Annelise Dellit 2008-05-08 until 2008-05-13	Phra Nang Inn, Ao Nang, Phranang Beach We arrived at the Phra Nang Inn and were really disappointed. The reception was a rundown room and hotel felt the same. There were too many holes around the decking that our 14 month old would have fallen down given the chance. They had very small rooms and bathrooms and we could not stay there so we found accomodation next door at the Aonang Villa which was about the same price but a hundred times better. There was no comparison between the both as far as standard goes. The staff however, were very understanding and lovely toward us which we really appreciated.	Sawadee.com were fantastic in understanding that we had to change resorts. They were so helpful and really made the transition easy especially with 2 small children as far as organising new accomodation for us

Housekeeping service is perfect plus a very good restaurant and - most important - best location. Generally - the best place to stay.	Very good service!. Thank you.
Elinor 2008-05-01 until 2008-05-07	Phra Nang Inn, Ao Nang, Phranang Beach Simple hotel, simple management. Don t believe the pictures, it s very small. We stayed at this hotel for six nights with two little children. Despite having reserved a family room through Sawadee, we were suprised to get a tiny room instead because the air con in the room for us was supposedly broken. it took them two nights to fix it, although I suspect the manager lied about it and just put other guests in there. After pleading for a change for two days they moved us to the larger family room on the pool which was much nicer. When we checked out, an exceptionally rude receptionist - Chantina Ch. tried to accuse us of stealing a pillow!!!???!! and would not compensate us for the two nights we had to spend sqweezed in a tiny room yet paid the highest rate for. That was a major turn off. Also you must know that the sewage comes up into the bathroom every day, making the room smell awful. The location is nice though, on the beach and close to all the shops and resteraunts. We will not go back - there are nicer looking resorts down the road.	Efficient
MONTOYA 2008-04-23 until 2008-04-25	Phra Nang Inn, Ao Nang, Phranang Beach Nous avons passés 4 nuits dans cet hotel,fin avril 2008.La principale qualité de cet etablissement est sa situation face à la baie d Ao Nang. Les chambres pas tres grandes sont décorés avec gout.Nous avions une chambre au RdC qui donnait directement sur la piscine,Sympa. Bon buffet de déjeuner et personnet préveant. Le bureau d aiccueil meriterait d etre plus chaleureux.Bon rapport qualité prix dans l ensemble.	Bon service de réservation de la part de sawadee .com.

The room is better and the breakfast is very good. the only negative is is the sounds from the street. Othervise I can rec. this hotel. It is not so expensive. It is not so far away from all the shops.

The reception, parts of the restaurant, basement and some rooms are under construction, so be prepared for some noise during day time. The overall hotel is not that nice to justify the fairly high price, even though perfectly located in the middle of Ao Nang.
Hans Ekstrand 2007-03-02 until 2007-03-06	Phra-Nang Inn, Ao Nang, Phranang Beach A very nice hotell excellent rooms. We had a nice time och vill probably return next year. One thing was bad. We had booked a deluxe room but when we came to the hotell it was overbooked so we had to have a standard room. If we did not complain we had not got any deluxe room at all, but we got a deluxe room after one night. We had our friends wwith us who was their first time on Thailand. I Think this is very bad and i hope that it will be better next year.	excellent if you get the room you have booked.

When we got there, they told us the room was not available and that we would have to stay in another smaller room with no discount offered. We weren t happy at all. Staff were quite rude and it took them ages to sort something out. It seemed to be a recurring theme as we heard two other groups having the same issue the next day. The water also stopped working one morning so we couldn t shower or use the toilet and it took them all morning just to get someone to come and take a look at it. Overall, wouldn t recommend this place.	We have used this booking system many times before and have not had any issues until this time, so I have a feeling that it was the hotel that stuffed up, not this booking system.

Strange set up as the hotel ha two main wings on each side of the main road in Ao Nang. Great spa, but hotel not really recommended.	I can t fault them. Thanks for eevrything.

