Breakfast also good, alot of variety, location good too. Lovely gardens. Nice staff and Great location - only mins. walk to Patong Beach and shopping area.	Easy, perfect with prompt response !

We got two connected rooms by the pool, the kids went straight to the pool. 7 minutes walk beach I have Only good things to say about this Hotel, very recommended. hope to be there next time.	I have double checked with the hotels, and the reservation worked fine. i will use next time

Location is good with only 10 min walk to town centre. Breakfast was excellent. Good value for money especially during low seasons.	Easy and no problem

The Garden Wing is good for people on a budget but if you can stay in the Spa Wing you should. We had a lovely time at Deevana, we can t fault our stay. Breakfast is great! It is about a 15 minute walk to Bangla Road but I think it is nice to be a little away from the hustle and bustle... I would definitely recommend!	As always no problems at all with Booking through Sawadde.com, very quick, very easy. ;o)

Solo que esta un poquito lejos de la playa 4 cuadras.	Excelente, ningun problema. Si debo decir algo es que con respecto a los mapas para saber las distancias, es dificil calcularlas sin la precencia en el mismo de una escala en millas o kms.
Jurjen Bos 2008-09-17	Deevana Patong Resort & Spa, Patong Beach Good hotel on a quiet location in Patong. The swimming pools as very nice and they offer a well assorted breakfast buffet. The superior room we has was very nice but beds are to much in Thai style.	Great service as always.

Pros 1)Good hotel based on the price. 2)Very good breakfast. 3)Room big and clean. 4)TV reception good. 5)Air-con cold and silent. Cons 1) Swimming pool with too much chlorine. Developed rashes after swimming in the pool as I am allergy to high content of chlorine. How to know if the pool is with too high content of chlorine? Upon getting out of the pool, you will see a very distinct black shade for those uncovered part. Best way to know is when you can clearly see your google s mark on your face. I am only in the pool for less then 45mins. 2) Shower turning cold and hot 3) Blanket is a shame. It will be a nice touch to include blanket with comforter and not those thin sheet.	Excellent service
tan eng hooi moses 2008-09-12	Deevana Patong Resort & Spa, Patong Beach Stayed for 4 nights,first night air-con was very noisy,requested to change room the next day,it was promptly changed.Overall,the hotel is good,the staff very pleasant and helpful.Great location,across the road,there are seafood stalls,and 10 to 15 mins walk to patong beach.Would stay here again.

Bleh...Breakfast was above my expectations with fair variety of food. Service was above average as well. In terms of value for money, I d say that it s worth it, although we had to walk about alot in town. We might come back again to Deevana Patong for a longer stay :)	Very fast and efficient. No qualms about their level of service. Will book through Sawadee.com again for sure. Thanks!

Breakfast had a good spread, and even had freshly fried doughnuts. The location was fantastic! Across the street was an array of local food stalls, great variety at great value. The beach is easily accessible in just less than 10 mins walk. Beside the hotel was a very big massage place, Oriental Spa & Hanoka Tokyo beauty salon - new and clean. Lots of street shopping just down the main street. There is also a new shopping mall, Jungceylon that is just 15 mins walk away. I will not hesitate to return to Deevana again next time in Phuket.	Superb!

The breakfast service was excellent with lots of variety. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The international phone rates very good compared to other hotels in the area. On the first night we had some noisey people next to us and the sound carried. The next night there wasn t any problems. The hotel room itself is very clean with modern decor and with a balcony overlooking the pool it is very nice. The comlimentay water bottles in the room everyday are a nice touch. A 15 minute walk to the main shopping and restaurant area was a great way to work off an over indulgent breakfast. A word of advise on flight departure; due to rain and flooding on the main road to the aiport the transfer took just short of two hours instead of 45min, allow plenty of time if bad weather is forcasted. The airport transfer cost 850 baht for a van for four people arranged by the hotel, I felt in slightly better hands than booking a taxi off the street. Very good value for money. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.	I cannot fault the booking service. Very efficient and straight forward

We had a jaccuzi room Spa wing, and I will recommand the same. Needed to ask to clean Jaccuzi and this has been done right away. Room was confortable and convenient. Breakfast could be inproved alittle bit. No green tea. A little bit excentred in Patong, better to rent motorbike. Beach in Patong is tiring because of all sellers harassing u. But at 10 mn by bike from Kamala was a good deal. I would recommand this resort. It was low season, and this is a good period with discounted prices.	excelent. I booked 02 resorts thru this site, and both bookings were on specs.

The room was clean and location was good not far away from patong beach (just walked around 10 mins). The staff are very frinedly and the resort´s restaurant is overlooking an amazing pool. Breakfast + food excellent. we can highly recommnend this resort and will come back again next time.	Extremely helpful and fast service. No problems at all. Will surely use the service again. Realy clean beautiful garden, clean, cousy room, exellent reach breakfast, friendly, efficient staff for a reasonable price! I recommend Deevana Patong Resort and Spa to other travellers. We are always going to stay here when in phuket.	Booking through savadee worked well. We were asked to show passports and vouchers.

We stayed for 12 nights on a ground floor spa room overlooking the pool. The room was excellent, very clean and a good size. The spa was good for a quick dip when you ve been shopping all day. The staff were fantastic and the service excellent. The guys at the pool bar were really friendly especially a guy called Chocko . The location was a bit out of the way of the action. Had a 10 min walk or a tuk tuk for approx $200 baht. But it was quiet. Overall I loved my stay at the Deevana and would stay again without hesitation.	Booking service was very prompt and I would use them again.

