Daniel Sundberg 2008-09-09	Kata Sea Breeze Resort, Kata Beach This was our first stay and we are sure to come back if we are going to Kata Beach again. We had two rooms with direct pool access and it was perfect to jump directly down in the pool after a long day on the beach or shopping. We had booked for two nights but stayed there for 10 nights. The staff was very helpfull and friendly and always smiling. There was no safe in the rooms but we had a box (two keys needed to open), placed behind a locked door in the lobby. Felt very secure. The rooms were clean and cleaned daily with fresh towels. The breakfasts were good with both warm and cold food. We often ate our lunch and dinners at the hotels restaurant and we can really recommend the Kata Sea Breeze Sandwich as a perfect lunch. Hotel is placed just a few minutes walk from the Beach but we used to take the Tuk-tuk instead. Only 100 Baht. Can also recommend the hotels Taxi-service with good prices if you want to go somewhere.
Mikael Brostrom 2008-04-02 until 2008-04-13	Kata Sea Breeze Resort, Kata Beach Friendly staff and nice room. The breakfast buffe could be better. Cold things like butter and youghurt is not so nice when you find it refrosen. Somethings to put on your bread like cheese would be nice. But lunch in the restaurant was okey. The taxiservice was excellent. So nice to be picked up if you wanted. When it´s lowseason the hotel seems to shut down things, like the jaccuzzi in the big pool. Lights in the big pool and other things. That makes the hotel a bit boring for the eye.	Excellent!
Brian Larsen 2008-03-15 until 2008-03-28	Kata Sea Breeze Resort, Kata Beach We stayed 13 nights at Kata Sea Breeze Resort in March 2008 and we can highly recommend it and will definitely come back some day. We stayed 2 adults and 2 kids aged 8 and 9 at a room with direct pool access and the kids just loved it, they felt it was their pool . Even though there is new hotels/shops under construction near by the hotel, we did not feel disturbed at any time. We really felt at home at this hotel and we felt it was relaxing and quiet to come home to our room and pool after a day out. The breakfast buffet was fine and plenty, but there was no cheese and Nutella, but no big deal! we just bring it ourselves next time. We used the hotels taxiservice almost everytime, because it was fine cars and good drivers, so we thought this was worth the extra 50 to 100 baht. The distance to the Kata Beach was about 300-400 meter whether you took the way down(the path close to Club med.) to the northern end of the beach or the way down to the southern end of the beach.	everything worked out fine
robert beavis 2008-03-04 until 2008-03-12	Kata Sea Breeze Resort, Kata Beach the main thing to consider with this hotel is that it appears to cater for tour groups which makes it soulless with few of the amenities one would get in proper hotel.the rooms are reasonably sized and furnished. the penny pinching however leaves a sour taste, with a charge made for the packets of creamer & coffee in the room. on reflection pricey for what it was,(pool access room).

It was our first time traveling with children and I have never had so much help and friendly faces. The pool was realy nice, our daughter loved it. The room was clean and the bed was really soft and nice.	I thank everyone that was involved in our bookings and all the problem that they solved. Thank you so much !
Brenda Loh 2007-08-16 until 2007-08-20	Kata Sea Breeze Resort, Kata Beach The hotel was pleasantly nice. Although they are having minor renovation at the garden near the poolside, but we are still able to swim without much disurbance. The room and toilet is quite spacious. The breakfast menu should be improve. The beach is just around the corner. Overall a pleasant place to stay.	Booking through sawadee was easy. It was my third time using this website. No sweat at all!!!
Maria Lindberg 2007-02-11 until 2007-02-15	Kata Sea Breeze Resort, Kata Beach A really nice hotel located a short walk from the beautiful Kata beach! The only problem we had was that the hotel had made a mistake with their bookings, so they didn´t have a room for us for all the nights we had reservation made for. They compensated us well though,instead of a superior-room we got one with poolaccess. (I can really recommend those rooms,absolutely lovely!!) The manager solved the bookingtrouble well, he got us a very nice bungalow in Karon and they drove us there so it was ok. The breakfast was ok and the staff was nice. We could easily stay there again for a longer time, we didn´t want to leave!! Next time we certainly will book a room with poolacess to begin with. We also think that you get very much for money staying at this hotel.
Bo Pettersson 2007-01-30 until 2007-02-19	Kata Sea Breeze Resort, Kata Beach This was my third stay on this hotel in a period of 6 months. I´m sorry to say that there to many charter tourists on the hotel this time. At breakfast time it was a real rally going on with all that people chasing for food and a table to be seated. So please, better organisation to meet all, maybe different time scheedule or bigger restauarant? I like the De Luxe rooms with direct access to the pool. Always nice employees. I will come back.	Works very well and to be recommended.

Therefore I will come back with my family in the end of january for another 3 weeks. Good service and a nice smile keeps me happy.	Functions very well.