If your not half deaf, bring earplugs. We had ordered twinbeds, and get a doubble bed as usual, it happens all the time. We were lucky to change the room to a twinbed room.	Sawadee is very good, i always use Sawadee. But please Sawadee, make sure that your guests realy get twinbeds, if they have boked twinbeds.
Mr.Andrew Hopskins 2006-01-22 until 2006-01-25	Phra-Nang Inn, Ao Nang, Phranang Beach Only standard rooms available which on arrival smelt very damp, and upon walking same landing when other rooms were being cleaned you could smell the same, after a while with air condition on it got better, hotel is in an ideal location and beautiful, a little money spent on rooms / pool area and this hotel would be unbeatable, would stay again but in superior rooms.

We stayed in two Junior suites, which we found very pleasant.The bed was huge but a bit hard for your back. The staff is very friendly, but lack in understanding English.	We will use sawadee.com for future bookings when visiting Thailand, very convenient.

It s accessible to most of the restaurants & shops nearby & it s just next to the Ao Nang Beach! The hotel is clean & u get 2 complimentary bottle of water daily. The buffet breakfast is only average but i wish there could be more choices of hot food. I thought the juices tasted weird! Definitely a must-stay in Krabi & I will give it a 4*rating for the location & wonderful stay! We will be back! :)	Very smooth & fast! & it s reliable too!

A bit of maintenance required to wooden boards around the poolside as splintered wood and loose boards could cause serious injury. Clean and pleasant although perhaps ready for a refurb ! Breakfasts need upgrading too. That said, it was good value and most conveniently located. On balance, I would return quite happily.	Very helpful and dealt with a date change without difficulty once I made myself clear.

Joan F Hughes 2004-11-17 to 2004-11-18	Asia Airport Hotel, Ao Nang, Phranang Beach We paid only 2400 baht $60) at this fine, relatively new hotel for their most deluxe suite on the 16th floor with a balcony and with a view of the city lights. We had a large living room, a large bedroom and two bathrooms furnished with all the amenities anyone would possibly want. The large dining room, however, was a disappointment. At 7:30 pm we were the only ones there. It was bleak and the service was mediocre. The food was adequate though fairly expensive for what we got. The van service when we arrived was delayed, but the next morning at 4:30 am we zipped to the airport in record time. Except for the dining room I can heartily recommend the hotel.
Joan F Hughes 2004-11-12 until 2004-11-17	Phra Nang Inn - Ao Nang, Ao Nang, Phranang Beach Our entire stay was delightful. The staff bent over backwards to make us comfortable. Due to most unusual circumstances we had to change rooms twice and the moves were handled very efficiently. All the rooms were clean, attractive and air-conditioned. There are three floors, but there is no elevator, if that is a factor for anyone. The hotel is basically on the beach and the restaurant allowed a full view of the ocean. The food was very good. Excellent choices for breakfast and lots of good fish for dinner. The van service to and from the airport, a 30 minutes ride, was very good and we were happy to be met on schedule at 8:45 in the evening the night we arrived. The hotel offers lovely spa services...foot and body massages, etc.The one tour we booked through the hotel was handled very efficiently. We were so pleased with everything that we stayed two extra days. We can highly recommend this fine hotel.	Excellent. Definitely would use it again.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Not much bad point but I guess I overpaid for the room and the cleaniness needs improving. No cable channel and limited TV programme. The breakfast is a turn off.	very secure online based booking.

We stayed at the Betelnut wing and it was beautiful. When going home to the airport last day we could use one of our rooms until 1600. Absolutely the best location in Ao Nang. Swimming in the ocean just across the street if you wanted to. And we did! Only thing is that it was a little too few people in Ao Nang now but that is hardly Phra Nang Inns fault ;-). The pick up at the airport when arriving was very good too. I can recommend this hotel to everybody!	Seems to have worked just perfect!
