Samarjit Ghosh 2008-09-30	Baan Sukhothai Hotel, Patong Beach I will not recommend this Hotel especially for family. The rooms are average size but ill furnished. The standard is below one star. Also the entire Resort is not well lit. The building are not well maintained.	Book service is exellent but I would like your website to be more updated on information on Hotel and it rooms.

I stayed in the hotel wing and not the bungalow type rooms surounded by small rivers. nice and decent room and good value at the low season rate. decent breakfast buffet and overal friendly staff. the location is right in the middle of the nightlife aread so very busy at night but not particularly noisy in the rooms at night.the area is quiet during the day.	no problems with sawadee

Friendly people, very nice thai-style buildings and beautiful garden. And specially for me I like it that its situated in the center of Patong beach. J. Dobber and NMH van der Vloet	Excellent!!!

STUART KINGHAM 2006-04-02 until 2006-04-08	Baan Sukhothai Hotel, Patong Beach Very nice hotel. Right in the centre of the resort but inside hotel grounds very peacefull. We stayed in the Waterhouse accommodation which is set in between waterways and fountains. We will book this again when we return.	Very easy to book no problems at all.

Room service and cleaning was good but I didnt feel the staff were friendly and there was often no one behind the pool bar for drinks or towels. The woman who checked us out was also quit rude implying we hadnt paid our bill properly when in fact we had.	Absolutely fine

Not so good service in te balcony resturant but good food. Next time we visit patong we will stay again. Good for children to.	Fast and very good
Benita 2005-11-20 until 2005-11-24	Baan Sukhothai Hotel, Patong Beach checked into this hotel late at night for a 5 night stay and checked out the next morning, the place was not clean at all, debris from previous guests were found in the room, and it was dusty. Also you can hear all the noise from bars on bangla rd. I would not recommend this hotel.	good
DUBOIS Bruno 2005-11-06 until 2005-11-13	Baan Sukhothai Hotel, Patong Beach Not very good stay in this hotel. The room were small for the price ( deluxe ) not light, not place yo hang clothes. we had to ask for changing the first room because it were very small. We had noise the firt two night at six o-clock and we have choose this hotel only for having a quiet place. Te reception was unable to organize any travel, the only one who have done with it was catastrophic. We should have seen a show in cabaret restaurant, but the day the hotel reserve it was day off for the show. Very bad!! So i dont recommend this hotel.
Tracy Kuan Lee Hong 2005-07-30 until 2005-07-31	Baan Sukhothai Hotel, Patong Beach The Hotel is a great place to stay- Fantastic location along Patong Beach, Easy reach to the beach (3 mins walk), pubs and cafes. The street which the hotel is situated, comes alive during night fall. The lovely staff, simple & clean rooms, makes the stay a pleasent experience.	Booking thru Sawadee.com is easy, fast and safe. Prices are reasonable and would strongly recommanded to all travellers.
Michael Sundt 2005-04-05 until 2005-04-12	Baan Sukhothai Hotel, Patong Beach This is a very nice hotel situated in the heart of Patong Beach in Phuket. I had a Waterhouse surrounded by water channels, a green garden, nearby the swimmingpool and a SPA with massage. The garden is surrounded by the hotel complex and completely shielded from the outside. The Waterhouse had one bedrom, living room and bathroom. Nicely Thai interior, airconditioning, a king size bed, TV with international and national channels, bathtrom with bathtub and showers, all high standards and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helping in any request like booking, loundry, taxi etc. Breakfast buffet in the Balcony restaurant was also good, could possibly have some more to choose from but the staff was very friendly. All in all a very pleasant hotel to stay in, I recommend it.	Booking service by on-line booking and mail via Sawadee worked well, also whan I had to change hotel due to the Tsunami.
Brian McGinn 2005-04-01 until 2005-04-16	Baan Sukhothai Hotel, Patong Beach All aspects of this this hotel are excellent. having stayed in Phuket many times at many different resorts i will definitely be returning to this hotel. Its positioning on Soi Bangla is perfect for all types of holiday and actually makes Patong feel smaller. Hotel facilities are great and staff could not be more friendly and helpful, cleanliness is also top notch	Booking service could not be simpler. Highly recomend this web site and will definitely use again
