Away from the noise and traffic of Patong Beach area but only a couple of minutes away by motorcycle. Have stayed there twice and will stay there again. Only criticism is tv reception sometimes suspect and just before I left all English movie channels disappeared? Highly reccomend	Quick and efficient

However, the location is very quiet and uncomfortable and the room is creepy at night because of the glass door.	fast and excellent

First I was a little disappointed, but after short while, everything was just perfect. hotel have everything I requested and more, room big, good wiev, dayly cleaning just perfect. poolarea small but just fine. hotelstaff really helpfull, it is a quiet place, and you have your privacy, ok when many people around pool, crowded, but no problem. just remember to ask staff what you want, then they get it for you. and hallo - free wifi internet. I changed my booking several times by telephone because stay longer koh phiphi, but no problem, we made a good deal. also good motobike for rent, and good deal as well. thanks to all staff (manager, cleaning lady, motobike lady). Place good for singles as well for family. this hotel is good for the area nanai road, where everything is crowded. Ok no restaurant hotel, but area near by have a lot of restaurants, and better prices than by the beach, my girlfriend and me went to ubol market near by, cheap food and good quality. I sure come again.	good and professional as always.

The basics are important, a nice bed and clean sheets is all I wanted and that s not what I got.	no problems
Teo Kim Wah 2008-02-29 until 2008-03-03	Blue Sky Residence, Patong Beach First of all, it was hard to find this place. Even the taxi driver could not find it. Luckily I got a map.Anyway, it was a fast check-in and I was given a Standard room which is quite big and clean. The only setback is that the blinds (no curtains) are in a very horrible state. You can t have privacy as the sliding door with no curtains, can be seen from outside. But then again, hey, the rate is cheap. However, it can be quite far to the beach and happening area. That s why I stayed only one night and moved to the beach area. I will recommend friends to stay there...if they are on a trip for soul searching. The place is peaceful & quiet with nice view.	It was ok.
Samson Santhosh nickson 2008-02-06 until 2008-02-11	Blue Sky Residence, Patong Beach Firstly we have booked for taxi to pick us from the airport.But nobody turned up to pick us up.Secondly, it was very hard to find the hotel and finally after 2 hr we reached the hotel.Then we checked into the hotel and our room was at 3rd floor so need to walk up.But the room look very nice and it worth the money paid.But then we found our wash basin spoil.But the next the staff repaired it. So over all the hotel was very nice and its a very pleasant place to stay.Currently there is some construction going on (Nearby) but that doesn t affect your night. Its quite far from beach but if you rent a bike you can reach the beach in 5 min. For food there are few restaurants nearby so need to worry about your meals.Nothing much to worry about staffs because it will hard to find any staffs around. But few steps up slope is really a killer after a tired shopping and walking around. As for me climbing up the slope is really hard. So might not be going back to this hotel again.Thanks	Great service

Adam Borchard 2007-08-08 until 2007-08-13	Blue Sky Residence, Patong Beach Good for the money you pay. The hotel can be a bit hard to find at first but once you get you bearings it is not too bad. The many many steps can be a challenge after a full day/night shopping/drinking in Patong. Nan Nai Road is set back away from the pounding music of the Patong night life which is good because you do get some sleep. Staff at Blue Sky are great and are willing to take you into Patong for free on their scooters. Room was clean and had AC which is a must to beat the humidity. No internet service was an issue but there are a few wireless providers around who have unsecured networks so you can leach off them on and off. Don t rely on consistant access though as it tends to float in and out. Nan Nai Road has lots of small places to eat at great rates as well as being an easy place to ride a scooter to Phuket Town or Karon etc from. Remember this is a basic style hotel so don t expect the Ritz but it is not backpacking either. i have paid $220 a night for less here in Australia so $130 for a week is great value. I will stay there next trip.	Booking was simple and reliable. No problems at all.

