Birgit Vigström 2008-03-25 until 2008-03-26	Patong Villa, Patong Beach Don´t go to Patong Villa! I have stayed there a few times and every time I´m soo disapointed. We have booked Twinbed superior and every time we got double bed. This time we got no clean sheets! Then we asked for clean he was very angry and impudent.It was so disgusting, the personal couldn´t say thanks or hello with a smile. This was the last time we will never stay there again!	Excellent!
Margaret Whelan 2008-01-08 until 2008-01-13	Patong Villa, Patong Beach An excellent, clean hotel/villa close to the beach,shopping and the main strip but being tucked away in a small alleyway as always very quiet. The staff were friendly and the pool was always clean and inviting. Would recommened this hotel to anybody.

HALLIWELL 2007-02-16 until 2007-03-16	Patong Villa, Patong Beach we have stayed at many hotels during our 16 visits to patong,our four weeks at the villa was so enjoyable,ok, its not posh,but the rooms were clean,the service excellent,and the staff were delightful especially the boss lady who went out of her way to make sure every guest was happy and we were,thank you all for a lovely holiday we will be back	we tried two australian travel agents to find us accomodation in the centre of panong or near,all they had to offer were hotels that we beyond walking distance,which we have stayed before,and we had to taxi,we found sawadee/GRACE whose service who us and the accomodation she found for us was excellent, in future we will be using sawadee they are first class.

Only annoying thing was you have to pass by 10 or so vendors each time you come and go from hoteland they always try to get you to stop and look at their wares. Other than that it was good.	excellent
Ingvar Lindholm 2006-02-26 until 2006-03-06	Patong Villa, Patong Beach We had a very nice suite about 50 square metres. Very good value for the money. The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast as in many other hotel in Thailand was ok but not more. The location is in the centre but no disturbance from traffic or the night life. We recommend the place if you would like to stay close to athe centre.	Worked out in the best way.Will use sawadee next time.
me 2006-02-26 until 2006-03-01	Patong Villa, Patong Beach I did not like this hotel at all....booked a poolside room and they stuck me way in the back dark alley...breakfast was the worst food i ever ate....please help yourself by not booking here....yikes	always use sawadee for reservations

Manik Chhabra 2006-01-21 until 2006-01-24	Patong Villa, Patong Beach Ok place. Though we were booked in the bungalow the receptionist tried to put us in a room. But other staff was nice so the rest of the stay went fine. The other issue was crossing the vendors while going to the street.	No issues.

Just cross check your bills before paying for them, as there may be billing mistakes.Atleast thats what happend with us. Otherwise no complaints. Friendly and cooperative staff!!	Very easy and convenient. But they should also accept diners card.
Robert Heywood 2005-08-14 until 2005-08-20	Patong Villa, Patong Beach Decent hotel - nothing special, but OK for money - very central but not noisy (from bars/ people) - friendly staff - rooms could do with updating - especially the noisy aircon!	Normally excellent, but have just be asked to comment on a hotel they could not book for me and they keep getting my account details wrong even though I have advised them! These are annoying, but not crucial details!
Francisco Leon 2004-12-04 until 2004-12-08	Patong Villa, Patong Beach First timer here! This hotel is in prime location on Patong Beach - entrance of hotel is a walkway packed with shopping stalls - can be annoying at times, but there isn t a place you can walk in Phuket without these stalls - so can t complain all that much. Stayed in a Bungalow room for 4 nights, on the ground floor. Rooms were modest at best, bathrooms were small - but mostly kept clean. Front desk service was terrible! Very unhelpful, especially for a first timer at Phuket. Did not notify us of a free transfer to airport until the morning we were checking out. By then I had already arranged for transport for 10 people. Front desk were too busy talking amongst themselves most of the time, and I felt a little snubbed, despite being as polite as possible. This hotel is ok for the price, location is great. But the SALATHAI around the corner (where my friends stayed - 4 minutes away) was much nicer - unbelievably nicer, despite the Patong Villa being only fractionally cheaper. Spent most of my time scamming SALATHAI facilites staying with mates.	Booking with sawadee.com was easy and secure. Would recommend any time. But always enquire about breakfast being included. Should always be included at the very least.

Very centrally located, near to the beach, entertainment and shopping area. Entrance to hotel a bit messy with stalls and shops but where in patong can you be without them. We would come back.	Reliable and fast.

The only problem I experienced was that my room was right next to the pool bar and it can get quite noisy with the loud music playing. Otherwise a great place to stay if you want to be near the beach and the nightlife.	The booking service was quick and easy. I would recommend it to anyone.
S 2004-01-05 until 2004-01-08	Patong Villa, Patong Beach Very Central n convenient place,simple breakfast served. So, so service. Used bedsheets from previous room guest was given to us, have to show and help maid to change bedsheet!	Very efficient and fast. Will consider to use it again.
