Hanny Bogar 2009-05-23	Baan Laimai Beach Resort, Patong Beach The room was good, the breakfast was good. The hotel is very close to the beach. Perfect location for beach activities, shopping, dining & entertainment.	Perfect as always.
Giulekas Iohanna 2009-03-21	Baan Laimai Beach Resort, Patong Beach The room was very nice and also clean. It was centrally located next to the beach which was a big asset However, the pool is in renovation and we were not informed about this. A pity!	The booking was excellent as always.
Jose Moya 2009-02-23	Baan Laimai Beach Resort, Patong Beach Lo mejor del Hotel es su emplazamiento y la amabilidad de los empleados que allí trabajan.Situado frente a la playa y en el centro de actividad de Patong Beach es un lugar excelente. No obstante se pueden hacer las siguientes observaciones: El Hotel es algo antiguo por lo que sus instalaciones (mobiliario, comunicaciones,etc.,tambien lo son) El ruido producido por las actuaciones musicales en directo de cada noche, son ami juicio una molestia para los hiuespedes del Hotel. Afortunadamente dicha actividad nunca sobrepasa la 1 de la noche con lo que a partir de esa hora se puede dormir bien. El Hotel esta siendo restaurado en los Bungalows alrededor de la piscina con lo que las molestias a los huespedes en dichas instalaciones ha sido notoria y lo seguirá siendo durante mas de un año que al parecer van a durar las obra. Si no aumentan el precio, una vez finalizadas las obras, y instalan ADSL wireles, operable desde las habitaciones, es un Hotel recomendable.	El servicio y la amabilidad de sus empleados es inmejorable.
MARK JAMES SMITH 2009-01-04	Baan Laimai Beach Resort, Patong Beach We booked a 1 night stay and it was OK but nothing special. It has a good location and is pretty big. Room was confortable but nothing special. Be careful in the showers and the hot water comes out boiling! Breakfast was OK. I might consider this hotel again for the location if it was priced ok. Food in the restuarant is very expensive. Look for some deals and it might be worth it.	No problems as usual.
Syed Ali Abbas Rizvi 2008-10-26	Baan Laimai Beach Resort, Patong Beach My husband and I visit Thailand annually, and we always stay here in Patong. Located right on the beach, in the midst of all the action , Baan Laimai has some of the most friendly and warm staff in Patong. Our deluxe bunglow, on the roof-top, was superb. Very child-friendly too. All thumbs up for Baan Laimai!	Superb as always!
Murtadha Hasan 2008-10-15	Baan Laimai Beach Resort, Patong Beach Great hotel, perfect locations for families and singles, 2 minutes walking distance to Patong road, nice pool and nice rooms. However when we first came we had booking (from Sawadee) for Bungalow pool view but we got another room and we didn’t have any support from the hotel manager. Also you need to pay 500 baht for every time you bring ladies!!!!!!!!	Good, but we didn’t have enough support on giving us another room.

John Michael O`Brien 2008-05-24 until 2008-05-30	Baan Laimai Beach Resort, Patong Beach We returned after 5 years having stayed in Baan Laimai in 2002 and 2003. We had not been here for so long but found that the staff were still warm and welcoming, the rooms were still very clean and tidy and the restaurant food was good. Sittuated as it is there is plenty of life close bywith many good bars and restaurants. The main pool is excellent for adults but as it is one depth not ideal for non swimmers, our only disappointment is that the pool does not have a bar, though you can get refreshments brought from the restaurant. All in all a very nice place to stay	We have used Sawadee.com for the last of our five visits to Thailand after finding them on the internet and have never been disappointed by their service, EXCELLENT
Marc Parkent 2008-03-06 until 2008-03-10	Baan Laimai Beach Resort, Patong Beach Wonderful hotel, wonderful location, as close to the beach as you can get. The open air bar and restaurant are to die for. The pool area was great.	Booking was easy and completely seemless.
james rush 2008-01-21 until 2008-01-26	Baan Laimai Beach Resort, Patong Beach We stayed at this hotel but were not impressed. Our deluxe room had no windows at all and was dark and dingy. The hotel is behind a busy restuarant with very loud music until 1am every night. We had to move rooms just to get some sleep. There is a large building site next door. Service and pool good but hotel is well overpriced. Beware.	Good service from sawadee but should be more truthful on hotel description.
Omar alhashimi 2007-08-20 until 2007-08-23	Baan Laimai Beach Resort, Patong Beach the price was very nice 1550 baht for a good hotel right in the middle of patong beach , with a nice swimming pool .rooms are clean . altho i staied in other hotels in phucket wich was more laxury, but we have to remembar that the price was double of baan lai mai . the only thing was bad is the construction nearby. but any way it is starting at time you suppose to be outside enjoying the island!	very quick and really profesional. i thing from now and on i will make all my reservation throw this nice agency!!!

Even gave us a valentines day bouquet when we had forgotten it was valentines! Very TROPICAL boutique resort. Out-doorsy, so not the place for you if you hate tiny cute frogs and the sounds of cicadas. Food was very well priced and cooked well. Very good breakfast with fresh watermelon and pineapply juice. Only minus point was the lack of shower pressure and lack of hot water during the shower, but it was real hot anyways... so we didn;t mind too much. Overall loved the experience more than our $200/night hotel in Koh Lanta.	Very easy to use and reliable. No problems with our bookings.

First we get a room above the kitchen, noisy und ugly smell, but when we complaint, we get a nice room with balcon. Staff was friendly and the breakfast delicious.	Fine and quick!! We are pleased!!
lyn nicol 2006-09-16 until 2006-09-19	Baan Laimai Beach Resort, Patong Beach totally enyoyed our stay, thought the rooms could do with some coffee/tea making facilities and better furniture on the private balconies, apart from that a wonderful stay in phuket again. Staff excellent when booking our golf and with transport and we had a late book out which they gave us the room for a more hours, great,	excellent service again and will continue to use.

Rooms r clean n price is reasonable. i would recommend this hotel to my friends, and definitely i will come back.	room service generally good. staff are friendly n helpful too.

The rooms could be upgraded a little; possibility to make a cup og tea or coffee in the room, only shower in my room. Some repair work to do in the ceiling, but overall a nice place, I ll come back againg some time!

The location is pretty much perfect with the shopping area and beach literally at your door step. Its quite a small resort but the rooms are definitely up to standard. Decorated in a very laid back and suburban manner and we simply love the open concept of the resort. The spa was very good as well and very resonably priced. Very satisfied with what we got and we would definitely recommend people to stay at this resort.	Response was very prompt and they even called to welcome us upon our arrival to phuket. It would be good if we could pay a deposit rather than the full amount when booking though. Nonetheless, the service was good.

We did not have any problems with the band playing at night since our room was a bit far from it, although we had minor problems with the bathroom s plumbing.	no complaints at all.

One thing is I noticed the bedsheets/duvet covers were not changed daily. Another thing was that the room was too near the bar/restaurant downstairs where the live band played till about 12.30am some nights. Maybe the sound system can be toned down. All in all, an enjoyable, relaxing stay in the hotel.	Easy, smooth and quick

It is within 5 mins walking of Bangla Road. I was grateful for the walk after a typical Patong night!! The rooms are well appointed. It represents good value for money.

The worse thing: Live Music playing outside in the bar area from Baan Laimai very loud until 01.00 am- no off day and whereever you stayed in the hotel you could hear it...no sleep!!! I like this bungalow and the price is god but i think that the brekfast shall be inkluded in the price. Get the prich a littel more and ikluded tthe brekfast.	Excellent very god.
