Agnes M Wong 2008-10-01	Pakasai Resort, Ao Nang, Nopparattara Bay Staff was excellent. Very professional. Upgraded our room to adora one. Can t fault the service. Marvellous pool. We were there at a bad weather, nevertheless, staff made us so welcome. A little expensive. Could get better hotels for the same price. Did aggree with one writer, too many mosquitoes at this time of the year.	Booking service was no hi cup. No problems at all.
Bruce Eaton 2008-02-08 until 2008-02-09	Cliff Ao Nang, Ao Nang, Nopparattara Bay If you enjoy small dark rooms without a view, where the curtains must remain closed due to the close proximity of everyone outside your room, if you like mosquitoes, or if you have been living on the streets for a few years you might enjoy staying at this hotel, otherwise you should give it a miss.
Bruce Eaton 2008-02-01 until 2008-02-02	Pakasai Resort, Ao Nang, Nopparattara Bay This is the 4th or 5th time I have stayed at the Pakasai, and as usual it was excellent. The rooms are large with wide balconies, and it has a great pool. The staff are helpful and the hotel is in a good location. I will definitely stay again next time I am in Krabi, which is far more than I can say for the Cliff Au Nang where I had to stay for one night because the Pakasai was full. The Cliff was more expensive, the rooms are tiny. There is no view, it is mosquito infested, and the website claims of it being one of Thailands top 50 resorts cannot be believed, unless there were only 50 resorts in Thailand when the survey was undertaken. I will never stay there again. I would rather sleep under a tree.	Booking with Sawadee was easy and efficient.
Fiona & David 2007-09-27 until 2007-10-01	Pakasai Resort, Ao Nang, Nopparattara Bay Good location. The room was recently renovated and a good size as was the verandah with tropical outlook. Beautiful pool area. Would recommend.	Easy will use again

Good pool. Comfortable room. Many steps to room. Bad laundry, they damage clothes. Would stay again because I don t mind steps but will have to avoid the laundry.	Sawadee is excellent.

The front desk staff works wonders, and not once were we disappointed. Our two rooms were truly amazing, and with some 144 steps to climb before reaching our rooms, we also got our exercise! Amazing garden, fantastic rooms and that ever so friendly Thai mentality. We highly recommend this resort.	Good and well working.

Situated in a beautiful garden where you have to take a lot of steps to reach the room. Very friendly staff - good food. We had a reservation for Deluxe room, but got a beautiful suite, which is situated near the reception building (big luggage). We enjoyed our stay at Pakasai Resort!	The booking service worked very well! So we will take your service for the future travels to Thailand.

Dommage que l hotel fut surbooké	en arrivant à l hotel le vendredi 17 nov, nous avons eu la désagréable surprise d entendre que l hotel était surbooké et qu il n y avait pas de place pour nous la 1ère nuit. Ils nous ont donc mis dans un autre hotel à côté !!

It was nice being on a hill away from the main road as well, and as it was our honeymoon we got upgraded, which was a pleasant surprise. However, the housekeeping was a little slack, as the floor was not mopped once during our stay.	Very efficient.

Breakfast good, didn t use resteraunt at night as so many good places to eat in town. We liked being on this side of Ao Nang with easy access to both beaches.	As usual very efficient

A great location and very attentive staff make this hotel the place to stay in Ao Nang. Sensational pool on top of the restaurant and check-in area although not that deep. Would definitey stay there again. Good size rooms.	Fantastic. Could not be faulted.
Asif Ahmad 2004-12-16 until 2004-12-18	Pakasai Resort, Ao Nang, Nopparattara Bay Ideally located just off the busy road facing the sea. Modern and comfortable rooms. Rooms in blocks of nine going up a steep hill. Request a room near reception if the climb is a challenge. Breakfast location is great with a water pool and tropical foliage. Au Nang beach, shops and restaurants serving thai and western food nearby. Better to take a long tail boat to other places if you want to swim in the sea. Hotel staff are friendly and efficient. Free fruits and drinks in the lobby each afternoon. Free internet access and newspapers also in the lobby. Pool area is on a roof with infinity edges. Work on neighbouring new hotel just about finished so will be quieter in future. But the songs of crickets and water trickling down the hill is all that you really here. Good value for money.	Very efficient.

I really enjoyed my stay there.	Everything worked well but I wish the booking confirmation process was simpler. I received so many emails and it was a bit confusing!
