Matthew 2008-10-29	Phi Phi Natural Resort, Phi Phi Island, Laem Tong This place is pretty cool. From the pier to the hotel costed us 700 Baht, and when we checked out it costed 600 Baht to get back. We arranged our own longboats so I think we got pretty good prices. Be carefull when you come back because if you ride with some of the Sea Gypsies, they will take you to an inconvenient part of the beach when you return to Tonsai Bay. It s not horrible, but they do park their boats at the end of the beach and it s a pain to walk back to town with luggage in the rain. Besides the longboats, this hotel is pretty great. The room was really great. Very clean with a nice bed and good safety box. I suggest shopping in Tonsai Bay before you come out because there is no place here to shop that s cheap. Things are a little pricier on this side of the island. The Resort Beach is nice, quiet, private and very very hot. The main beach is cool, but the portion of the beach that belongs to the resort is the best area. If you stay here, walk to the other end of the beach and relax at the Holiday Inn s beach. You can grab some beach chairs and a hammock and chill out. It s easy and this part of the beach is the clearest water. For a sunset, walk through Erawan Beach Resort. If you want, they have a restaraunt that has a great view of the sunset. It s a nice place to have appetizers and get a cocktail. For dinner, if you want to splurge, go next door to Zeavola. It s very stylish and delicious. For two people, we paid about 30 dollars for dinner and drinks. The hotel grounds are really nice. But, there is a elementary school in the middle of the property. But, that doesn t really get in the way and I never even saw any kids. The pool is pretty good, it s 0degreez. But, if you look down where the water spills out it can be very dirty. I would give the pool a 3 out of 5. The restaraunt near the pool is really cool. It overlooks the pool and the ocean. For breakfast, the buffet is really good. The crouissants were amazing. Overall, i give this place a 4.3 out of 5. It s a great, relaxing, peacefull and beauitfull beach resort. But, it s pretty boring. There aint much to do out here. For the money we paid (1400 Baht) it was perfect.	We booked 3 nights but only stayed 2. The booking agency refunded our 3rd night 100%. They have good prices and good service.

But 2.have a nice sea view. 3.the tab water was salty 4.The restaurant price is a bit high for Thailand. 5.Transportation costs 1200 baht($40) for 4 people to hotel by a long tail boat from Phi phi center.the hotel doesn t have a free transportation. 6.snorkelling was wonderfull around the hotel 7. very clean and tidy	it was easy go.

Dr Handique & Dr Mahanta 2008-03-27 until 2008-03-29	Phi Phi Natural Resort, Phi Phi Island, Laem Tong This resort is located in the Northernmost tip of the island, which means that it is the farthest from TonSai port.So once you are there, you are cut off from the rest of the world which can be an exhilarating feeling. The bungalows are attractive and well maintained. The gardens are full of fruit and flower trees and the walk from the lobby to the bungalow is very picturesque and interesting. The resort has a small private beach that is very good. Snorkelling was very good just 50 metres from the resort, and you cound walk to it in low tide. Food is a bit expensive, though this is understandable considering the logistics.The staff are very friendly, though english is a problem.My family and I had a good time and will definitely come back for more	Very good as always

The staff were all very friendly but do any of them learn English when they start? Really couldn t get any info from them without alot of attempts!! Overall 6 out of 10.	Fine.

The price to value ratio is not justified compared with other resorts in the same category. The staff is nice. The location is also nice if you don t mind to be away from the world. Swimming and snorkeling is very limited due to tides and currents. Boat trips to the main part of Ko Phi Phi are expensive. (700-800 THB). I would not choose this resort anymore.	Exzellent service. I recommend it.

Nice people, very beautiful, quiet place, with some good food around in the local restaurant. The sea around the resort is very suitable for snorkling.	Sawadee is a trustworthy agency, with a quick respond to any questions.

