Patong Resort comprising of 111 Deluxe rooms, 11 Superior Deluxe rooms, 10 Junior Suites and 2 Grand Suites, some are overlooking Patong Bay and situated in the elegant high-rise building with the main lobby hall designed and decorated in a unique Chino-Portuguese architecture.

In addition, there are 92 deluxe rooms in the new wing set in the lush tropical gardens with modern low-rise building, with room space of 44-46 Sq.m. All rooms are equipped with modern facilities.

About the hotel:
Very nice - right in the middle of Patong - but very quiet. Staff are fantastic - nothing is a problem.\r\nBreakfast was a bit ordinary... Overall - to be honest a bit overpriced for Thailand. I moved up to the Phuket Island View in Karon Beach (next beach south and it was PERFECT!!! Great price, excellent food, excellent staff. Best feature: Swim up Bar - awesome @ 1200 bht per night. - I WILL BE BACK! I moved

Reception service is so daim bad ! and they dont understand english well ! even they dont care if you are angry and want to go for other resort ! Location is very good and close to every thing you want ! rooms are ok pool very nice and clean , ill book there again.

About the hotel:
One of the best things of the hotel is it s location : very central in Patong. The reception-area is great and the reception staff is very friendly. In fact I never experienced a more friendly reception staff. We had a Deluxe twin room on the fifth floor. The room is spacious and had a nice decoration. The bathroom is nice. The toilet was not good : you had to push too long for having enough flushing water. Once there was no warm water for showering. The cleaning of the room was not sufficient : clean at first sight, though it was only done fast, fast and without looking details. The carpet had a bad smell. I suggest that once in a while that the room should been cleaned toroughly. Some little damages to furniture are walls should have been treated. The welcome drink was mediocre. The breakfast was not so great : the choice was ok but the quality of food was not special and the staff was nor friendly nor helpfull.

The booking was done correctly. Quiet different than a booking in Europe, but all turned out to be great.

Great location and have many small doors each door will lead u to different way. Staff dont speak english !! so u will die to let them understand u Nice big swimming pools and clean rooms. i booked there 4 times and next time ill book there again

there was a problem in check in and i had to wait about 45 minutes . but after that they said the problem was from the resort not from web sawadee. So its perfect .

Patong Resort is one of the finest hotels! The service is very responsive, and the rooms are very clean. The managment never overlooks any details. I have stayed there at least 12 times and very satisfied.

About the hotel:
Patong Resort lies in a quiet part of bustling Patong beach, short walk to beach and shopping district. Clean, basic room but balcony was non-existent as walls and trees resulted in no view, even though our balcony faces pool. Standard rooms are all in 2 storeys building and seperate from main building. Check-in room service was good, effort made to let us check in on time and to have a pool facing room. Breakfast was normal American style and service was excellent, with plenty of smiles and automatic coffee refills and clearing of empty plates. Checking out was a pain as we needed to put our luggage with the hotel but luggage room was a small room, with no lock nor attendant. Anyone could walk in to take away the luggage. We had to carry the luggage into the room and look for a hotel staff who would walk over to the room and give us a luggage tag AND still leave the room door open. I made a local call and was charged as overseas phone. Upon clarification, the receptionist frowned and insisted it was correct. I was too tired by then to argue and simply paid up as it was not too significant amount for me. Overall, near good food, shopping, away from noisy Bangla road, clean, basic room but the service let it down
