LA Altree 2009-05-26	Hyton Leelavadee, Patong Beach Hotel was empty and even so the service terrible. The room photos on the internet did not match up with what we got either and although they promised to change the Superior room photo on the left, as at today 25 June 2009 it is still the incorrect picture. You get much better hotels for the same price or less.	I only use Sawadee.com for my online bookings because they are efficient and reliable
Tor Skaar 2009-05-01	Hyton Leelavadee, Patong Beach It was very nice to stay there. They had good service, and smiling people. I like this place, and i want to stay there again, if i go back to Patong. This was my second time in Patong. But I have been around 20 times in Thailand before.	The booking aservice was great too. I was afraid where my money goes, but thats sems to be any problems. Thank you very much

Only negative is that the location is a little far from the main Bang-la area but tuk-tuk s are freely available.	efficient, would use them again

Mohapatra Kishore Chandra 2009-04-12	Hyton Leelavadee, Patong Beach I stayed in a Superior Room for three days. The room was on the first floor and we had to climb the stair cases to recah the room. There was no lift. The room was OK and its layout was as shown in the website. Quality of bed linen is now OK. The balcony was wide but the door opening to the balcony was not getting locked properly. The airconditioner of the room went out of order during our stay. On our request, it was repaired but inspite of that it did not generate adequate cooling effect. The room was equiped with a cofee/tea maker; but tea, cofee, sugar and creamer packets provided were chargeable. Bath room was very small and did not have a bath tub. Space for WC was very narrow and sitting on it was uncomfortable. Bathroom floor was cemented and not tiled. Swimming pool was small but it was looking nice. Breakfast was good. Slices of breads put in the toaster were not falling on the tray but on ground. The Hotel was located near the Patong beach and close to the bus stand, taxi stand and shopping centres. There was adequate parking space in front of the Hotel. We did not face any hassles in getting our room on arrival. However, the Hotel did not send any vehicle to pick us up from the airport though we had requested for the same on payment. We wasted a lot of time searching for the hotel car at the airport. One or two front office staff were indifferent and not quite cordial. However, The Hotel was OK for the rent we paid. We, however, felt we should have paid a few hundred Bahts more and stayed in a better hotel. We shall not stay here again.	The reservation facility provided by Sawadee.Com was excellent, prompt and the reservation staff were responsive. I booked some hotels through sawadee two years back and I found that Websawadee plc. was an honest service provider.

Marjiana Abdul Majid 2009-04-05	Hyton Leelavadee, Patong Beach Overall, hotel services/staff were satisfactory and had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Need to highlight at breakfast waitress on duty was kind enough to provide us hard boiled eggs(which was not served) in addition to what were served as we are Muslims and do not consume pork/any parts of pork. Thanks again. Just to comment that the garden should be well maintained as the hotel is already situated with beautiful landscape. We do plan to stay at same hotel on our next visit, God Willing. Leanne Mountney 2009-03-21	Hyton Leelavadee, Patong Beach The hotel itself was lovely. We had trouble with our door closing and not being provided with the free daily water but other than that staff were friendly and helpful. Be mindful, at this hotel you have to pay for tea and coffee facilities. The location is great, just 3 min walk to Patong Beach and 6 mins to Bangla Rd, so nice and close yet far enough away to have a quiet rest if needed. The room service does lack a little due to language barriers but overall was very nice.	Very good and efficient

PROKOPYUK 2009-02-13	Hyton Leelavadee, Patong Beach Normal, budget hotel. Rooms good, but better than the second floor. Restaurant - OK.Brk - monotonous, little choice. The staff - well ... Beautiful area near the beach and town center, and quiet.	No problem at all!
MR STEPHEN SUTTON 2008-03-22 until 2008-03-31	Hyton Leelavadee, Patong Beach The pool area was very nice, however the rooms need be renovated, there seems to be a problem with the drains as each time we had showers (which however were very good) there was a really bad smell. The linen needs to be replaced as sheets had stains and were off-white, as were the towels.The staff however were friendly and attentive and helped me when I left my jacket in the room on departure. The location is quite good, 5-10 minutes from town and beach.	Very good
John 2008-03-18 until 2008-03-21	Hyton Leelavadee, Patong Beach Hotel and service is excellent. But water comming out of the shower, bathroom sink, toilet is yellow with an foul oder. I suspect it may be due to the tsunami four years ago still. I also have asked other tourist I meet who are staying at a different hotel about their water, and they told me that the water at their hotel is clear. I am not sure what is going on with Leelavadee. I will not stay there again until they have their water problem fixed.	Excellent booking.

Only problem was crooked doors and some mosqiutos. Really nice poolarea and good breakfast with service minded personell.	The booking service was perfect, no problems at all.
LENGAUER FRIEDRICH 2007-04-15 until 2007-04-20	Hyton Leelavadee, Patong Beach From outside this hotel looks like very nice but inside the rooms need urgent renovation (25 years old)The floor in the room looks alike a washkitchen( no floor tiles).Bathroom smells muggy.Breakfast below average.Pool area very nice. Too expensive for what you get. (Season april to october 2700 -3200 baht/day hotel rate) For overnight guest you have to pay extra 500 baht every day/or/night. Far (15 min walking) to bangla road.Will never stay here again.	No problems.Satisfied as always.Fast confirmation. Thank you !

Rooms very comfortable though a little tired particularly the veranda furniture. Very close to beach and shops and restaurants. it felt very peaceful and relaxed and wasn t too big. I would stay there again.	Excellent

It is very close to central Patong but is set back so that it is quiet at night and you can t hear all the music from the bars etc. Staff were helpful and the pool is nice with plenty of beds for use. Room was good size and had private balcony. Breakfast was one of the best we had in Thailand also.

The only problem is that the swimming pool was closed for renovation and also the spa was closed. The hotel had a special arrangement with another hotel next door for the swimming pool, but I feel that they should notify guests in advance when a major facility is closed - one expects to arrive and find all the things advertised on the website. I would have chosen a different hotel if I knew it.	Flawless.

Great pool with jacuzzi section, and poolbar. I will for sure, stay here again.	Fast and reliable as always.

But: We checkt in at 6 a.m. after a 12 hour flight and the lady at the reception tould us, there ist no reservation for us....so we had to wait 30 minutes than she found finally our booking....but there were no `sorry` or `my mistake` from the lady. On the other hand, the service at the restaurant, mainly for breakfast, is bad, people are lazy and dont understand to fill up the empty plates. So you have to take breakfast before 8 a.m. otherwise you have just a small offer. and don´t drink the coffee !!!	Simple, fast and efficient.
