Dark, gloomy and slightly musty smell to the room even though it wasn t the rainy season. No safe in room, lock on door broken. Was glad I d only booked for one night. Still, the room was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. Overall tolerable.	as always, very good

Seli S 2008-03-19 until 2008-03-21	The Dream Garden, Ao Nang, Phranang Bay Good location,easy to find a place to eat,book tours & taxi.About 10 minutes to Beach by fair walking.Rooms are bit old fashioned.Clean daily,give free mineral water in bottle everyday,AC is without remote control so it becomes either on or off.We order for triple bedroom and the extra bed was very bad,hard to sleep on & we pay same price.Bathroom is okay but toilet s shower isnt working properly.I wont stay here again when returning to Aonang beach one day but generally the woman in the reception is quite friendly and we got helped for our luggage to our room when we arrived from one of her staff.Just remember,no lift to rooms so be prepared for stairs.	Good service & good price.

Nice room, friendly staff and close to everything. Five minutes way from the beach and the market. Good service! Had some problems with our toilet and it was not much of a garden... but a very nice spa instead. We will come back!	No problem!

The hotel does not have landscaping but is very quiet. we visit others hotel in the area and it is best place for the price range. It was the most amazing accommodation i have stayed in, in my travels. We stayed in a deluxe room and I would definitely stay there again and also recommend anyone to stay there. The people were lovely and accommodating in every way. Can t wait to go back.	Language barrier struggle, otherwise fine

Our room was quiet, clean and the beds were good. The staff was very helpful and booked our next hotel on our trip. I also had a wonderful massage at Dream Garden, the best I had in Thailand! If we come to Ao Nang again, we ll definitely stay at this nice hotel again.	Very good and safe, everything was perfect!

VIEL-BERNARD 2007-12-24 until 2007-12-28	The Dream Garden, Ao Nang, Phranang Bay The name of the place is a nonsense : Dream, close to nightmare, Garden, there is NO garden, just few pots of plants !!! To get to the room you got to go down stairs that passed under the office (humidity), it s a long alley bordered by the A/C of the others buildings next to the accomodation (noise). They made efforts on the decoration which is nice but the finition were not there. We got to ask each time we wanted to take a shower for the hot water. The tab was broken and the flush also. The service was awful, the girl was taking more time for herself with hair and make-up than for client. We book in advanced and payed already so she didn t care... Down the stairs there is a spa that I would like to recommend, people very nice and competent.	Good and easy.

Otherwise, there are better places to stay. Things to be aware of: the rooms are down a narrow alley, so the only view is of a wall.	Excellent, no problems.

It is a bit worn down and everything seems well used and old but it is cheap and therefore good value for the money. You get what you pay for. No breakfast but it is easy to find close by. The staff can help you with transport and sightseeing tours.	Perfect

In spite of this, the provided us another hotel near them, and they took us to the other hotel by car.	The booking service, ok. No problems.

The staff were not super friendly, but I was in transit and for that this place sufficed.	Great booking service, it could be a little faster (maybe I m just impatient).

Indraneel Chatterjee 2006-12-19 until 2006-12-20	Dream Garden Hostel, Ao Nang, Phranang Bay Very Bad Hotel. The rooms were in the basement. It had no ventilation and was suffocating. The bathroom had very bad drainage. The flush was not working.The TV only few channels working and all were local channels. There was no room service. Not recommended at all. This should be a contingency hotel at best which should be considered only if no other hotel is available. The photographs posted on the site are misleading. The location of the hotel is good. However dont think finding a hotel there is ever going to be tough with so many hotels around.	Booking was easy and effortless through Savadee.com. Good portal. It should have many more hotels registered in krabi.

I guess we were a little unlucky with the room that was prepared for us considering that the balcony for ours was not as nice and tidy as the other ones. At the time we were there a hotel was being built at the back of the hostel which made a lot of noice but you cant blame Dream Garden for that. No breakfast buffé but the café has everything that you can ask for and it worked out perfectly. We were happy with the stay at Dream Garden Hostel and would recommend it to others. Extra plus is the short distance to both city and happenings aswell as the beach!	As always: Fast and problem free! We booked something else from the beginning but as it turned out they were fully booked after we had already transfered the money but Sawadee found something new for us immediately and everything went smoothly!

We would recommend anybody looking for cheap accom in the ao nang area to definitely stay here. It s close to everything, even the beach!	Simple, quick and easy, we ll be using it again!

They help us to plan how to go to Hot spring and Clear Water Ponds by Jeep. The location is very convenient and 7-Eleven and Mc Donalds are just opposite the hostel.	The service was good and efficient

They treated us as if we were their personal guests, we even received gifts from them, and on our last night in Ao Nang they invited us out to dinner at a lovely local restaurant. I can honestly say that I have never received similar service and kindness in all my travels and I have traveled a lot! I will definitly stay there again if I go back to Ao Nang, and I warmly recommend it to anybody who looks for reasonably priced accomodation with the added bonus of a great family atmosphere. You cannot do better than the Dream Garden Hostel!	The booking service was excellent.
