About the hotel:
Plus points are that it is very quiet, peaceful and well-maintained. It is not just a place to stay but offers much more to see, do and relax. But then, I felt that the place is slightly on the expensive side. For e.g. food, massage etc. were costly. So, we found it to be cheaper to go to Patong beach for those services. To get to Patong beach, there are taxis on the hotel premises, but again they are expensive when compared to the tuk-tuks. That said, the hotel really excels in customer satisfaction. A couple of things worth mentioning... 1. They packed us a simple breakfast as we were checking out pretty early. 2. They surprised us with a birthday cake on my birthday. If you do not mind the high cost of some services and the solitude/seclusion, then this resort could be a haven for you.

About the reservation service:
Very easy and straightforward. Although I was very skeptical about making such an online booking, everything went smoothly. Would recommend following up the online booking with a quick phone call just to make sure everything is alright.
