Alex Gitlits 2009-02-05	Novotel Centara Hat Yai, Songkhla, Hat Yai The hotel is in a very good location. Friendly staff. However, the room interior is outdated and in need of renovation. Swimming pool water was cold and on occasions the the water in the shower was berely warm.	Excellent as usual.
Charlotta Andersson 2009-01-03	Novotel Centara Hat Yai, Songkhla, Hat Yai Great hotel staff, friendly and very welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. If You are to look close, you can see that it´s a bit worn. The beds are very comfortable and BIG! The location of the hotel is very good, central and close to many shops. The little gifts in the bathroom included everything that you need, toothbrush and toothpaste, shaving set, comb, schampoo, conditioner, showersoap etc. The breakfast was one of the better we had in Thailand. I can really recommend this hotel. If you ara going to Pakbara Pier, we can reccomend Welcome Travel and their taxidriver Noi (tel. 086-2915682). He can arrange pick up from Hat Yai airport and transport to Pak Bara at a very resonable price,(and he is a good driver too). They also arrange ferry tickets and make you feel very taken care of.	Very swift and efficient! Will definately use again.
Robert 2007-02-23 until 2007-02-25	Novotel Central Sukhontha, Hat Yai, Songkhla, Hat Yai Definitely the right hotel in Hat Yai if you want comfort. Room is clean and everything works. Too bad there is no safety box inside the room. The Saturday Japanese buffet is worth the money, especially for the sashimi.	Fast and efficient booking at Sawadee.com. Will do it again for my next hotel booking in Thailand.
John Davis 2007-02-01 until 2007-02-05	Novotel Central Sukhontha, Hat Yai, Songkhla, Hat Yai My second stay here. The hotel is well located (central) and the room was clean, if a little worn. The breakfast menu did not vary from day to day but the food was of a good standard. I would use the Novotel again.	All went smoothly.
Mohamed Zulfakar 2006-08-18 until 2006-08-20	Novotel Central Sukhontha Hat Yai, Songkhla, Hat Yai We are very pleased with the hotel condition and services. The hotel location was very good, in the heart of the shopping paradise. Our group had no problem with the food as it was very convenient that we can have all the Thai s local food right infront of our naked eyes. However, we encountered an unpleasant moment when we were checking out from the hotel. We were asked to pay an additional cost for the transfer to airport. This trip was organized and booked directly to Sawadee and there was also an e-mail communication to the hotel. The hotel management did not give a clear informations ending up we had such unpleasant surprise. Anyways, we are quite dissapointed with the arrangements because there seems to be a communications problems with the hotels organization.	Booking services through Sawadee.com was very convenient as we could get the hotels reservations in an instant. However, not much information were given when we book on line. They should atleast give us more info so that all query could be answered.
LIM KWAI HENG 2006-08-16 until 2006-08-18	Novotel Central Sukhontha Hat Yai, Songkhla, Hat Yai Very good location. Service is above expectation. Food - just love the Wednesday Special buffet, reasonable price and good spread. Breakfast was ok as well. Bed is firm and pillows just nice. Only set back is the dank smell at the lift corridor of our rooms floor. We suspect the smell came from the floating flowers located in front of the lifts. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in Hatyai and would make return trips. Hope the high standards would be maintained.	Happy with the prompt service accorded and checking in was very pleasant with welcome drinks served. Would defintely make use of your service again.
John Davis 2006-07-12 until 2006-07-14	Novotel Central Sukhontha Hat Yai, Songkhla, Hat Yai Good location in the centre of town. Our deluxe twin room was very comfortable and the hotel, in general, is of a very good standard. There was a good choice available at the breakfast buffet. I would certainly use it again when visiting Hat Yai.	Excellent. We had to amend our booking 24 hours ahead of our arrival and Sawadee sorted it all out for us with no hassle.
Tang Mee Yen 2006-05-12 until 2006-05-14	Novotel Central Sukhontha Hat Yai, Songkhla, Hat Yai Hotel is clean, service is excellent. Requested for late check-out till 2pm, extra blanket n hot water - all granted in seconds. Do not miss the body polish at 7th fl spa - only Bt700 - very cheap, relaxing and first class service. Fantastic! Had a great holiday shopping and eating!	No problem at all when check in. Just presented the print out voucher and the rooms were already pre-allocated prior to my arrival.

