Breakfast, not enormous but more than enough. Private guard to take care of my car, and he carefully kept the keys of the car. Absolutely not a problem.	Quick, reliable, perfect !

Rooms ending in 7 cannot see all pool. Ground floor rooms have direct access to pool, others have unsightly rooftop views from rear access, but this can be overlooked. Excellent buffet breakfast.	Efficient and relaible.

The place was clean, good value, the air conditioner worked very well and the people were friendly. I feel like this hotel was also in a good area of Phuket; close enough to walk to everything, but far away enough to avoid the noise. I give this place a 7.5 out of a possible 10.	very easy and good!

Tony Battin 2007-05-10 until 2007-05-17	Tony Resort, Patong Beach Second time at this hotel. Service as good as ever. Room is more than adequate. Staff are very friendly and cannot help enough, breakfast is not a buffet, but is terrific, pick from a very good menu. I will definitely stay there again. Just far enough from all the noise but close enough for all the fun.	Terrific as usual, absolutely no problems.

We didn t swim in the pool however as the water was quite cloudy and uninviting which is a pity because the pool is beatiful. Bathroom was dated but the room was beautiful.	Booking service was very easy.
roderick 2007-02-25 until 2007-03-04	Tony Resort, Patong Beach many of the previous comments made,i accept.however i terminated my stay early because i cannot live in a room that is like a furnace.the air conditioning unit is next to useless and when i was shown an alternative room,it was just the same.even a thai person told me that they could not stand the heat in the room,especially at night.the hotel needs to replace these diabolical air conditioning units urgently.i for one will never return!	excellent as usual
e.fernandes 2007-02-22 until 2007-03-03	Tony Resort, Patong Beach looks nice and clean but you do not want to come here if you like your night rest. doors keep slamming all night long and the building is very noisy.the food of the restaurant was crap but there are enough places to eat in town. staff looks very nice but when we checked out 2nights early due to an emergency at home and lost the money (normal)they dared to charge us 50baht for a broken glass(nice service).	very goods and helpfull

It is quet place: you don t feel the noise of the street in the hotel.The room is clean. Breakfirst is good. The only problem: sheets and towels are clean but very old. They realy need to replace them.	Convinient booking service.

We were disapointed by this hotel and we do not recommend it, the photos on the web site are far from reality! 1)We received a room facing a wall! 2)when we checked in the room was dirty and the got sheets with holes 3) on the second day we got towels with holes 4) the hotel offered free mineral water and was not replaced automatically we had to aske for and prove that we didn t got already!! 5) the beds were very tough an our friends change room in the middle of the night because of the matress springs 6) all the public areas : dinner room for breakfast, reception, are open-air and without air conditioning at all Conclusion: BAD VALUE FOR MONEY	The booking was efficient fast and reliable

STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND OTHER THAN THE BED LINENS ALL WAS OKAY.	NO PROBLEMS EVER WITH SAWADEE.COM HANDLING MY RESERVATIONS. I HAVE USED THEM ON MULTIPLE OCCASSIONS WITH MULTIPLE DESTINATIONS AND NEVER A PROBLEM.

Chai Yang 2007-01-23 until 2007-01-26	Tony Resort, Patong Beach Checked in as scheduled but after finding out it was a smoking room, I requested to be transferred. I was told non-smoking room was not available and to check back the next day. I left the front counter pissed off just like the customer (she had to wait until 6PM to check in) before me. Because I booked a day trip the following day, I packed all my belongings back into my suitcase before going to bed. Next morning, before leaving for my day trip, I told the front person that I still want a non-smoking room and left them the key just in case they have one available. And if they did, they can move my suitcase to the new room. After returning from my day trip, I checked the front counter and they said we have one earlier but you not here. I was furious with their lack of customer service and the communicaiton amongst them. I asked for my key back and was told to check back the following day. I walked by the counter several times the next day and they did not bother to inform me whether there was any available room. I wasn t going to ruin my vacation over this so I just didn t bother trying again. The room I stayed in was by the pool. I had the shade closed the entire time just to get some privacy since people are always walking by. The doors does not shut quietly. Myself and my neighbors have to use force to shut the door close which can be annoying when you are sleeping and your neighbors are coming in late at night. Called the front desk about losing my key. They send someone to open the door and just left. I had to call again to explain to them that I lost my key and I would like a replacement. Cost 1500 baht just to get a copy. What a rip off. The bathroom window is screened and does not close. One morning I was awaken by food smell. Someone was cooking up a storm from outside and I had to deal with it. Towels are beyond their usage days and need to be replaced. During my 3 nights stay, I witnessed 3 disappointed customers. Will never stay at Tony Resort again.	Great online service with quick response.