However the food is very overpriced in the resort. Also we had a flight leaving later in the evening, and we were gven a coutesy room at the end of the day to shower and change, but they gave us a room that was dirty and had obcviously not been cleaned from the previous guest, the bed was unmade and there were dirty towels in the room.	easy to book with this company

Succeed in a free charge of late check out on 2:00PM. Staffs are very kindly. This is my first hotel in Phuket, pointing 4.0/5.0 because I get a better hotel in the comming days.:=)

Watson 2008-03-30 until 2008-04-02	Deevana Patong Resort & Spa, Patong Beach you cannot expect much if you are staying in standard room like me, good aircon but not satisfactory door, and a big slit seen on the top of the door and flies and mosquito can come in, fortunately change to another one upon request. The breakfast is good and the pool near spa wing is much better while the one on garden wing is of poor water quality, the visibility is so low and i can say it is turbid. Location is however good and considering the price esp at high season, definitely you have other choices.	not happy because no double bed room being offered even stated clearly upon the reservation and the receptionist claimed it was not their responsibility.

John Paul Sy 2008-03-26 until 2008-03-28	Deevana Patong Resort & Spa, Patong Beach We stayed here for two nights. Nothing special. We were given a suite room (Garden Suite B to be exact), it was not near my expectation of what a suite room should be. While the room was big (it s a combination of 2 rooms), I found it a bit too bland. Upon checking in, we found the room teeming with mosquitoes that we had to request housekeeping to spray an anti-mosquito solution (after killing 5 to 10 bugs by ourselves). On our second day, the flush in the toilet got busted that we have to (again) request housekeeping to fix it up. These things should have been taken cared of before the resort gave us the room ( a suite room for that matter!). The breakfast indeed has a vast selection-- but nothing extraordinary (most 4 star hotels offers the same I believe). As for the location, you have to walk a good 15mins to get to bangla road (nightlife). Then again, they do have a new wing (spa wing) with new (and maybe better) rooms. Would I stay here again? I d probably try other resorts first.

Amanda 2008-03-13 until 2008-03-20	Deevana Patong Resort & Spa, Patong Beach We arrived here after 5 days in Bangkok and the hotel was lovely. The staff were attentive and always had a smile even though they didn t have air conditioning or fans in the reception area ( they should fix this as at times the weather was so humid it would of been nice if there was some kind of relief). We stayed in a garden room which was nice and clean the only issue we had was that cleaning staff would always stand outside our room and chat in the early morning (not good) the only way we fixed this problem was to place the Do Not Disturb sign outside our door. Rooms would be cleaned upon request and sheets changed. I recommend buying mosquito spray for your room especially if you are staying in a garden room. Breakfast times were from 6-10.30am and the food selection was pretty good ranging from hot and cold food. Again the staff were friendly and always smiling. The only gripe I have is that they have to learn how to make coffee (too bitter). The hotel provides two swimming pools I would highly recommend the pool in the main area as the pool in the garden area was way to warm and at times you couldn t even see the bottom of the pool (ps for those with children be aware they do not have signs posted re depth of pools). The hotel provided theme nights I would highly recommend doing one (650 baht pp) all you can eat. The food was lovely and again the staff were great. The hotel provides service to the airport at the cost of 700 baht however if you walk outside the resort and walk along the streets you will find mini bus bus services ranging from 350 -370 baht (make sure you get a receipt). The hotel also has happy hour from 4pm - 5pm great time to get your drinks. Try out the High Pub its nice and they have a pool table to pass the time away. The hotel provides internet services at the cost of 200 baht for 120mins. They also provide a safe for the refund deposit of 500 baht (very safe and secure). Overall I was very happy with this hotel and would recommend this hotel to my friends and I would stay here again.	Good service and very efficient.

Craig and Jodie Faram 2008-02-18 until 2008-02-24	Deevana Patong Resort & Spa, Patong Beach Well my husband and i have come back home after staying 6 nights at the Deevana and can t complain about anything from the transfer at the airport (our flight was 1 hour late arriving and our driver was still there waiting for us)to the check in (we got the room we booked) the staff were friendy fun and helpful. We stayed in a delux spa room in the Spa wing which was fantastic the rooms were big clean and very comfortable. The pool was big and beautiful and was cleaned every night. Happy hour everyday at the pool bar was great. The resort is about a 10 minute walk to the heart of Patong which we found a good thing. Over all the resort was great and would have no hesitation in recommending it and we would definately stay again. You would not be disappointed if you stay here.	We had not one problem using the internet to book our holiday and would never go though a travel agent ever again. Sawadee is very profesional and have no hesitation recommending other people to use it.

I would recommend everybody to stay there: friendly staff, clean rooms, etc. A few notice: you can use the pool until 7.pm. You can get a shower room after you checked out of your room. You can reserve trips, programs near the reception. I believe they have also Wifi around the lobby.	easy, fast, reliable

The only thing I feel disappointed is the opening hour of the swimming pool are too short for me, if one of the pool can extend the opening hour to 10pm will be great.	Excellent ! Except not to have surcharge for the Chinese Lunar Year period after I place order.
