About the hotel: This was my second time staying here and it s my favorite hotel on Phi Phi for being close to all the shops and close to the beach. The room is nice with all the modern conveniences and the staff is very friendly. The only downside is that there are only 5 pool chairs; I spent my time at the beach so that wasn t a problem for me. The breakfast area is right on the beach.
About the hotel: Clen nice and well furnished room with a nice balcony. Warning concerning the restaurant at the beach that belongs to the hotel. The food (evening) is good but the service is by fare the worst I ever have experienced, nothing works!!
About the hotel: The receptionist (supervisor) has a bad attitude. She turned up the next day and scolded my guests as to why there were 2 people more than the hotel record?
We booked 7 rooms and checked in late about 6-7pm. We told the receptionist than we were 11 people but 2 people may sleep on the boat to look after it or may occupy one of the rooms later, to which the receptionist agreed. The booking as made was for double occupancy including breakfast.
This kind of bad attitude is not welcome!

About the hotel: I was very frightened by information on the availability of construction near the hotel. I am a little worried when get there. Besides, I could not find any new revocation. However, on arrival found no traces of construction projects throughout the district failed. Quite good location, near the pier, friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast on the beach and very good. I love this place and in this hotel.

About the hotel: The hotel was clean and comfortable. The shower was adequate. Pool was adequate(rubber lined). The breakfast was very good, Overall though, quite overpriced , This was not a 4 or 5 star hotel, There was construction at the property, and we were lectured that we were not allowed guests after 10:00, pretty strange considering we are in our 50 s and haven t been in trouble from our parents in a long time. Also there is a loudspeaker with muslim call several times a day to disturb any peace you may have found.

About the hotel: The hotel room is clean, peoples are friendly, its located in town centre of Phi-Phi island,just 5 minutes walk from pier,is ideal for traverler but not for those wanted to relax by sea side.The swiming pool is beautiful but it has some kind of chemical smell.
