Joakim Nilsson 2009-03-19	Sea Sun Sand Resort, Patong Beach It was a perfect hotel.Good location near to everything.Room was good and the pool was wery nice.Breakfast was good with mutch fruits.Service was good and the girls in the reception was very helpful.We came back.	Excellent.

Goods pool area & very friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit.	Quick, easy with no hassles. Will be using Sawadee.com for all my accommodation on my next trip.

When we arrived to the hotel the faTt lady in the reception tryed to set us up in a room whitout balcony, and we where 2 adoults and 2 children....Helloooooo. So we complaind. Then we got a nother room than was a litle bir better but still so discusting....it smelled like hell.. mold and all kinds of animalt. It was a nightmare. The breakfast wasen´t even good. There was ants all over everything. they had no qucumber no tomato nothing. kind of whit bread. I can go on and on and on about how horrible it was. One thing was good the staff. exept the fat lady in the reception. Bur every one else was nice. Don´t go whit children to this hotel. It was just old med with thai girls in every room. Nothing for kids to see.	great

One of the rare hotels in Thailand where the shower and sink water is always hot. Breakfast rather monotonous - only a Western style breakfast (bacon/eggs/sausage/toast mainly). More variety, especially Thai food, would be appreciated. Taxi and tour booking service excellent and good courteous service at the front desk. Will go there next time.	Never a problem the three trips I have made to Thailand.I always use Sawadee as they are so reliable.
N. Bouyabes 2008-05-04 until 2008-05-11	Sea Sun Sand Resort, Patong Beach the hotel is ok near to every thing it s in a busy street. short walk to the beach. The towels and bed sheets, althou changed every day, are bit old. I ll stay there agian but I shourly go to karon beach next time bcz its more quite than patong beach. late chek out is 100 bht per hour. they did not charge me for 45 mnt. but made me chech bit early before my flight.	every thing handled profis. 1st time user and sure I ll use Sawadee.com again. one missundrestanding. I say I did request Air port bick up the say you did not. I took a taxi for 550 bht.
Johari Jaafar 2008-04-19 until 2008-04-21	Sea Sun Sand Resort, Patong Beach The Sea Sun Sand Resort is a great Hotel, and a very accommodating staff. Location is very central in Patong Beach, so it is in a great location once you walk outside the hotel compound (very busy), but quiet inside with beautiful garden. The rooms are very nice, and the beds are comfortable. Definitely recommend this hotel if you want a budget hotel in Patong. The beach is nearby just walk 15 minute with shortcut road. Make sure you understand that Patong Beach is very busy and you will probably not even use the beach.	Sawadee is the best online booking site that we have used, very quick replies to emails and everything in order upon arrival at hotel. Highly recommend booking with sawadee.com

Did include a buffet breakfast that was very good and a great start to the day. Staff were excellent and the pool was great. Would definitely stay again.	Quick and easy! Will use again.
Jenny Han Yee Chin 2007-11-14 until 2007-11-17	Sea Sun Sand Resort, Patong Beach Stay is simple, Well coz its cheap.Try not to use the safe deposit box if u do not know how to use it. Swimming pool is dirty but still better than the sea. Breakfast is simple,things like bread,butter,fruits,juices,rice or noodles,cheeze, ham and bacon are service .Asked for king size bed, u will see a king with two single beds on one king size bed-sheet.If u have strong back then i guess it is ok.Have pre-ordered a small cake for 2 before our arrival ,due to my parnter s birthday. Become a 1kg cake @ 700baht. Oh!By the name, u cannot see sea, and sand but sun only.It will takes 10 mins walk to the beach.Its close to bangla road(bars n pubs),no worries no noise pollution. Nothing bad,nothing gd about the resort.	The booking serive is short and simple. They will even send you a sms of your booking(oversea).Gd that they asked for our comments after our stay.

Bathroom (shower area) needed a good clean which would be my only criticism. We had 2 rooms and both were the same. For the money, very good value - sometimes when I read comments I wonder what people expect from a lower priced Hotel! SSS was value for money with a buffet breakfast thrown in.	Quick, easy and helpful with queries prior to booking.

We had a group of five adults and four children and we shared three rooms in ground floor near the swimming pool. Rooms were rather small with children but they used the pool as a sitting room. Staff were polite and helpful and breakfast was good enough. I recommend this hotel.	Everything went alright.
Yap Far Loon 2007-08-22 until 2007-08-25	Sea Sun Sand Resort, Patong Beach Below expectation. Located at the busiest street of Patong. There s a nice garden on the poolside. Expected a room with balcony facing the garden but only got a window facing a white wall. Requested to change the room unsuccessfully. The pool water is murky. Most hotel staff smile occasionally including the duty manager. The staff in the coffee house is NOT pleasant and spend most time talking with each other. Not satisfied.	I remember seeing hotel features all rooms have balcony but got a room with windown facing a white wall instead. Not satisfied.