Breakfast is not so good and staffs during breakfast are not well managed.	access to the hotel is not well described. there is still great potentiality to develop after purchase care provided to customer. though i have raised a question in the reservation form, there was no reply.

Hagen Renyé 2004-05-26 until 2004-05-27	Phi Phi Natural Resort, Phi Phi Island, Laem Tong The worsest situation I ever saw in Thailand for so much money. Our children had rats in the bathroom. They bite the wood on the bottom of the bathdoor. Our children had many fear in the night. In the roof, must been so other animals, mice or rats, we heard when the ran and fight.The fidgerator was older than old and fight a battle against the aircon: who is louder. In the garden there is many waste of all different things, most palmleaves, coconut and so on. But everything there smells very bad and moddy. The prices for the meal have been the highest for this situation at this beach. Their prices have been very high and they collect 10% service charge and 7% VAT. We asked for annother room and they offered us for 2000 THB a higher standard, but later we get for 1700 THB a very luxoury `standard-room` at P.P.Erawan resort. The beach at natural resort was very small, with rocks and only by low tide to use and you must climb over slippery rocks. The other part of the big beach by natural resort was allso with rocks, and at the sandy part there have been the hole time longtailboats achored. The quality-manager asked me why we leave natural resort. I told him. He aswered: `Rats are a normal problem in Thailand. And we have the different categories of rooms you booked standard` So my question: ` If you book standard at natural resort the rats are included ? Thats nonsens and stupid. I have been a several time in Thailand. I have been in thirteen resorts and hotels, but this rooms we had in Natural resort are less than one star. We leave Phi Phi Island and went to Ko Lanta. We get very nice standard bungalows for 500 THB (low season-price) without breakfast, but an american breakfast for 120 THB was more than ok. For Natural Resort I can say to anybody: Dont go there. If you want to luxusbeach not to expensive, go to P.P.Eravan Resort, if you have more money go to holiday inn (our friends were there). And wait for coral resort, it will be finish next high season. yours H.Renyé

We upgraded to a cabin on the beach and were much happier than with our original room (family bungalow). My only comment is that the entire beach should be cleaned of rubbish daily - the entire beach meaning from your resort to the Holiday Inn. Thanks for a holiday.

A problem with ants in the bungalow and a barely functioning air con. which made the price a little hard to justify... Helpful staff who spoke English well.	very easy to book reservations and good follow emails with the details of my trip and reservations.
Kwang Wai Lin 2004-02-07 until 2004-02-10	Phi Phi Natural Resort, Phi Phi Island, Laem Tong overall our room where we stay has a great view-beach front , pay a premium price. BUT THE ROOMS are not very well maintained considering the price we paid although there was great view at the room. The Condition of the aircon in the room was not checked before we checked in , this has caused great inconvenience. Waiters provide great customer service	price a bit on the high side, we found prices quoted in other webside lower in the range of 500-700THB. it was too late we have confirmed then,
Mr.Pavel Hozak 2004-01-18 until 2004-01-24	Phi Phi Natural Resort, Phi Phi Island, Laem Tong Very nice and clean bungallows, good service in general, great for joining diving team located next to the hotel. The restaurant was also very good, but overpriced in comparison with others on the beach. The breafast they give for 300BHT was boring and the same everyday, it is better and cheaper to go elsewhere. It would be helpful to include info how to get to the hotel from the ferry port in Ton Sai bay, the reservation did not offer any help with this transfer.	Fast, save and reliable. But I have to mention that the price was not lowest on the internet, as I discovered later.
Fiesseler 2003-12-21 until 2004-01-08	Phi Phi Natural Resort, Phi Phi Island, Laem Tong we enjoyed at very much. the hotel and its staff provided excellent service, especially the front desk persons =Mrs. Chintana and Mrs. Pornpak= )) and the manager D. Weir, and all the restaurant personal, who all took personally care and make a great effort. we will definitively come back.	A little bit disappointed, since we stay so long, and a refund for one night, due to one day earlier leave, was not given .
