Robert & Ann Pratt Scotland 2008-07-09 until 2008-07-13	Jintana Patong Hotel, Patong Beach The Jintana was a good hotel for the price, Close to the Centre of Patong but still could not hear any of the hustle & bustle that goes with it. Breakfast was basic but adequate, Rooms were all you need, Pool good, Most staff were good but 1 reception guy was not very friendly and that is so unlike Thai s. and reception like to know in advance when you check out so they can check the room for breakages etc. We will probably be going back there next year so I suppose that say s it all especially if the new block is finished.	1st but not the last time will use sawadee.com, Helpful easy service
Ang Irene 2008-05-15 until 2008-05-20	Jintana Patong Hotel, Patong Beach Very good location as it s nearby all the night scene in Patong and 10-15minutes walk to the nearby shopping areas. Hotel is very clean and new clean towels were replaced everyday. The cleaning lady did a very good job in keeping the room tidy and they are very honest too, as I ve left my passport in the room one day and it was kept nicely on the table. The breakfast was good and the lady who prepared the breakfast were very kind to prepare fresh fried eggs, bacon and ham everyday. The people at reception were very friendly and helpful but they did not allow us to have a late check out even though there was not much people in the hotel that day (too strict on the hotel policy). They did take care of our bags while we were out for a last minute shopping before the taxi arrive for our departure. Overall I would say that this is a very good place to stay and I would definitely go back to this place on my next visit to Phuket	Very efficient. Everything were ready for me on my arrival and I just need to tell them my name.

Clean & big room, only that the staff weren t that helpful when you need some guidance for the tour info. Well, my star rate is 4.5 over 5 in terms of the location, clealiness and room rate!

The staffs r frendly and most important thing is that the room is very clean, worth to pay only THB800. The location of the hotel is superb, 5-8 minutes walk to BNAGLA ROAD- the most happening place in patong beach. I love the hotel because it is NOT at the road side, we need to walk about 2 minutes to the hotel( form main road), this make the place more privacy and not noisy at night( juz wondering if your hotel bside the road, especially happening place, i gurantee you cant have a good sleep ). If you want a reasonable ( can consider as cheap) and good stay, I strongly recommend JINTANA PATONG.	This is our first time book the hotel thru sawadee.com, at first we still not very sure wheter had made the right choice by booking our self- all these while we go thru agency for our holiday. After the trip, we extremly happy and grateful with the servide provided by sawadee. We strongly recommend to our frens. I will use sawadee again for my next trip as we plan another holiday to KRABI.
john 2008-04-24 until 2008-04-28	Jintana Patong Hotel, Patong Beach nice hotel, but building work going on right outside, thumping of pilons shakes the whole building and is going to be going for at least another month or two, avoid until the work is done. also they ll try it on with a guest charge unless you book a double room.	good as ever

The staff including reception, restaurant, cleaning and security are all friendly and make my stay an enjoyable. It s in a great location and is very reasonably priced. No complaints from me.	Excellent as usual.

The rooms are clean and huge, staff are very helpfull, nice pool. Everyday I used to make my own breakfast, it was fun for me.The reception desk open for 24 hrs. a day. Again I will come to stay this hotel. Thank you very much Swadee and Jintana all Staff and management for the service. I am really very my happy and enjoyed lots.	Just one word GREAT
Sarah LEE 2007-09-02 until 2007-09-10	Jintana Patong Hotel, Patong Beach This is a fabulous budget hotel hidden in the heart of Patong Beach. The rooms are clean and huge, staff will bend over backwards to help you, 5 minutes walk to everything, nice pool, quiet location and reasonable motorbike rental (150B per day for a brand new model). The reception desk is manned 24 hours a day, and there is also a security guard at the gate. We had to decline so many tuk-tuk and taxi drivers because we just didn t need them, everything is within walking distance! Excellent value for money, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Will definately stay here again. On the downside, the hallway behind reception had a weird smell, but once we got into our room, no problems.	Very easy to use, quick confirmation. I had no problems at all, will use again.

