Jesmine S Joseph 2008-05-30 until 2008-06-02	Ao Nang Sea Front Thai Resort, Ao Nang, Phranang Beach Hotel was great mostly! If I could improve on 2 things, they would be the choices for breakfast and clarity that the hotel is not by the beach. One has to cross the road to the beach. The view of Ao Nang beach is just splendid. The food along Ao Nang beach should be improved with more authentic local delicacies. The employees of the hotel were extremely friendly and prompt whenever a request was made.	Very prompt and easy payment & confirmation! Need to be more accurate when describing hotel location adn surrounding like this hotel is not by the beach. It is across the road and the swimming area is about 500m away since there were boat rides that made it dangerous to swim there.Pickup was prompt and the guide of Journey South was very friendly and helpful. Touring was made esy by Journey South as well.

The massage attached with the resort is nice and cheaper. Really really near to the beach and very convenient to walk around.	Easy n efficient

I ended up in an ally with no windows and a bar next door. Over my room i had a rockband that had their practice all nigt and day. Friendly staff and ok breakfast made the experience ok. Not more. I will choose antother alternative next time!	Good

Now it could really need some renovation. But the staff were nice and helpful and fixed things quickly when something broke down. The breakfast was great.	It worked out perfect!

It looks great in the pictures but I would ever stay here again for this high price. The room was tiny and felt unclean. The pool was dirty and never clean during our visit.	Very good
Martin Meredith 2008-01-30 until 2008-02-01	Ao Nang Sea Front Thai Resort, Ao Nang, Phranang Beach right in the thick of it on ao nang seafront though the resort itself is peaceful enough. the decor in the rooms was a little dated but perfectly acceptable for the price. wanted to extend my stay but would have had to change to one of the cheaper rooms (which I took a look at)these are not so good - windowless and tucked away down an alleyway	excellent, had problems with using visa pay pal on another site but was pleased to have no issues when using sawadee
Jan 2007-09-14 until 2007-09-16	Ao Nang Sea Front Thai Resort, Ao Nang, Phranang Beach No problems with the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was fairly nice, definitely clean and with hot water and TV. Quiet surroundings - back faces a jungle so all you hear is the buzz of jungle life and no other noise. Nice but small pool which we couldn t use at all because it rained the whole time.	Very expedient. Had less than 24 hours to book and they always replied within minutes! Only complaint is that they charged me the entire amount right away so if there had been any problems at the hotel, I would have had no way of getting out of the deal. A deposit of up to 30% might be more acceptable for me. However, that might have been the hotel policy and not the booking agency.

Breakfast boring (A-La-Carte) I booked with sawadee.com deluxe guesthouse (on the backside and far from the beach but when arrived I change to deluxe room, resort is easier to walk to beach. Our room backed onto lush green hedges and a pool view out the otherside	Allways good been booking with sawadee for years

We booked a standard guest room and we got a room located down the street far from the main building, pool and everything. We had to pay over price to get a room in the basement in the main building. The service was low and the room was dirty even after their everyday cleaning! Would never recommend this hotel and the pictures of it is hardly recognizable.	Fast and easy.
David Holmberg 2007-03-24 until 2007-03-28	Ao Nang Sea Front Thai Resort, Ao Nang, Phranang Beach Ok Hotel with ok pool in Ao Nang. Good location on Ao Nang, close to long-tail boat station. It s quiet and nice, though rooms are not as luxuary as some of the other hotels. I might consider another hotel if I went with just the girlfriend, but it s ok if you bring the whole family.	Great service, as always.

The rooms were good, but not cleaned so well. And we got room in the guesthouse, which was like living in the basement. Little bit noice too. To go to the beach you have to go over a street, which was very much traffic on. Not so good. But we liked it anyway.	That was fantastic well. You got answer at once. Thank you! We will be back.
Inthapatha Phommaseisy 2007-02-26 until 2007-03-02	Ao Nang Sea Front Thai Resort, Ao Nang, Phranang Beach The price was a bit too much for what you can get else where, for example the bed side lamps were broken and needed fixing, water in toilet was running all the time after flushing, over ll the place needed a bit of a face lift(you don t get what you see on the picture). Would be more careful next time when booking online. Could of save 1000Baht per night if we didn t book the geust house which we had to upgrade.	Service was alright not too many problems.

