Lori Trujillo 2008-12-30	The River House Resort & Spa, Chiang Rai-Rimkok This is a very nice and well-appointed hotel in a convenient location. The rooms and bathrooms are so clean you can practically eat off the floor. The staff members are wonderful and helpful and never without a smile. We did two tours through the hotel, and even though they were a bit pricey compared with outside tours, they were both excellent and highly recommended if you re not too familiar with the area. We saw so much! Overall, I would recommend this hotel to any friends or family and will definitely come again.	Faultless as always!
Sussie 2008-10-24	The River House Resort & Spa, Chiang Rai-Rimkok This is the hotel which I can recomment to anyone without any hesitation. The room was spacious, clean, equipped with simple, but tasteful teak furniture. The staff is well trained and have their own initiatives to make guests enjoy their stay. The most impressive part was the garden. Perhaps the owner himself loves plants and flowers. We feel it from the appearance of the garden. Even though we visited in the end of October, out of tourist season , there were at least five gardeners working in the garden to keep it tidy. Free transportation from/to airport and night bazzar was very convenient. Very nice breakfast. We enjoyed food by room service which was tasty and cheap!

Our room and bathroom facilities were exceptional. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly particularly in the restaurant. It was a memorable stay and we would be more than happy to return there if we ever come back to Thailand. One thing - it may not be suitable for people who like things a bit more lively but that wasn t the sort of holiday we required. Great for a honeymoon I would think.	We were very pleased with Sawadee especially as its the first time we have booked accommodation through a website. We had to change my pickup times because of alterations to flights and it was all arranged smoothly. Would book through Sawadee again.

We went to our room and we didn t know what to say. You can not ask for more.If you are in the area do yourself a favor and stay here.	I was truely satisfied at how smoothly our reservation and our airport pick up and everything else went.

Spacious, comfortable stylish and a super view - even from the bathroom. Spa with a view. WOW! The staff are friendly and efficient and even adjusted when we had to change flight arrivals.	The on-line booking was great. Simple and easy.

The staff are very attentive and friendly and cannot do enough for you without being over the top. We stayed in November and were 2 of only 8 guests. Had the pool to ourselves. Would we return?......ABSOLUTELY.	Excellent service and communications from Sawadee (as usual).

The river house resort has been the best yet. I spent a week there and was very impressed with the standard of the hotel. I visited friends in other 4 star hotels in Chaing Rai while there, and none of them compared to the River house. it was in good condition and kept very clean. my room, a suite, (get it if you can spare the little extra) was a great size with a big veranda overlooking the river and pool. The most outstanding thing about the resort was the excellent staff. efficient, well trained, super friendly. I wouldnt stay anywhere else in Chiang rai	Very efficent and trouble free, quick friendly email communication

Lovely big rooms with river view. Exellent and friendly staff and a very good restaurant. If you are not an expert on Thai food leave it to the staff. Everything highly recommendable. We are looking forward to our next stay.	Quick and easy.

Perfect service, beautiful room, you just feel serenity in the air. They have free shuttle-bus to the night bazaar every night - worth going! If we ever come back to Chiang Rai we would definitely stay at this hotel.	Perfect!

Great. It was so great, we dumped another hotel in Chiang Rai I think that s the best compliment you can get. If possible we will be back next year and stay.