The Hotel is nice located proxamatly 5 minutes by feet to the beach patong and to the night life area Bangla road. The hotel has a beatyfull pool with clear water. The whole hotel is new renovated and anacts over spacefully nice rooms with air condition which on you can adjust by your own. The breakfast was great. The hotel was not noisy but in the heart of patong. You can riech the nice dream beaches from the hotel with with sand and really clear water and less people in 10 until 20 minutes by motorbike. The staff from the hotel was very polite and helpfull the service was ecellent at all. We will stay defenetly again in this hotel and can recomand it.	The booking service was ecellent. Everythink works very fine.

The rooms are clean and very spacious & the price is very reasonable! the swimming pool is nice and big enough. the location is closed to shopping/restaurants, and patong beach. all other attractions are reachable in 15-30 minutes time. As a whole, it s a very good trip and I really enjoy my 5-days stay @ Tony Resort. If I were to re-visit Phuket, i will consider to stay at Tony Resort again...	Very effective and efficient. I am happy with the service.

B/fast is terrific. Room is more than adequate. Main pool was closed for a few days but the 2nd pool was very good. Will definitely stay there again. Tony from Australia.	First time I have used this service and very happy. No problems and was able to get into room at 9.00am and check out at 4.00pm for extra 400 baht. More than happy.

The accomodations, the service and the resturant were excellent. If you enjoy excellent service with a smile and being treated like royalty then this is the place for you. You won t regret it!! This is a surely a very special place in paradise. I will definitaly return for a second trip to the Tony resort. Thanks to all of you for making my stay so enjoyable and making me feel so much at home.	The booking service was excellent. Everything was ready for me when I got to Phuket. I had no probems at all getting my reservation and my taxi was already waiing for me when I got to the Phuket airport. Everything went so smooth. The last night I dealt with a roach crwaling on the wall. It was near the beach and it was quiet but overall the quality could have been better.	The booking part of the service was fine. I had no complaints.

The surroundings to the hotel are the busy Patong, but the hotel itself was beautiful and had a very nice pool and very helpful staff. The price was pretty good, although it would do better if it had a better location. An excellent place to stay though if you are willing for a short walk to the nightlife area on Bangala Rd.

Don t worry it s safe.. I want to use this system next time again.

Location is good, but the hotel isn t by the beach as it may appear in the map. Waking in the hallway to get to the room isn t very pleasant; you see a very ugly view.	great! no problems.

anonymous 2004-09-24 until 2004-09-26	Tony Resort, Patong Beach my room and service was great, and then i made the mistake of recommending my friend to join me. they checked her into another, older wing which smelled and the bathroom flush was broken. we asked to fix it, but they didn t fix it. when we asked them to move her near us, they told us the rooms were full. however, as far as i could see there were very few people staying there. they were very rude during this time, and even tried to charge extra for small things. i think this is the test of true good service, when there is a problem if they take care of it quickly or do they stall and be rude? i was not very happy with this hotel and will not go back. in addition, we payed more than the average for a full day tour to phi phi at the hotel travel agency, but in the end we just joined the hordes for the same tour and paid more for it. they didn t follow the schedule that was told to us by the agency.	booking was good and easy.