Nice hotel in quiet area in Kata.Beach, shopping/nightlife in walking distance. Very friendly staff.Breakfast OK. We will certanly come back to the hotel in our next stay in Phuket.	OK - no problem. Will use it again.

Great swimmingpools and spacious room, but the rooms are very noisy, because of the stone floors. The restaurant isn t very pleasant, but we only have breakfast there. However we enjoyed our stay in this hotel.	As usual very good service! We thank the staff of Sawadee.

Very friendly staff during the day, night crew were severely English-challenged. Thailand is soooo hospitable, and Phuket Island so much fun. Please don t tell anyone...

All stuff friendly, always a nice smile, a good laugh and serviceminded. The hotel is only some hundred meters to the restaurant area or the beach. The rate level ok. Maybe I go back in december again.//Bosse	It functioned very well - no problems at all regardless different information about the airport transfer but we figured it out.
Lee Ken Leong 2006-05-13 until 2006-05-14	Kata Sea Breeze Resort, Kata Beach During our vacation, we actually stayed in 2 resorts at Kata beach and this was one of them worse compare to the first one we stayed. The resort is far away from the beach as i have to walk for more than 10 minutes to reach the beach. Less restaurant or convenient store surrounding this resort compared to the first resort we stayed. The room has everything we needed. The room is direct access to the pool but we didn t find comfortable to swim in the pool (maybe it was low season, the pool was not fully operated). We felt more comfortable swimming in the main pool (this pool is not connected to the pool in front of our room). Pros: Good airconditioning Cons: They charged the sachets of coffee in the room.	Great service, easy and convenient. No problem with the check-in at all.
Jerry Huang 2006-04-14 until 2006-04-21	Kata Sea Breeze Resort, Kata Beach Nice budget hotel. We stayed in a room right at the back with a direct access to the pool from your room - ie. you the steps of the pool go straight to your verandah. Bad thing is that the grounds surrounding the hotel boundary are very wet and even swamp looking. At night there was very annoying and constant insect mating sounds. The food was very average and I even got a fish bone stuck in my tongue in a dish that had no fish! The bone was very deeply lodged and very troublesome to yank out. Location wise, this is good because it s within walking distance to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. Also Kata beach is a much better place to stay than Patong! The beach is nicer and it s much easier to get a good bargain on the shopping. For even cheaper shopping, try the Robinson shopping center and the shops around it in Phuket town. Next time I come back, I might try the Kata Poolside resort instead. We ate at their restaurant and it was one of the better dinners during our stay.	Straight forward with no problems although it would be more reassuring if this site was updated to look more professional and less dodgy. The booking receipt can be improved to look more formal. If this site was not recommended to me by a collegue, I would never have trusted this site with my credit card details.

Very good standard, good food, very nice service and good price. We´ve been to more expensive resorts, but this was absolutely the same. We will come back for sure. See you later!	I booked and paid online, and it was very easy and quick. No further comments.

The staf was nice and love to play whith the children. We will bee back for shore. It is a good price and not long from the beach...and the bars, reastaurants and shops is only 3 minuts away... It is our 5:th visit to Kata..

The breakfast is very good that is included in the price.	Very good, fast replies, and helpful staff. We did enjoy our vacation very well. Victoria M 2005-12-27 until 2006-01-03	Kata Sea Breeze Resort, Kata Beach This hotel is very very good value for money. It is very close to the Kata township. Can walk down to the town and shops and beach in 5 minutes. The beach is actually right in front of the resort but Club Med takes up all the beach access so no view of the sea but other than that the pool is very large and nice. There is a bar in the pool and some of the rooms actually have direct pool access - very nice! Hotel massge by the pool are available all day every day. The rooms and bathrooms are excellent. The buffet breakfast is excellent and the bar and restaurant is very nice food at a very reasonable price. The staff dont speak english that well and it is not a luxury 5 star resort but it would be up there with the 4 star resorts and you get a lovely lovely hotel for a very reasonable price. I would go back because of the value for money. There are certainly nicer hotels but they cost a lot more compared to what you get here. This place is just perfect and it is a really good place to stay in Phuket.	Very easy to use, always received a reply very quickly if I had any questions and had no problem with the reservations and payment via the website. Will definately use again
mark herrett 2005-12-27 until 2005-12-31	Kata Sea Breeze Resort, Kata Beach Good hotel accommodation, great pool and good air-conditioning, and clean but a little too grasping (be careful about the sachets of coffee and tea in the room - UNLIKE most hotels, they charge extortionate prices for them and the prices are not clearly stated). We were also charged for a broken glass and drinks by the pool which were NOT signed for by us. Thankfully these charges were subsequently cancelled. The taxis outside the hotel (a mere ten yards outside!!) offered better prices; foolish of the hotel not to charge competitive prices (after all their cars are not any better than the ones outside).	Good but e-mail communications are sometimes difficult as a result of poor English.
