BISSON 2009-04-02	Phranang Place, Ao Nang Chambre juste correcte mais propre. Petit déjeuner minimaliste et pas des meilleurs (jus de fruit a base d extraits, café hyophilisé + eau chaude, beurre margarine. OK pour venir dormir.
Martin Soltis 2009-03-12	Phranang Place, Ao Nang Location 10 minutes walking from the beach. Simple breakfast, nice and clean room. Will come back again.	No problem.
Anton Tsvetkov 2009-02-28	Phranang Place, Ao Nang Очень приятное место. Расположение удачное - до пляжа и набережной минут 10 пешком. В отеле чисто, тихо, хоть окна и выходят на дорогу. Персонал приветливый, в холле интернет. Единственное - нет лифта. Да, и на завтрак - только яйца, в различных вариациях, с сосисками.	Без проблем.

Rooms at rear of the hotel with view of cliff face within metres and hotel roof.Won t stay again and hope to stay at Somkiet Buri if space available next time.	Excellent as always.
GAN SHIAU PENG 2008-10-11	Phranang Place, Ao Nang The hotel is nice to stay as it is very convenient and very clean. But at 1st the hotel arrange us to stay at the room which is facing to the mountain which I personally think I don t like it so much. Furthermore, I can smell one kind of unplesant smell inside the room. But the staff being very nice to us and let us change our room to the one in the main building. They can t give us a double bed room but we take it cause we feel more comfortable with the ambience. The three night staying there is a good experience and I definately will go back if I go back to Krabi again.	Very fast and convenient.

TAN TZE YUNN 2008-05-22 until 2008-05-23	Phranang Place, Ao Nang Have nice, comfortable & beautiful rooms. It has nice deco as well in the rooms. But the balconies that are facing the roads are dusty and dirty. The hotel management complained that we were noisy at night but there weren t any other guests except 3 other Korean guests. The internet provided is rather slow. Also there are no lifts so we needed to climb up 5 floors with our heavy luggages. But there are hotel staffs that are more than willing to bring it up for your for a small tip. The Som Tam (Thai Papaya Salad) that is opposite the hotel by the road side is very tasty. Its a lady hawker, its very nice for those that like very spicy food.	Excellent! Very efficient and helpful...especially an agent name JOY. She was very pleasant and provides prompt response. Really appreciate its booking services

Evelyn 2008-03-20 until 2008-03-21	Phranang Place, Ao Nang Simple hotel. Booked a family room. Room is clean. Breakfast is soso... I liked the outdoor area for breakfast. nice surrounding. Location is walking distance, about 5-8 mins to the street where lots of shops are. Note: hotel has no lift so if you stay on high floor, u need to walk up in a small stairs with luggage. Value for money. will stay there again if it s a short stay.	No problem.

I didn t expected the hotel is that nice when I booked through the internet. Helpful staff, large room & nice bathroom. The only thing that they need to add to the service is providing a free beach towel to use daily (like in most hotel in Ao Nang).	The booking is quick & Sawadee gave a great service. Thank you ! :-)
yee yin thiam 2008-02-13 until 2008-02-15	Phranang Place, Ao Nang good location. my room is the standard room, another staircase walk up to the room facing mountain about 3 mtr just infront of the door. room with air-cond,fan,hair dryer,fridge,safe box but the water pressure for shower changes everytime. room clean.i stayed at 2nd flr,when people at 3rd flr go up u can hear the steps sound b cos the staircase is metal type and the staircase is just beside the room.staffs not friendly.the best thing is the thai hawker just opposite the hotel.the stall selling soup rice (porridge) taste good & noodle stall (wan tan noodle) next to it also good.to beach is 15 min,along the way many souvenier stalls & restaurants.	good service,good payment term,fast.i will book rooms again with yr website.
Tan Peck Kee 2008-02-01 until 2008-02-04	Phranang Place, Ao Nang This hotel is reasonably good - value for money. We stayed in the Hill side room, not much view, room is clean, staff is not that friendly, good location, only 5 minutes walk to the beach.	As usual, fast and reliable.
Mr. Bernhard Kieck 2007-12-14 until 2007-12-19	Phranang Place, Ao Nang The hotel is situated a 10 minute walk from the beach area. It is a comfortable hotel with large rooms. Ask for a front view room - all have balconies. Note that there is no elevator. Ao Nang is a must visit destination - great day trips and fabulous restaurants. The hotel staff are able to book a host of excursions.	Perfect as always. I would recommend Sawadee to everyone travelling to Thailand.