What more can we ask for at the rate of tbh1000/- per night. Friendly staffs. Some setbacks are that the mattress is too shaky and that the water from the tap is quite murky in colour.	very prompt and efficient. reliable too.
Dean 2006-03-19 until 2006-03-30	Jintana Patong Hotel, Patong Beach Hotel Jintana was in a great location close to all the action and 5 mins to the beach if using the short cut.Bedrooms we thought were ok, linen changed everyday,staff very helpful and polite.Only drawback was the 3 flights of stairs we had to endure after a long day at the beach.we would stay at this hotel again and would recommend to anyone on a budget.	excellent all went to plan qick, and without any problems

Rooms have good standard and the cleaning is good. Placed in a fantastic garden thats big and have a fine swimmingpool. Jintana Patong feels like an oasis in the middle of everything. If you are looking for a quiet place and yet would be in the neighbourhod of everything to a very reasonable price this is it. We paid 1100 baht for a doubleroom with breakfast, thats VERY good value! Very nice and friendly staff to and a breakfast thats quite OK! This was the second time we stayed at the hotel.HIGHLY REKOMMENDED! If you want to pay for grand foyers, lifts etc. look elsewhere...	Everything was prompt, fast and very correct. I was impressed by the service and simplicity.

Never tried the restaurant or the swimming pool, but they did look clean. Would stay here in the future, and can recommend it for a budget holiday.	Excellent service, only let down was the car that should have transferred me from the airport to the hotel was not arranged. But would use this company again.

Firendliness of the staff and the ever warming smiles really make you at home. Though short walking distance is requires from hotel to main street, its still quite centrally position to the most happening areas in the central of Patong Beach. I will certainly consider to stay in the same hotel when opportunitity arises. Thanks.	This is the first time l booked my holidays via internet. It was quite an experience to know how much the technologies had evoled. The services and prompt arrangement was beyond my expectation. Thank you for making my holidays a smooth and memorable. They help you to book travel packege if you have not done already. The only problem is entrance of the hotel. Its very narrow and there was some condtruction going on for now. Its is not very far from beach and you can easily walk to the beach. You can rent a motorbike from the hotel itself. Overall the hotel is good if you don t need a luxuarious one. Value for money.	Booking Service is good. I requested to change double bed just 2 days before my check-in and they did it on time.

Good price, super staff, the rooms are clean with a daily maid service. The hotel is set in gardens away from the sound of bars and main roads making it very quite and peaceful. Well after the Tsunami I decided to head back to Montreal, Quebec Canada. I advised the hotel, and the owner was most accommodating.. The hotel and your company gave me a refund for unused portion of my stay in Phuket along with the refund for the New Years Gala Dinner. I found this very professional, and can assure you that I will recommend very highly your company to everyone back home. The owner of the hotel should be given a medal, really, this man could not do enough for us, along with the injured that came from his other property, namely Patong Beach Bungalows. He gave water and snacks then made noodle soup for everyone. What a gentleman. The Jintana Patong hotel has got to be the greatest value for your money on earth. The property is beautiful with the palm trees and flowers around a very beautiful pool. The pool was immaculate, water very clean. As for the room well I ll give it ten out of ten. Really, newly done over, very bright, clean, comfortable bed, and an air condition that worked perfect. the staff were very friendly and accommodating. This is the only hotel that I would recommend to anyone that is going to Patong Beach, Phuket. Jintana Patong Hotel...... The Best

The room was large with the balcony overlooking the garden. The room was cleaned daily, towels and bed linen changed daily. All areas were very clean and the happy and cheerful staff were very helpful. The pool was also kept to a high standard. I cannot fault this hotel and book again on my next visit to Patong.	Could not be any easier.

Only a couple of minutes walk from the main night life area of Bangla Road yet peace and quiet remained thanks to the lush tropical gardens surrounding the hotel. The hotel had a nice simple reception with very helpful and very friendly staff 24 x 7...they even have a gateman 24 x 7 as well! The rooms were large and very clean with a good sized bathroom, which even had a bath. Rooms cleaned daily and all towels and linen changed also! Again, cleaning staff very polite and friendly. Nice pool in gardens but very little used as a 4km talcolm powder sand beach only a 5 minute walk away! One tip, if you stay in Patong it appears most of the hotels (including Jintana)provide guests with pool/beach towels free of charge, so don t bother packing them. Would highly recommend this hotel and would go back tomorrow....just need to persuade the boss to give me some more holidays!!!	No problems. Easy and efficient.

Only problem was my shower not working but they where quick to help me out. It has a nice pool and it has surrounding gardens so although it is just off the main road with all the bars etc it is quiet and secluded.	No problems, very efficent

Hotel is quiet and the staff is friendly and helpful. Swimming pool is nice. Plenty of parking if you have car or motorbike. I liked it so much I extended my stay for almost a week. Is a great place with great price of 500 baht/night or 750 for high season. Is well worth the price.	I have used this site for booking hotels all over Thailand and have never had a problem with the site at all. I have always been very pleased with the service and will use it again for sure.
