Our Main Wing consists of Sea View and Mountain View rooms with the total of 64 rooms. The 8 cabin rooms are situated on the ground floor of the Main Wing. The Sweet Dome offers 4 smaller rooms. The New Wing features 10 comfortable rooms located next to the Main Wing. Phi Phi Hotel offers 86 rooms in total.
About the hotel: The location of the hotel is perfect, only 5 minute walk from the pier. The room amenities are great for and maybe above what I expected. The island itself is way too crowded with shops and people. I probably will not go back to Phi Phi again.
About the hotel: perfect location, but the a/c was not working as it should so the room was too hot, and we had to ask for exstra toilettpaper every day. The breakfest was top, there should be an elevator at the hotel, its 5 stors
About the hotel: Its phi phi... dont think there are any bad location here, you get exactly what you pay for with all that it is.
Note: they charge 2500bht if you loose the key, thats INSANELY overpriced imo. Overall, i think id pick a cheaper hotel next visit to PP.
note: Pool is just awesome...might be worth the extra money.
About the hotel: Great location, especially if you have a lot of luggage. Literaly 3-4 min. walk from pier. Unless your looking for oppulence, this hotel has everything except included internet access, that would be my only suggested improvement. They do offer internet service however you have to buy a card and then deal with instructions and transactions every time you need additional session.

About the hotel: Tonsai suite had a malfunctioning AC (didn t have gas in it) so the room was extremly hot due to the fact it s facing south.
Had BED BUGS in the room - I actually killed about a dozen of them before going to bed! I don t expect that for a 3700 bhat/night room!!!!

About the hotel: We stayed in a Mountain View room on the 4th floor (Room 421) for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was huge, clean and tidy. We had a small balcony, large modern bathroom with a screen separating the shower from the toilet and sink area. The air-con worked great, we got 2 free bottles of water each day. The pool was nice although they could use more sun lounges. They had 24hr reception and key minding service and free hire of beach towels.
The location was great! Only a short walk to anywhere on the Island, and very quiet with no noise from any of the beach bars. My only complaint is that breakfast was pretty boring. It was the same every day and quite a limited selection.
Overall a fantastic hotel and we would definitely stay there again.

About the hotel: stayed jan 21st till jan25 2010.sea view room.it was clean and well serviced.location couldnt be better.breakfast disappointing.place getting a bit jaded but the location and views still make it value for money.
