Best Western Ban Ao Nang Resort is situated right in the centre of Ao Nang Bay and is only 100 metres away from the beach

All of our 110 guestrooms are consolatory, with amenities including individual air-conditioning control, hot/cold shower, in-room locker box, colour TV, IDD telephone service, refrigerator and splendid view from a private balcony.

About the hotel:
good location, nice swimming pool, but the room is a little bit old. Better to stay in the superior room, the stardroom is not that good.

About the hotel:
I paid for a standard room for 2. I got a room with a double bed & 1 single bed,with sofa too ! room is nice, but there was smell in the room & on our last night, the aircon water was linking from the top floor (not sure why), this had caused the single bed goes wet. Other than that the hotel was quite good & very good location at Ao Nang. less than 5 minutes walk to the beach,shops are easy accessible just right outside the hotel, & it is quite a famous hotel chain where most of the taxi/shuttle drivers will know.Breakfast was average, with ommelete, bread, cornflakes & some local fried meals. Overall , worth for the price that we ve paid. The front desk staff should improve their friendlyness towards the customers also it is low season now.

helt ok skapliga rum men byggnad 5 var bäst tyckte vi.(ovanför poolen)efter att vi bytt några gånger :)Rent o snyggt med bra personal,Bra frukost.

Det här hotellet gillade vi från första stund.Bodde här i två omgångar under vår resa,vi var två fam och vi hamnade i rummen brevid varandra vi båda tillfällena.Bra service,bra frukost. ++++

About the hotel:
avoid the ground floor rooms they are old and smells bad, we changed our superior room from the ground floor to 3rd floor, that room was very nice!! even some seaview! breakfast was fair and not more. Location is super! The pool become dirty very fast so they hade too clean it often, but it worked well. The staff was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

they missed that we didn´t need an xtra bed we payid for it, but the hotel informed us that we didnt need it because our children was to small for it. the hotelstaff called sawadee, and we get our money back, overall very god service

About the hotel:
It is the worst hotel which I ve been statyed in my life! The first room they gave to me there was no hot water at all! However, they kept on denying it and said it was hot water when I turned the shower on and let them check it! Eventually they agreed to change a new room with a tiny TV to me at 11:00Pm and later on I notice the room wall is very thin and I can hear my neighbour very clearly. Basically the staff attitude in this hotel is terrible and the room facility is terrible as well. Don t think I will never ever go back this hotel and won t recommand any of my friends to stay in this hotel neither.
