David Robert Gratz 2009-03-15	Tropical Garden Resort, Kata Beach They did NOT have twin bed accommodations for us so they arranged our first night s stay at their sister location next door. Consequently, we stayed at each location and enjoyed them both.	We were two hetersexual gentlemen traveling together and our request for twin beds rather than King was somehow lost. Other than that all went well.
VALMIR Francis 2009-03-13	Tropical Garden Resort, Kata Beach This is the second time we have stayed at the Tropical Garden. We were very pleased again by the hotel . Very nice view from the room and the hotel is very well placed . This time we have requested support of maintenance for the AC system and it has been repared efficiently The upper level rooms give a great view over Kata beach . The hotel is ideally situated and access to the beach was easy . That time the beach was cloudy but it has been easy to go to Karon beach less cloudy by tuk-tuk . Overall an excellent hotel for the price.	Perfect as usual . Prompt answer to emails .

George Melancon 2009-02-25	Tropical Garden Resort, Kata Beach Very much enjoyed the stay. View from the balcony in my room was outstanding. I stayed in the deluxe seaview room in bldg 3. I will say the only drawback is the number of stairs. 105 step plus 2 elevators! Otherwise the stay was excellent, hotel staff were very professional. Room service was also good. I recommend this hotel.

What we absolutly not liked was the compulsary Chrismas diner. The diner itself was expensive but OK, but the shouting Thai lady was awful and overall was it more a commercial act as a nice Christmas diner	Booking service was OK

Stefan Jonsson 2008-08-01 until 2008-08-03	Tropical Garden Resort, Kata Beach We stayed 2 weeks in the begining of july and everything was ok, in fact we liket it so much that we went back after 2 weeks in Koh Samui. We were a little bit dissapointed when we came back the second time. They were actually unpolite and our flight was quite late, we supposed to go to the airport 7 o clock and they said that we have to check out 5 o clock and pay 800 bath or if we want to check out 7 o clock we have to pay 2200 bath. It was anoying because we supossed to fly many hours back home and couldn t relax before and we stayed there many days and they actually didn t care. Never go back there again. We actually never go back to Phuket. Koh Samui is much better. Highly recommend Varinda Resort on Lamai Beach.	Good service.

It was dirty, the housekeeping did a terrible job (black hair in the bathtub, sand on the floor etc), and even though they changed sheets every day - the sheets were always dirty and stained. The hotel personel was confused regarding my reservation and didn t speak very good english. The pool bar was advertised to be open until 7 pm but closed different times each day so don t plan to take a drink there. The view however, was magnificent and the rate was ok and if you don t mind all the stairs then it s a fair choice.	Very smooth

Отель не молодой, но имеет устоявшиеся традиции. Уборка, сервис всё на высоте. Завтрак вкусный и разнообразный. Рядом много кафе, магазинов. Считаю, один из лучших отелей в Кате по критериям: цена-качество-удобство расположения. Бронировали отель с сайта www.thaidveri.ru - ребятам большой респект.

And this hotel is ideally located conveniently near to beach and shopping. I am very satisfied with my sea-view room on top floor (block 2 floor 4 ) which have a pictureful amazing view. Room is spacy but relative in need of renewing. The a/c outside the door hears a lot,especially during night sleeping time. Several international TV chanels in different languages: Thai,Chinese,Korean...GOOD BREAKFURST BUFFÈ!!!Both westen style with omelett, bacon,toast,flingor and Asia style with Chinese porridge, frired rice...seasons fruit and fruit juice.Open from 6:30 to 10:30 am! Nice swimming pools.	Absoult the best platform for both booking and reference of choice of hotels.

Two swimmingpools, restaurants, and only two minutes walking to the beach. The problem is that has too many stairs to the lift, when you come back from a tour in the afternoon is horrible. Christine Frewer 2008-05-22 until 2008-05-26	Tropical Garden Resort, Kata Beach We arrived after 1.00am, very jetlagged, from an horrendous flight from Europe. Tropical Gardens Resort was a balm. We were led to a huge room with a stunning view out over the beach. After 4 days we didn t want to leave. Good service, exceptional value, almost on the beach. There are many stairs - something like 10 flights up to our room. There are 2 lifts, which partially cover the distance. We didn t mind as the excercise was great, but this resort is not for the physically challenged. Good breakfast, included in tarif. The resort s restaurant is to be avoided at all costs - too expensive and terrible food. A great place: try it. We ll be back.	As usual Sawadee supplied very efficient service. We have used Sawadee before and have been happy with the service

Breakfast buffet very nice, chef preparing omelettes etc. Nice pool area and very friendly pool staff. Cleaning efficient, new beach towels every day. We would definately return.	Excellent personal booking aid.

