Staff is not very helpful, especially the restaurant and Poolservice is very poor but overpriced! Far to few Poolchairs, People have to lie in the sand without Umbrellas or shadow. This hotel would not make it in a differnt location with this staff...

We had some very nice days at Railay Bay. It was overall a good experience. The only thing which annoyed me was the restaurant staff. I have never come across such sloppy and lazy behavior on my travels. But one can always eat elsewhere.

Very nice hotel, above Tourist class . Nice setting on the west beach of Railay. Tenders mostly to couples, so families and children are welcome but may disturb the peace ...

I HAVE REQUESTED A ROOM ON THE WEST SIDE, BUT THE ROOM WE HAD WAS ON THE EAST. IF I HAD KNOWN OF THIS HAPPENS, I WOULD HAVE HAD A DOUBLE ROOM INSTEAD OF TWIN. IT WAS DISAPPOINTMENT.

Unfriendly staff. Family resort. Dirty towels and bed sheets. Once very nice designer bungalows that do not get enough upkeep (e.g., solution to mold under the basket in the bathroom? Always put the basket on the same spot) Avoid if you don t like kids running amok on the breakfast buffet because their parents are too ignorant to watch them, or if you don t like overcrowded beaches. There are nicer places in Thailand.

Mycket bra hotell. Bra läge nära stranden. Frukosten var bra. Maten i restaurangen smakade bra, men de hade en del problem med logistiken.
