Hannes Waller 2009-04-08	Andaman Cannacia Resort & Spa, Kata Beach Me and my girlfriend just spent a fantastic week at Andaman Cannacia at Kata Beach. As we only had one week we felt that we should spend a little more on accomodation and therefor we booked the Honeymoon Suite. The welcome was warm and professional, even though we arrived at 9 am (check-in is at 2 pm.) we pretty much got the room right away. And what a room, although a bit smaller than I pictured, it had a big bed, desk, tv set, one balcony with a leather-coated sunbed for two and on the other balcony, the top thing, a private jacuzzi. Throughout the week everyone at the hotel made sure we were to have a great experience, from the spa personel to the taxi service. (if you were to stay here, find Heddi at Taxi services, an amazing guy). In conclusion, a nice hotel, tremendous personel, the hill is a bit steep indeed and as always in Thailand you find some spiders and ants at places you perhaps don t want them. Highly recommended! mandyd 2008-09-01	Andaman Cannacia Resort & Spa, Kata Beach This was our third trip to Thailand in as many years. We returned to the southern area between Kata and Kata Noi beaches and were not disappointed. We arrived after a long layover in Singapore to find we d been upgraded to the Honeymoon suite which was ready when we arrived (some 3 hours earlier than check in time). The suite was lovely and spacious and immaculately clean. The service was outstanding the entire time of our stay. Room service food was well priced and quickly prepared. We would definitely stay again.	Excellent and efficient.
VIVIAN HUEY-CHEE LIM 2008-08-13 until 2008-08-17	Andaman Cannacia Resort & Spa, Kata Beach looked exactly like the photo (honeymoon suite). clean room, nice amenities, bar a lil pricey (190 baht per cocktail), breakfast ok (edible but menu doesn t change much), location on a HILL (so be ready to hike a bit), relatively close to kata (kata beach is much nicer than chalong beach).	somewhat annoying to have to re-type all information for multiple bookings.

The bathroom was very modern, clean and had a great shower. The view from the room was unparalleled. There was a short walk to the beach down the hill, but it only took a few minutes.

We had booked a villa spa and the prictures showed an outside spa. We had a spa but inside. The two other villa spa rooms did not even have a spa but just a shower outside
Annette & Co 2007-12-10 until 2007-12-19	Andaman Cannacia Resort & Spa, Kata Beach A very pleasant stayin in Cannacia. Excellent service and with a fabulus view ower the bay. Nice room and pool area, perfekt for children. OK to go up and down to reach the nice beach, if you are tierd to walk or if it s warm you just take a Tuk-Tuk - so no big probem. Would definately go back!	Excellent and safe as always with Sawadee, Quick easy and uncomplicated.

Breakfast just so so. the reception is the most smilest pp in this resort. big room (canna deluxe),big balony and a giant day bed.good view for sunset. aircondition quite noisy. everything is ok if the restaurant staffs can smile more it will be more warm.	reliable, fast and good service. i always use it. thanks sawadee.

The breakfast each morning was great - plenty of variety to suit all. It is not right on the beach but we knew that - so if you are looking for a hotel with beach access, this is not for you. The staff were very helpful and tried to assist us (althought their English was not very fluent). Good value for money. Great cocktail pool. the Tv s and dvd s need an update but overall we had a wonderful time.	Fantastic. Will use again. :)