Will definitely stay there again if I have the chance	Booking service was good. Managed to book the hotel even though it was a last minute decision. Thanks Sawadee.
Pui Ling 2006-01-11 until 2006-01-14	Novotel Central Sukhontha Hat Yai, Songkhla, Hat Yai We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and it was a pleasant and comfortable stay!! Extremely helpful and polite staff at the beautiful lobby. The hotel room is clean & nice but there is no hair dryer in the hotel room and there is quite a bit of noise from the pipes during shower. Its daily buffet breakfast is sumptuous and there is a wide variety for you to choice from. This hotel has the best location as it is located in the centre where you can find lots for stalls,central department store and supermarket when you step out of the hotel but dun have to worry abt the security part as you got to take a separate lift that lead you to your hotel rooms.	Very good and prompt service,easy to to make payment. Will use their services again in the future and would wish that it will include more hotels from other countries take hong kong or macau. Very efficient and reliable website!!!
Theresa L C Lim 2006-01-08 until 2006-01-10	Novotel Central Sukhontha Hat Yai, Songkhla, Hat Yai Room was bright and clean with a fresh smell. The bed and pillows were fantastic. It was so comfy and gave us good sleep thru out our stay, we just loved the bed. Bfast at the hotel not wide in variety and the frying of Indian pancake (prata) made the cafe badly ventilated.	Very good and prompt service,easy to execute payment via website too.

We were picked up at the airport on time, taken direct to the hotel, had no problems with our check in, everything was very professional and quickly handled. Our room was good, not as the pictures show, but comfortable and very clean. Our favorite part of our stay had to be the staff and the brunch. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they even went so far to help us mail a package back home. We were always greeted with a genuine smile from everyone. The brunch included with the room was amazing. There was a selection of western, local and other ethnic dishes. There were cooks on site making rottee pancakes to omletes. We ate at the restaurant on other occasions and the food was great. The hotel is located close to shopping including department stores and a market right outside the door. I would stay here again, no question.	I would book with Sawadee.com again. We had prompt responses to any and all enquiries and had no problems with check ins at the hotels.

The shower shouldn t have permanent fitted onto the wall. Coz when parent travel with young children, bathing for them is quite troulesome.	Easy to manage.

The hotel staff were very helpful, most spoke some English, the breakfast was the best we had in two weeks of travel. We would recommend the hotel to any non Asian tourist as an excellent safe place to stay. The price paid through Sawadee was the best we could find.	The booking was made on the internet and took a matter of seconds to be confirmed and paid for on the secure site. We would use Sawadee to do bookings in Asia for us again.

We found that hotel staffs are friendly and helpful and the hotel rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable, Overall we had a very pleasant stay and very sure that we ll be back again to this same hotel and will also recommend to our friends and relatives.	This is my very first experience and I found that booking through kingdomthailand.com is so convenient and receive very prompt feedback.

The room is also clean but juz that it does not have a kettle in the room.Location is good and the breakfast serving is good.	This website is good and efficient.I will book thru this website if i ever go for another trip in Thailand.

The staff are helpful and the roon is ver clean but without the hair dryer. The restaurant serves very good food.We enjoy a stay at Novotel Central Sukhontha. It is situated in the heart of Hatyai.	We booked through Sawedee the service was efficient and reliable.

Close proximity to everything one could need. We didnt have to venture far for food, massage and shopping.	It is not my 1st time booking via internet. I was truly impressed when i received an SMS from sawadee.com the day of my arrival confirming my hotel stay at Novotel. The Sawadee.com staff who handled my queries were prompt and very professional. I will highly recommend to book your holiday needs via this professional website.

Great location and good food stalls and interesting items for sale along the street at night. Extremely helpful and polite staff, great Japanese lunch buffet, beautiful lobby, clean hallways and ultra quiet spotless rooms; huge comfortable bed, big bathroom with tub and new, thick towels, also bathrobe, slippers, and daily newspaper. Will be staying there again next trip!	This was the best price I found online for this hotel. The posted price included the 17% taxes that all other sites did not. I received almost immediate acknolegement of my reservation, a pre-payment receipt and finally the hotel voucher that I used to check in. Smooth as silk transaction, no hassles or questions upon check in. Would recommend to others.
