security guard was kind enough to drive me to the restaurant and other places i had been that night on his motor bike to track it down. Fantastic service with a smile. Breakfasts were fantastic, as was the food and room service in general. I have stayed in patong several times in different hotels, but i will surely be back to C&N resort.

About the hotel: Quite a distance from the busy Patong beach.
Upset cos on the 2nd nite, we missed our bfast, although a la carte bfast being served, but they don t allowed us to have late bfast!!!
Too many staircase in the resort.
Room was not bad, but the safe wasn t functioned. Battery was low, staffs mentioned it will be fixed, but till our departure, it was still yet to fix.
Overall it was ok!!!

About the hotel: Excellent value for the money. A good and quiet location at the southern exit of Patong. A 10 minute walk to Patong center and a 15 minute walk to the beach (Take a motorbike for 250 a day!!!).
A good starting point to drive to the other beaches. A good Spa, and salon directly adjacent to the hotel. Simon-cabaret opposite the street. The rooms are very clean and some with a good view. Breakfast is okay . Pool is very nice, but not too clean.
I will most definitely come here again.

About the hotel: This place is one of the best deals in Phuket. My standard room had a nice clean king bed, a day bed, patio, as well as plenty of furniture. The breakfast buffet has both western and asian selections as well as a omelet bar. The hotel offers a free pickup from the airport (just call them ahead of time to give them your flight details). The hotel is quite, we could see the ocean from one of our rooms. Service from the hotel staff was excellent.
The only down sides would be A) You are a 15 minute walk from the beach, B) No internet on site (gotta walk a little ways to a cafe) and C) No tour desk.
The no tour desk was the odd part. They used to have one but no longer run it. Don t know why. But this is Patong, and you can t thow a dead cat without hitting a tour desk, so it wasn t a big deal.
About the reservation service: They got everything right, which was good as we had a weird booking with multiple rooms.
About the hotel: This hotel was a perfect choice. It was truly an oasis where you could get away from the bustle of Patong Beach, which can be weary at times. It s located a bit further off from all the main areas, but as far as I m concerned this was only positive. A walk to the beach is only 5 minutes and if you can t be bothered there are plenty of tuk-tuk-drivers around haunting your every move and offering you their services.
Service at the hotel was good, staff both in the reception and at the restaurant was friendly. Breakfast was very tasty and kept the hunger away long enough.
Hotel room was cosy, clean and spacious.
Pool and other general areas were lovely and in good condition.
In all C & N Resort and Spa offers extremely good value for money and is a good choise for travellers who don t wish to lodge into those huge colosseum-like hotels with crowded pools and no personal touch what so ever.