It is not the greatest feeling to walk up that hill in a warm afternoon.....	Great service and better price if you book via Sawadee. We decided to stay one more night. The reception gave us a price that was 1000 THB higher than we had paid. So, we called Sawadee instead and got the cheaper price! Good to know if you decide to stay longer.
John 2007-02-21 until 2007-02-23	Andaman Cannacia Resort & Spa, Kata Beach Nice rooms, but note very steep hill up from Kata Beach. On taking an early breakfast one day we were shocked to see birds flying in and eating from the buffet (it was not covered, and the staff did nothing about this). In other respects this is a nice hotel.
Jackie Lee 2006-09-09 until 2006-09-12	Andaman Cannacia Resort & Spa, Kata Beach Possibly the most dissappointing hotel we stayed at in Thailand. The hotel needs either a major renovation or to lower the price considerably. Generally speaking the staff at this hotel were unfriendly. On arrival our bell boy would not leave the room until he received his tip, for which he did very little. The condition of the rooms and the hallways leading to it was what could only be described as grubby or unclean. Twice I hurt my ankles stepping on wooden steps that were rotting in the garden pathway areas of the resort. Our room contained small fragments of broken glass that kept turning up over our 3 day stay and the unsupportive bed was freshly made with sheets that were both significantly stained and containing numerous holes. The food quality at the breakfast buffet was the one positive of this hotel.	Sawadee.com is an excellent booking service. Quick easy and uncomplicated.
Mr.James Pussacq 2006-07-15 until 2006-07-21	Andaman Cannacia Resort & Spa, Kata Beach July 2006 was the second time I went to Andaman Cannacia, last time was in October 2003 -The hotel has lost its quality, service, and didn t worth any good recommandation. Rooms have been renewed and badly reshaped looking like a poor quality hotel... I have booked a triple room for 3 adults and the third bed was a child hospital bed! really cheap accomodation ! housekeeping didn t make up the room twice in a week..furthermore a phone kept ringing loudly in the corridor near the rooms, waking up us. The good willing of the manager didn t change anything and our stay wasn t restful- I don t recommand this hotel for now cause it is too expensive for the service, and accomodations too cheap-	Very good service very helpful- can be trusted eyes closed!

Though it was just for one night, the hospitality and warmness given by the staff made our stay feel extended with their genuine ability to deliver excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this resort to couples who are new to phuket like we were as a start to a relaxing, sun filled holiday. I look forward to coming back to phuket. Lisa McCullough 2006-01-04 until 2006-01-11	Andaman Cannacia Resort & Spa, Kata Beach I wasn t very keen on this hotel. As described, it is tucked away on the hill so we hired a car throughout our stay as we found the hill too much to climb, especially during the day when it s baking hot. We had a garden spa room and found it to be very dark and dull due to the trees blocking out the sun. We had two electricity failures on the first night so we moved rooms and this room you could see Kata beach which was nice. The bathroom has no bath, and we found it very dark with no natural light so it was a dark and dull bathroom. The breakfast buffet is awful. My partner likes to eat local food whilst on holiday and found their local food was appalling which was dissapointing. The juices were watered down and the cereal choice is very small so throughout my stay all I ate were omellettes. The danishes were rock hard at times so if you enjoy a nice breakie on holiday, find another hotel. We ve travelled to lots of hotels and this one certainly has a lot to contend with competition wise.	Excellent.

The Restaurant was great and the location was fantastic - very close to town. We found the breafast great - very good selection! Would definately go back!	Great no problems - organised my transfer as well very very helpfull.

We liked the rustic look of the Hotel. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The walk down to the shopping area and walk back up the slope was totally exhausting otherwise a very pleasant stay

Bad coffee! You need to hire a motorbike to get into town and get up the steep hill to the resort from the beach!	Perfect.

Pamela Leader 2004-04-13 until 2004-04-13	Andaman Cannacia Resort & Spa, Kata Beach We arrived at this hotel and started immediately looking for another place to stay, as our room looked out onto a rubbish dump. The room was spartan and outside the room there was no air conditioned area to eat, indeed the gym (the size of a bathroom) was not even cooled! I felt totally let down after a 13 hour flight.We checked out the same day and had to pay one nights stay as a forfait. I wonder if you will put this on your site.	efficient but in my case misleading.

The services were also very good and the tour services there were execellent and had provided comprehensive information !! Thank you for the good memories	No problem at all. Were a bit worried booking on net in first place. But the booking and payment went well. Will use it again in future.

Coffee at breakfast was only down side - usually luke warm and not served with milk so you had to get a glass of milk and tip into cup. Enjoyed our stay but the hill back from the village would prohibit further stays.	Very good. Ful information and all fulfilled.
