Jim Iverach 2007-12-24 until 2007-12-26	Expat Hotel, Patong Beach I found the hotel to be clean and quiet. We used it as a stop over for 2 nights before flying over to Koh Samui/Koh Tao. The hotel is well run and is close enough to walk to the shopping areas and beach. Would definately stay here again. Great value.	Sawadee booking went according to plans.

When I checked in I was greeted by the sight of some bloke with his feet up on the reception desk and the receptionist was very nonchalant.My poolside room was adequate. But when I stayed in a cheaper room it was rubbish . Tv s without remotes ??? The pool was not 100% clean. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! It fails miserably. Poor management I suspect !	good as always

The first night we got there the room had bugs, we asked reception to sort it out, they were less than happy or couldnt be bothered. We eventually went to a new room which wasnt as bad. The shower was crap, it would alternate from hot to cold, the bed were quite hard and uncomfortable and the bedding looked quite old, but wasnt too bad. The receptionist during the daytime was ok. Wouldnt return here.	Excellent
Virginia (Ginny) Bishop 2007-10-14 until 2007-10-15	Expat Hotel, Patong Beach Average hotel, nice pool, room ok enough though unfortunately the ever present small ants were around (to be found in most Asia hotels so not a direct black mark for this hotel in particular)	My first choice was full, good that they send you another option that you can pay for immediately if you wish - as this saves time rather than going through another search.

Good service,clean rooms and good value for meals.Close to centre of action nr Bangla Rd and walking distance to beach. Would recommend for anyone wanting good clean, low cost hotel.	Booking caused no hassle at all unlike other Thailand accommodation discount sites
Nicholas Niglio 2007-04-30 until 2007-05-03	Expat Hotel, Patong Beach let s see, actually quite good, fair price, clean room excellent sevice, outside car service is great, shower/water pressure perfect, only goofy thing is probably the worst TV station selection outside of Bagdad,very old DVD movies, sometimes BBC might work only 4 or 5 channels and get this no remote, but in reality if your in Thailand watching TV you ve got a problem	For a first time user I was very satisfied
Yala 2007-03-28 until 2007-03-30	Expat Hotel, Patong Beach The hotel is located very close of patong beach (5 mn) and of bangla road for the night life but the hotel is very quiet because located at the end of a road. The hotel is excellent for young couple or alone people because the rooms are a little bit small but they are clean and well maintained. It is excellent for people who like to go out and not staying in their hotel because except the swimming pool who is very nice, there is no other activity in the hotel. Nevertheless, there is a spa with luxuary swimming pool, sauna and training center close of the hotel (250 thb per day).The employees of the hotel are very understanding and listening.	Very good, no problem
Sree 2006-11-25 until 2006-11-26	Expat Hotel, Patong Beach Excellent location. Bathrooms are small, and have the bare essentials only. Overall, a good deal for the price paid. Definitely not for the picky types. My mini bar was not stocked fully when I checked in. So I ended up paying for missing drinks that I did not consume. Other than that, no issues.	Works just fine!

The room was comfortable and provided all that is required. The restaurant provides good food at a reasonable price. Will stay there again.
Easy Rider 2005-12-20 until 2005-12-25	Expat Hotel, Patong Beach Perfect location. Very friendly staff. Average breakfast. Room is ok but the shower has poor water pressure and the bed is a bit hard. Nice swimming pool. I recommend this hotel.	Very efficient and professional.

Bruno Keller 2005-04-22 until 2005-04-26	Expat Hotel, Patong Beach There are so many things to complain for this hotel. 1st they not pick up us at the airport even we booked and paid the pick up service; 2nd they not notice our booking and not even prepare a room; 3rd at last they gave us a room (not clean with sticky toilet and noisy fan). Coz this we decide to check out same night and got with the help of a local a much better room on a lesser rate. So we will adive not to book this hotel coz there are many better places with better service and clean rooms.	Where helpful to change our booking inbetween one day only. Thank you much

We booked a VIP fan room, thinking this would have a fan situated on the wall which would give you enough breeze to cool you down. However we had a ceiling fan which only pumped warm air around the room, to say it was unbearable is an understatement, if I had the money I would have upgraded to the Air con room however didnt, so we suffered. Quite a bit of difference in price. Food nice and staff quite friendly. Pool area ok, pool lovely however if you are planning on sunbathing ariund the pool you wont have much luck as there are so many trees covering the pool that only 1 out of 12 sunbeds gets the sun, if you are a beach person no problems however not me. Overall ok stay but believe you could probably get more for your money if you looked around.	Great service, No problems with any of the bookings Ive made through this service in 3 months of travelling around Thailand.

Easy walking distance to everything in Patong Beach. The blankets weren t the best and the towels had an odor, but no big deal really. I would definitely stay here again.	Hassle free and efficient.