Andrew Lotherington 2007-06-20 until 2007-06-26	Sea Sun Sand Resort, Patong Beach One word- Unbelievable. This resort is fantastic. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. Services like laundry, cleaning and the like are top notch and when you have access to a pool and spa with a cold beer in hand there is nothing better. It;s quiet due to being off the road a bit and it s beautiful gardens. Only a couple of blocks to all the action- this is the spot. Only down side there is no internet access however if you have wireless there is no problem or just head to one of the many internet cafes.	This really is a great site. Everything is secure and well handled. They also can handle alterations to your trip really easily- definetley reccomend.
moehamet 2007-06-15 until 2007-06-20	Sea Sun Sand Resort, Patong Beach i enjoyed the room around the pool (groundfloor) area. stayed upstairs previously no lifts. the staff are excellent so is the guitar man in the restuarant. water drains very slow in shower. i definately reccomend this hotel.	well organised. i lost my booking docs. but had no problem when booking in at hotel.
mw 2007-04-27 until 2007-04-29	Sea Sun Sand Resort, Patong Beach Good and bad. The location is good. Price okay. Breakfast okay. Rooms could have been cleaner. Two very nice ladies working the day shift but the fat lady working the night shift was MISERABLE. I checked in one day early before my Sawadee reservation and she called the next day screaming that I have to check out because I have not reserved for those days. I told her what was going on and she continued to scream. Additionally, she was very rude to my Thai girlfriend traveling with me who is very good with people. Much improved stay minus the fat lady on the night shift.

Kann man empfehlen.	Buchung ging uebers Internet sehr problemlos. Da gibt es nichts zu verbessern.
Lele & Daniel 2006-09-24 until 2006-09-26	Sea Sun Sand Resort, Patong Beach Location is great: centrally located at Patong Beach but quiet despite all the action around. Breakfast was average. We asked for a non-smoking room but room smelt of smoke when we checked in. Otherwise, room was clean and service was courteous and prompt. Would choose this hotel again for next Phuket visit. Front desk reception was friendly but advice here: if extension of hotel stay is sought, book through sawadee.com!	Service was fast and efficient, provided booking sought was a standard booking and no additional requests for information were made. We had difficulty communicating our hotel requirements for the Phi Phi leg of our journey and in the end, had to book our hotel stay there through an agent at Phuket instead of through sawadee.com.

The hotel staff is friendly, but if you come into a discussion about even a small change you would like to have, their whole face expressions changes and they are not friendly at all anymore! We realised that the hotel shown in the pictures do not live upto the expectations in reality. This hotel is all about earning money! They will not even let 1 bhat go even if it spoils the feeling of the customer care or the friendly and peceful image thailand is portrayed for! We dont recommend this hotel.	Booking service extremely good.

Good work. Everything ok.

Camille Tsui & Stephen Dodson 2006-07-15 until 2006-07-16	Sea Sun Sand Resort, Patong Beach We stayed one night there with 2 kids of age 9 & 7 and paid extra 350 Baht to add one bed with breakfast for one kid. The room is big enough for 2 adults & 2 kids. Our room is facing the swimming pool on first floor. The room is quite, clean & good buffet breakfast. We even have dinner in their restaurant with reasonable price & nice environment. Good value for money & we definitely will stay there again if we go to Patong beach.	Booking is easy & staff is very helpful as we did change the check in day & add extra bed request after we had paid on the first booking. We will definetely will use their service again.
Gary 2006-07-07 until 2006-07-14	Sea Sun Sand Resort, Patong Beach Nice hotel, staff were not too friendly/helpful on arrival, but ok after that , even though i hardly had to use the front desk. Breakfast good every day they had different selection of foods as well as standard bacon/eggs -cereal-fruit etc. great quiet location ,only 5 mins to Bangla Rd, & same to beach if u go cut through hotel next door (Patong Resort). Pool was good , rooms cleaned every day & spacious rooms - separate toilet room from showers, 1st hotel i ve stayed in thailand where u do get HOT water . will probaly stay again when i get back to Phuket	excellent service, never any problems, will always use Sawadee again when travelling.

Firstly, it took some phonecalls to get our room made up, and even so, a glum lady turned up and asked us to wait. Next, the staff were reluctant to lend us an umbrella in the rain, even though we tipped the same guy like 100baht the night before (and he smiled like a cheshire cat), for showing us the room. A great plus point of the place is this super charming thai man singing with a guitar in the restauarant most nights. Woohoo!	Efficient and very accomodating. Thumbs (and toes) up!