Rooms are in good conditions, cleaning is efficient, balcony with view on the bay, breakfast very good with large choice. Nothing to complain. very good value for money.Lot of trees. Kata beach is by far the best place to stay in Phuket: still trees around, not a supermarket on the beach like Patong and more natural than Karon. But far from the airport. Have to use stairs to go to the lobby, again for the swimming pool again for the first compound. Then a lift, stairs again...	fast, reliable

THIS IS THE BEST VALUE HOTEL IN PHUKET!!! The location is perfect just across the road from Kata Beach. You are within 1 minutes walk to great restaurants and good shopping. The rooms are well sized ,clean and good aircon. The breakfast buffet is tremendous and the staff are very happy and helpful especially the guys running the taxis out the front. You are only 15 minutes from Patong for shopping or 15 mins from Phuket town. I am going back next year it was so good!! Thank you Tropical Garden Resort!! p.s. There are a few steps to negotiate if you choose a top floor room but there is an elevator if you dont want to walk	Sawadee was great this time as well!! Be very confident in their service!!

Again we were very pleased by the standard of the room and the service provided. The upper level rooms give a great view over Kata beach, although it took us a couple of days to get used to walking up the stairs to access the lift. The hotel is ideally situated at the southern end of Kata beach with easy access to the beach itself, which compares favourably with many Australian beaches. Overall an excellent hotel for the price.	An excellent booking service with promt replies to all my emails. Would certainly use Sawadee.com again.

I would give it 4 out of 5 for Price,good position in Kata,lovely views accross the bay from my sea view room in block 2. Room was spacious and well maintained by house keeping,air-con was good and piping hot water for bath tub or shower,but short of draw and cupboard space,could have done with a coat of paint. This hotel which i will use again on my next visit to Phuket is not for any body who does not like walking up and down steps or stairs as the hotel is built into a hill side,i am over 60 and very fit but i was out of breath with the amount of stairs. The breakfast was OK if you could manage without the staff,but more important the Birds taking your food off the Tables before you could eat it,always make sure somebody stays on your table if you go for another item from the buffet.If you are single then get your food,eat it and go on your way.I thought that a simple net down from the roof would help.(Bird flu-this could be a major problem. Hope this helps future visitors,but i did like this Hotel.	OK but i was booking a late stay to Phuket and had to wait until i arrived in Thailand to find out if my booking was ok.Other sites can give you instant bookings.

Francis V 2006-08-27 until 2006-09-10	Tropical Garden Resort, Kata Beach We stayed two full weeks beginning of September ( Supposed to be rain season but we had rain 1 time 5 hours and two time less than one hour --- other was sunny ) . We had deluxe room . I have to say we have been positively surprised . The room was large ( 36 m2 ) , very large king bed , the room was also very clean , AC was working well , hot and cold water any time with high pressure , large balcony with chairs and table and an incredible overview of the sea . In addition two well sized swimming pool was available . The hotel is very well located at only two minutes walking distance to the beach as well as very close to local sea food restaurant or massage shop . Tuk Tuk are available at the bottom of the hotel if you wish to go to Kata Center ( 2 min ) , Karon Center ( 4 min ) or Patong ( 15 min ) . Due to the location of the hotel on the side of the hill you have to use many stairs before to reach the level of an existing elevator going to your room level . It was the only negative impact but not really painful , in addition a new elevator , starting from the bottom floor, is under construction and then will fix this issue . Breakfast buffet was good with everything you need . The global service from the staff on that particular area was not as excellent compare to similar other hotel . Nevertheless the rest of the staff outside breakfast area was friendly and helpful . In few word , I will recommend this hotel for its location , for the cleanness , the good maintenance and the size of the room , and for its low price during the low season ( Almost 50 % discount ) . I will come back again .	Very professional . Confirmation request & voucher received very quickly .

Good location, 2 minutes walk from Kata beach (much nicer and quieter than Patong). The extras are a bit overpriced (internet , minibar, restaurants), but it s a good choice. If you go to Kata, don t miss the Dino minigolf park, it s the best minigolf - special surroundings, great fun!

They were just fantastic! We had 2 kids with us, and they had the most fantastic experience ever. Rooms are nice and clean, just be aware of many steps.	every thing worked very well, we use sawadee for mama - she is 74 years old, and she was in safe hands all he way. Best regards

Good location if you want to get away from any tsunami (it s in a steep hill). Great view from the Sea View Superior room. A great stay, considering the price. Kata Beach Resort is perhaps a better hotel, but it is also more expensive.	Flawless. Everything west smoothly. And the prices were just as stated on their website. Even the rebates were automatically included in the total, without invervention form my side. Well recommended.
