Good location - easy to walk to night market but nice quiet soi. Breakfast on the inclusive rate is bread and fruit but they do a cooked hot breakfast for an extra charge.	Straightforward as always. Good service
Nils Sandmann 2009-01-14	Banthai Village, City, Thapae Soi 3 Really nice hotel, a calm green oasis in the city in a perfect location, in walking distance to the night market and city. The rooms are fine, perhaps a bit small and it lacks space for luggage. But the bathroom is very nice. Everything is very clean. The personal is superb, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast offers a buffet with croissants, toast, jam and fruits. Additionally you can order several kinds of eggs with bacon, sausage and ham or you can choose an asian breakfast. We absolutely recommend this place.	No problems

Catherine Balsdon 2009-01-05	Banthai Village, City, Thapae Soi 3 Banthai Village was the prettiest hotel we stayed at during our trip to Thailand, the only advice I would offer is to request an upstairs room for privacy as you have to keep your curtains closed if you are in your room on the ground floor. Staff were very courteous, rooms were lovely and beautifully decorated. The pool is a bonus too. Also get directions to the hotel written in Thai as is it difficult to find & not too well known. Would definitely recommend it, well situated within walking distance to the Night Market & Taepae Gate.	Really easy & info was 100% on each resort we booked - no hidden surprises!

Ho Joanne Tso Yee 2008-12-24	Banthai Village, City, Thapae Soi 3 The hotel is very cozy and decent.Location is great, just 10 mins walk to night bazzar. Room layout is excellent with balcony. Staff services is excellent, very nice and helpful.	Reliable and efficient.
Michael James 2008-12-16	Banthai Village, City, Thapae Soi 3 This is a very nice and well run boutique hotel in the heart of Chiang Mai. Close to the old city and the night market. Staff are very friendly. We had a deluxe room, could have done with more storage. Nowhere to put your luggage and only one small wardrobe. No drawers, or shelves for clothes and toiletries. We had a nice outside space to sit, the pool area is very nice too. Wish they could be more imaginative at breakfast, nice for the first two days, then the menu becomes boring, same, same.

Staff is very friendly, always keen to help wherever they can. Located not fare from the city center is is an good starting point to explore Chiang Mai. The rooms are quit and very clean. Internet access is free!!! Everytime again! One of our best Hotels during our Trip! Great value for money!	Excellent! Quick and reliable!
T 2008-05-04 until 2008-05-08	Banthai Village, City, Thapae Soi 3 The hotel is a beautiful and peaceful place. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great as it is within walking distance to the night market and the sunday market near Tapae Gate. The restaurant has a good american breakfast which they serve in the courtyard near the pool. I will definitely stay here next time we are in town.	Sawadee is always very easy to use and extremely reliable. We booked all of our hotels through them.

Great location just between the Night market and the Old City, walking distance to both. Excellent service, beautifully designed rooms. We requested an extra bed and there was still more than enough room for 3 persons.	very efficent
