We had such a fantastic time...the rooms are just lovely and the hotel is very well maintained. Breakfast could be better though. The most memorable thing was the staff getting me a birthday cake and surprising me at my room....i am sooo very grateful and touched!	Excellent

The hotel location is great, the hotel staffs were great, the room was great, everything was just so great. This 4 Star hotel is just wonderful for a price of RM140 per night.	Service booking via Sawadee was great. Well done Sawadee. Sawadee is reliable, efficient and wonderful

Breakfast was simple but fresh and tasty. Loved it	Very good system. reserving and paying was made very simple. Confirmation emails sent out every step of the way. Will definitely use Sawadee again!
Anna Larsson 2009-06-13	Salathai Resort, Patong Beach I stayed at the hotel for second time with my teenage daughter. We stayed for 5 days mostly for the shopping but the hotel and the poolarea is like an oasis in the hectic Patong and great with the free WIFI. My daughter loved it.If you want a cheap and small hotel with very good service in Patong this is the hotel for you.	Third time I used no problems at all.

Arun Kumar Raghavan 2009-06-02	Salathai Resort, Patong Beach It is a wonderful resort, well located, walking distance to the beach and the nightly activities and yet set in quiet surroundings,shaded by trees and overlooking the pool. The cleanliness is up to standard and the rooms and balconies well maintained and spacious. The warm smiling faces of all the staff, always wanting to help, makes for a nicer holiday. Their restaurant is competetively priced and they have a nice spread for breakfast. I would most certainly stay here again, when i go next year with friends. Keep it up.	Excellent

Ockers 2009-05-23	Salathai Resort, Patong Beach I have been staying in this hotel from 18 untill 23 may 2009 for the second time.It was a very pleasant stay again, good rooms, nice and quiet, with a very pleasant and friendly staff. The hotel is close to everything you want in Patong. I can recommend this hotel to everybody. Thanks for the pleasant time, and for sure i will be back.	No problems with booking through the internet, it took only one day. Perfect.

The staff are very friendly and the rooms are more than adequate with balconies looking over a beautiful pool. I had absolutely no problems throughout my stay and wouldn t hesitate booking the Hotel again. Very highly recommended! When we arrived, my friend and I had been booked into the same room by mistake but the problem was sorted with minimal fuss and my friend even received an upgrade for the first night, so no problems there.	I found the booking service to be very simple and straight forward and felt at ease with bookin online. Excellent service.
Mark Andrew Clark 2009-05-11	Salathai Resort, Patong Beach Our experience at the Salathai Resort was very good. It s in a great location in Patong and is close to the beach, shops and bars but far enough away that it is like a sanctuary from the chaos. I particularly liked the fact that it is a smallish hotel which kept it personal and family orientated. Our room was clean and suitable for our needs and best of all the price was extremely reasonable. We found the staff all very friendly and polite and nothing was too much trouble for them. The other patrons were also family orientated. I would definitely stay at Salathai Resort again and we highly recommend it for other travelers.	Booking through Sawadee was good as we were able to get a good price and we got exactly what we booked without any problems.
PAUL LEWIN 2009-05-09	Salathai Resort, Patong Beach Salathai is great value for money and right in the heart of Patong so perfect for those looking for nightlife and shopping galore. Staff are very friendly and helpful and restaurant is lovely. We were checking out very early to get an early flight and they even arranged breakfast boxes for us to eat in the taxi on our departure. Lovely spacious and clean rooms and great pool. We will definitely stay again. Highly recommend.	No problems. Very efficient as usual.

Water pressure was excellent and hot water was instantaneous, First hotel i have been in that had this!!. Free internet in lobby (2 P/C s. All the staff were great. Only complaint i had were the mojito s were not very strong...otherwise an excellent stay.	Booking was straight forward and easy..

Its a little hotel with 36 rooms, all with a balkon and around a little nice pool. The Staffs are very friendly and the breakfast is a buffet.	Very nice!