It was nice to be outside of the hectic pace of Patong Beach, though close enough to walk (20). We found Blue Sky realy good value for money. The swimming pool was surperb as well as the restaurants in the area. Everything was much cheaper in this area of Patong with a lovely sense of village life. Would recommend as a place to stay.	Booked over the internet through the Sawadee site with everything running smoothly.
Panagiota Gavras 2007-07-19 until 2007-07-24	Blue Sky Residence, Patong Beach This was the perfect place to stay if you wanted to be close enough to Patong Beach but far enough from the bustle of things. We stayed in a Deluxe room which was well worth it. The hotel is gorgeous, roomy with all the necessaties available. It is literally 5 minutes away from everything if you get a motorbike. It was definetely more than we expected given the amount we paid for!	fast and efficient
Glenn BOTT 2007-05-28 until 2007-06-08	Blue Sky Residence, Patong Beach We booked a deluxe suite for our first anniversary. My wife was very pleased to be presented with a large bouquet of flowers (at not cost). Room was well presented and very clean. Air con worked well as did the shower and jacuzzi. Great swimming pool and very friendly staff. The hill was a little bit of a shock the first night in the rain, however, once you hire a scooter for 150bht a day it is no longer an issue. Blue Sky is not on the main drag, but is close to a good Thai food market which we ate at most nights. There is also enough European eateries nearby to keep you going. All in all a very pleasant time. Only thing I would ask is that the mattress is slightly softer, it was a little on the stiff side.	As always no problems. This is the 6th or 7th time I have booked with Sawadee and never had an issue.

The Deluxe rooms are fantastic and really not that expensive. We stayed for 7 nights and enjoyed every one of them. I recommend that you hire a scooter to get around. Patong is a good 30 plus minute walk from the hotel but is only 3 minutes by scooter. They are reasonably priced to hire from the hotel. Cost us 150 Baht a day. Try the local food markets near the hotel. Highly recommend them. If you want to be right in the middle of Patong and around the night life the entire time then this is probably not the place to go. But if you want to be close to Patong and far away to also relax, this is the perfect place. We really enjoyed our stay and when we come back we will be staying at the Blue Sky Residence again. Shanthikumar Pararajasingam 2007-02-02 until 2007-02-04	Blue Sky Residence, Patong Beach Hotel has nice rooms. In fact the superior rooms are a lot more spacious and comfortable, well worth the extra 200 Baht, as compared to the standard rooms. The room and bathroom facilities are very good. There is even a couch in this room that can accomodate the extra person if there is no need for the extra bed. The small pool is nice as well & there is a good restaurant just behind the hotel with really cheap rates. Only negative is that it is a bit far from the beach BUT that can be easily solved by hiring motorbike/s for just 250 Baht a day @ the hotel itself or for 200 Baht/day @ the Lucky Pen guesthse down the road. Within 10 mins u are at the beach. I might add that this distance may be also good as u are assured of a good night s sleep given that the Patong beach area is very crowded @ nite.	Booking service was good. The response comes quickly. I would advise people not to book too late as rooms even in the non-peak season are not easily available.

The tuk-tuks charge an extra 50-100 bath to take you up to the hotel. The hotel have a very nice and relaxed atmosphere and a nice pool. But the service where poor, they where very unpofessional. They mess up oure online booking and the payment. They had a bad cleaning in the rooms. The suite was nice but stay away from the smaller rooms.!!	ok

Very nice place if you want peace and quiet, however, it is removed from town so you will need to take a taxi or tuk-tuk to get around which could get expensive.	No problems.

The pool was relaxing and over all I had a beautiful stay with the Blue Sky Residence.	The booking was very easy and will all info that I need.

They accommodated us in the JRP hotel next door which was nice. If you are a young raveller in seek of the shops/beach/nighlife of Patong, this is not the place for you as it is miles away from all the action. It is definately not walking distance to beach etc. my boyfriend and I had to pay THB100 each way down to centre of town each day for the beach and night for the pubs. There is nothing around the hotel area. As I said, really nice rooms etc but terrible location.	Seemed to be ok at this end but as I said, the Blue Sky didn t accommodate us

Unfortunately room was only ready at 4.pm and not at our arrival.Deluxe room first seemed small, but was finally big enough and clean. Staff was ok and helpfully.	no problems with booking service, serios and fast!