Breakfast was the best part of our stay at Ao Nang Sea Front Thai Resort. This in not a hotel you come back to, there are too many alternatives with better rates.	Perfect!

Very nice environment, nice pool area and good family room. Good location in Ao Nang too. Staff could have been more updated on the basic tourist info like longtail boat traffic and island information (For instance, I was insistently told that Chicken Island has no beach so we could not go there to stay the day!). Correct info on this would make the newcomer familiar with the possibilities in Ao Nang and put them quicker into a relaxed mood.	Sawadee.com booking, feedback and payment worked perfectly.
Nanette Brink 2007-02-17 until 2007-02-26	Ao Nang Sea Front Thai Resort, Ao Nang, Phranang Beach This is a nice hotel for those of you who do not like large hotel complexes. It is not luxury standard, very simple but clean rooms/bathrooms with A/C. I recommend the 3 rooms just in front of pool. Very nice poolbar open to midnight who serve excellent cocktails! Staff very friendly and service minded, even accepted do babysitting. Even if the hotel is just off the tourist street which is very busy, it is calm in the hotel area.	Very smooth and professional.

The best thing about this hotel is the pool and the poolbar and that is because of the guys working there. Montree and his friend are always nice to talk to and makes tasty drinks. The lokation of the hotel is perfekt and the breakfast leaves nothing moore to ask for. See you next year!

This seemed like a total misreprentation as the room was actually a triple with a roll away bed added. I would estimate the room at 28 - 30 sq/ m. Wish I d brought a tape measure. This was highly disappointing. We could have taken two standard sized rooms, had more twice the space and still saved about 25%.	We have booked many rooms through Sawadee without any problems, but this time the booking was messed up. I sent two e-mails asking the dates be changed by one day. I got an e-mail saying they d changed my dates accordingly and didn t read any further. Next line of text still had the old date, even though my original message was copied below with the new date. I wish I d read the whole e-mail.

We stayed in a Deluxe Balcony room, the room was very old and tired. Especially the bathroom. Anyway; it was clean and the breakfast was good. A small pool and pool bar, no restaurant at the hotel. Also not very happy with the location. The Ao Nang Sea Front is actually no seafront. Its a busy road between the hotel and beach, its located in a siderow from the mainstreet. No seaview from the hotel at all. All in all for this price, would find another hotel in Ao Nang the next time.	Straight forward, no hassle. As always.

Theresa Thompson 2007-01-18 until 2007-01-27	Ao Nang Sea Front Thai Resort, Ao Nang, Phranang Beach The hotel itself was in a very good central location. However, when we arrived we were very dissapointed with the room we were first allocated. We knew it was going to be a bit away from the main part of the hotel but not as far away as it was i.e. right around the back which was quite wet and dingy! Also it was quite small, hardly any space to hang clothes and not very clean! For the price charged per night it was certainly not worth it. We ve stayed in better rooms in Koh Pha Nang for less than a third of the price. Anyway, fortunately we managed to get a nice room in the main part of the resort for an extra cost of 1,000 bht per night. The breakfast was quite good although they should cover up their fresh fruit to avoid flies landing on it. All in all a good hotel but if visiting Ao Nang again I think we could get a nicer hotel for a bit less money.	Very efficient as per normal!
Katarina 2007 - 2008	Ao Nang Sea Front Thai Resort, Ao Nang, Phranang Beach Warning! Warning! Our daughter got injured in their swimming pool because of broken tiles. She needed 5 stiches and was not able to swim anymore for the rest of the vacation. The hotel knew about these broken tiles! We thought that they should compensate us for a ruined vacation but no they think it was enough to pay the medical bills and a bottle of wine. The room that we stayed in could have been nice if it wasn´t for the stench of mould (a smell that had to be washed out of all our clothes) and fried bacon. This hotel is overpriced! There is surely better hotels for better prices in the area.	Very very good!

Great hotel and location for money. Be sure to ask for Lek if you need someone that speaks English. Lived in us for 9 years.

We headed here from the north where value for money and general friendliness of staff are much more evident. The rooms are big and clean and have all the basic needs -air-con / shower and bath / TV and stocked mini-bar. There is also a decent swimming pool / bar and plenty of options for breakfast. If you don t expect amazing service from the staff and just want a fairly average resort hotel you won t go far wrong here	Very good booking service