Quiet, lovely backyard, locted just next to everything, very friendly staff, good housekeeping, clean room, wonderfull food in the restaurant and just 150 m to the beach. We were very surprised and will love to come back next year and recomend this little oasis to everyone who is still looking for a great hotell in Patong. CAROLYN 2008-11-15	Salathai Resort, Patong Beach Great location walking distance to everything but far enough away to get away from the noise.Plenty for breaky bacon eggs anything you want.Pool Fab never a problem getting a chair and nice to have some grass as well.Free internet a plus.We had 4 teenage kids with us that had as good a time as we did with no problem leaving them at pool alone and safe for them to walk along the streets without us.Staff very friendly room cleaned in the morning with any request taken care of with not to long a wait(just remember its Thai time and you will be right)Yes the bathroom does get wet but who cares its hot and a bit of water will not kill you.If you are looking for a bar thats not as busy as the main strip there is a great one across the road from the resort down the lane called ICE BAR the owners name is New.We had lots of fun nights there and on our last day were lucky enough to get invited out for lunch with all the staff on there day off.Would recomend Salathai to anyone and we will be back there very soon.	All good no problems at all.We even got out dates wrong and it was no problem to change them with no extra charge.

The pool is very relaxed, good for toddlers through to adults. Nice quick walk to the beach or off to the busier areas.	Fast & reliable as usual.

AY 2008-09-28	Salathai Resort, Patong Beach Was a returning customer to the resort. Again, minimal complaints from check-in to the time I checked-out. Resort staff are friendly and helpful. Perhaps I m biased as I have stayed at resort on previous ocassions. Again, resort should take into consideration the limited breakfast spread that they served - would be great if they could have a better selection.	Efficient, prompt and helpful.

The staff was very nice and helpful, We spend a lot of time at the poolarea which was very nice and very well kept. the rooms were nice and clean. we were suppose to spend 6 days in Khao lak but found the hotel and area too deserted so we switched back to Salathai, lovely place. Can definitely recommend it. Anna, Sweden	Worked excentelly. Very helpful with changing our reservation from Ayara Villas backto Salathai.They paid for the trip back to Patong and even our trip to the airport when we were going home.Excellent service!
AY 2008-08-27	Salathai Resort, Patong Beach A nice resort within walking distance of all amenitites such as shopping, bars, spas, etc. Resort staff are friendly and helpful and who genuinely go out of their way to help. Small and cosy atmosphere if you are looking for a more personalised touch to your stay in Phuket. Rooms are OK with good shower facilities. Only small negative point - the breakfast selection was limited but this was not a big issue.	No problems using the online booking service. Prompt response and clear information provided.

Ground floor rooms suffer from rising damp and the smell of mould which is not easily fixed, but upstairs rooms are fine and smell lovely.	Booking went through fine. Very handy if you can t get in touch directly with the hotel.

From the security and front desk staff to the cleaners- everyone was friendly & more than happy to help with anything! The pool was really nice too! Definately stay there again!	The site was very easy to use and i always got prompt responses. Will use for next trip!

Room adequate - plugs difficult to get to for recharging items - TV stations limited for English despite many sports channels on cable/sat which Id had in BKK - bathroom dull with tiny bath - better to just have shower on its own. Pool nice/staff good/rooms cleaned daily	Good but given twin room when I had asked for double

A good stay, and we would visit again another time.	We were sorry, that we had to pay for an ekstra bed, cause there is a big sofa in the junior suite, ´that is more than enough for two children.
MARTIN SAINT LEON Pierre 2008-03-14 until 2008-03-22	Salathai Resort, Patong Beach This Hotel offers very good quality for reasonable price.Nice rooms overlooking very pleasant swimming pool,in a nice garden.very quiet place although close to sea shore and lively areas.Free internet for customers in the lobby.Good breakfast available till 10:30.Friendly&helpful staff.The only problem would lie in parking space for motorbike ...i ll come back again!	congratulation for your efficiency!