Ricky Chan. 2007-06-06 until 2007-06-12	Phranang Place/Krabi, Ao Nang Hotel is right in front of main Road,Mountain View Rooms are too close to the hill,maybe 10 metres apart,take about 15 mins walk to beach,This hotels is basically a row of 4 storey shophouses converted.Senoir Visitors will have problems climbing,stairway quite steep, no lifts avaliable, rooms sizes Ok but need better maintaince found coachroaches in toilet every morning.Hotel Staff very friendly and helpful.If you are going to Downtown,maybe it will take you 25 mins or so.
Anna 2007-02-21 until 2007-02-23	Phranang Place, Ao Nang Receptionist is not approachable n helpful. Always show a black face. An unpleasant smell at the back of hotel when going up to the stair of our rooms. Stair case very steep n dangerous if u are not careful. One of our room hv no towel, keep on reminding them and yet still did not give. What a service. No sign board indication that we must pay n how much is the charges if use the internet. Last day check out ask us to pay, don t know how they derive the amount. Ask why there was no sign bd of the charges, she rudely reply it is understood. When I ask her to help me to call the tour agency when there was 25 min delay in picking us up, she reluntantly help, speak some thai to the other caller then told me hv to call another nos . When she call another nos, they tell them to call another nos. Don t know what this Thais are doing, keep on referring to so many nos to call . In the end of my check out day she told me that I hv to pay for these phone calls. Ha ha it is not a favor or help at all when she make the calls n also non of my fault that the nos is wrong where I follow the Tour Agency invoice tel nos. the other 1st Hotel is more helpful. They too also help us to call Pranang Place when I chg from their hotel to Pranang to remind them to pick us up. The next day when Pranang Place delay the pickup abt 20 min, I ask them to call again. I remember the guy use his handphone to call since the hotel phone is in use. They never charge me at all and has shown the willingness to help tourist who are quite helpless in foreign land. Will not recommend Pranang Pl to friends n if I go Krabi will never stay at this hotel again.	Very fast response. But when come to the final payment there was no reminder to me to pay up. Instead I have to remind Sawadee .

Very good n anything thats recommended by sawadee,u can rest assured there s some quality assurance done.

Unortunately the location was a little out of the way, had to walk quite a way to get to the nicer beach (about 15 mins, and there s a slight hill all the way back). However if you are fit and don t mind the walk, then I would definately recommend this hotel as value for money. Just make sure you explore fully as some of the nicer restaurants are also on the next road along.	Third time I have booked through Sawadee.com, and will continue to use them and recommend them to others. Their website is extremely informative and they always come back quickly with reservation details.

The room has got ants all over crawling into our bags and clothes. However the room is fairly clean and comfortable. It is about 10 to 15 mins walk from the beach. Personally I will not go back to Phranag Place again.	Fast and simple.

Computers with broadband connection for 1B/min in the reception. We recommend it. The pictures does not show the cheaper Hill Side Rooms. Hill side is just 10 metres away...	Hesitated to pay everything in advance at first. But everything worked out fine.

The breakfast was very limited, but OK! Next time we go to Ao Nang we ll stay att Phranang Place!!	No problem! This was the first time I booked with sawadee.com and not my last!! Excellent booking service - fast, efficient and reliable.

Our room was exceptionally clean and very good standard as shown on the pictures, however, the pictures shown are only of the front view rooms not the hill side room, or mountain view room, which are not up to the same standard!	Not happy with the companys service regarding booking. Payment had been taken for the room and confirmed in email however, when at the hotel they were fully booked with no room and we had to stay elsewhere for initial night. Company take no responsibility at all.
