Imperial Mae Ping Hotel, Sridonchai Road One of the best hotel in Chiangmai, I love to stay here. The location is perfect, staffs are very nice and breakfast is very good. |

Imperial Mae Ping Hotel, Sridonchai Road Very nice hotel near night market.I recommend it! |
Excellent! |
| Mr. Einy Yoel 2007-04-09 until 2007-04-10 |
Imperial Mae Ping Hotel, Sridonchai Road Since none of the Royal suites has got a bath tube (?!)But only showers, we stayed one night on the Presidential Suite. Paying over 12000 per night should leave a good impression isn t? Well it didn t! The bathroom cleaning status is far from being good. The facilities are old, not enough light in any of the 3 rooms suite and the air con is far from making you breathe well and the presence of 2 dozens of mosquitoes made it even harder. However the stuff is very polite, gentle and willing to serve. Stay away from the lobby and the manager s promises…... |
Very Good |

Imperial Mae Ping Hotel, Sridonchai Road Pleasant stay and an efficient service provided. The rooms are comfortable, functional and immaculate. Location is excellent for accessing the night bizarre market area and easy walking distance to the centre of town |
Very efficient, quick and straight forward |

Imperial Mae Ping Hotel, Sridonchai Road Nice hotel, however, not so friendly, you do not really feel at home as compared to the Empress hotel which I would recommend in stead, its a bit further out from the market, but who cares ?? |
Use Sawadee, you will not find cheeper prices or a more reliable Co. |
| MR DUNCAN WHITING 2006-05-26 until 2006-05-27 |
Imperial Mae Ping Hotel, Sridonchai Road Cannot fault this hotel. It is large, the rooms are very comfortable and the staff are very friendly. Large choice of eating places, Bar inside and out, and just round the corner from the Nightmarket. Only stayed one night as going to BKK but found it to be very pleasant. |
No problems |

Imperial Mae Ping Hotel, Sridonchai Road Nice hotel. Bathroom needs some refurbishment though. Good breakfast and excellent location. Incredible staff. |
There is hardly any way to improve themselves. Sawadee.com is topping the list. |

Imperial Mae Ping Hotel, Sridonchai Road Lovely modern hotel close to the night market and in a good part of town. The rooms were fine and the bfast was top notch. The pool area was very good although there is so much to see that you are not likely to spend much time using it. We would stay there again. |
Very good. Had no probs at all. |
| Elmer Martin 2006-02-26 until 2006-03-02 |
Imperial Mae Ping Hotel, Sridonchai Road Second stay there. I like the location. I ve always stayed in a royal suite on the 15th floor. I recommend it and I started going there on the recommendation of a frequent traveler to Chiang Mai |
ok as usual |
| Nathan 2006-02-20 until 2006-02-22 |
Imperial Mae Ping Hotel, Sridonchai Road Had to wait until 2:00 pm for check-in. Bathroom less than stellar in terms of size and cleanliness. Staff attitude was good. Hotel location near night market and plenty of food near by. However, having had a better overall experience in many other Thailand hotels at similar price range, I ll probably pick another hotel in Chiang Mai next time. |
Sawadee was great as always! |

Imperial Mae Ping Hotel, Sridonchai Road The hotel location is great, and the facilities adequate; but the service was lacking. Disorganisation was very evident during breakfasts (we were led around like sheep in the search for a table), and one had to hunt down coffee or tea, waiters either lacking or disinterested. Additionally the selection was limited for a hotel of its class. Compared to other establishments in Thailand, this one rates low, especially price/quality ratio. |

Imperial Mae Ping Hotel, Sridonchai Road This is a really great hotel, in a perfect location. It was only about a 3 minute walk to the beginning of all the night bazaar stalls and tuk tuks stop right outside the hotel during the day. Breakfast was great - lots on offer. Both pools looked nice, but we didn t have a lot of time to hang around the hotel - there s too much to do in Chiang Mai! The room we had was smallish, but very functional and comfortable! I would recommend this hotel and will stay there next time we go to Chiang Mai. |
Reliable and efficient. I received plenty of confirmation emails during all steps of the booking procedure and everything was in place for an easy check in and stay at the hotel. |

Imperial Mae Ping Hotel, Sridonchai Road Generally, my impression of the hotel was decent. The singularly best thing about the hotel is its convenient location near the Night Bazaar. The service and breakfast was adequate overall, although there were two things which annoyed me. Firstly, one of my party arrived earlier than the rest of the group. The reception forgot about him and left him dozing on the lobby armchair for 2hours after which he roused and reminded them. Secondly, they cleaned our room one day and left us without any toilet paper - although it has to be said, they were prompt to respond when we called. |
Very good. |
| HHY 2005-12-05 until 2005-12-06 |
Imperial Mae Ping Hotel, Sridonchai Road Quite central location, the superior room which is cheaper is much more comfortable & better than deluxe room which had lousy shower and amenities. |
Excellent and reliable services, with good rates. Used many times without problem. |
| Steven Hoag 2005-11-09 until 2005-11-11 |
Imperial Mae Ping Hotel, Sridonchai Road The location was wonderful and the staff were friendly and helpful. My overall experience was very good. The room was large enough for me but I ve stayed in larger rooms at other hotels in Thailand. The breakfast was good, although I don t belive that the choices were as numerious as I m used to. It is a good choice for the money. |
Very effecient |

Imperial Mae Ping Hotel, Sridonchai Road Great location next to Night Bazaar and within walking distance of moat and old part of Chiang Mai. Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly. |
Excellent. |

Imperial Mae Ping Hotel, Sridonchai Road This is the second time we have visisted this hotel and we considerate it one of the best in the area.We had one small problem but within fortyfive minutes the General Manager had met with us and resolved the problem to our satisfaction. We would highly reccommend this hotel to anyone travelling to this area. |
Excellent. |
| Mr. Jeff Morfitt 2005-03-22 until 2005-03-23 |
Imperial Mae Ping Hotel, Sridonchai Road Hotel facilities and staff were great. The location is perfect in Chiang Mai. The only negative is the typical asian harder than rock beds. |
Sawadee service was, as always, quick and dependable. |
| Stephen Cook 2004-10-27 until 2004-10-29 |
Imperial Mae Ping Hotel, Sridonchai Road Lovely hotel and superb service.Me and my gf were upgraded to a suite on the business floor. The room was serviced twice daily.Unbeatable value for money.Highly recommended. |
Very smooth transaction. |
| CIARA MCNICKLE 2004-10-23 until 2004-11-03 |
Imperial Mae Ping Hotel, Sridonchai Road I would highly recommend the Imperial Mae Ping hotel. The hotel is centrally situated about 1 min walk from the night bizaar. The breakfast was a huge buffet every morning and the swimming pools and room was also great. I think this hotel is excellent value for money and would stay in it again if i was visiting Chiang Mai. |

| Mr. Chris 2004-10-04 until 2004-10-05 |
Imperial Mae Ping Hotel, Sridonchai Road The hotel is a very dirty hotel. The service was below standards and I found it to be a great disappointment. Should of stayed where I normally stay in Chiang Mai. Will definately never stay at an Imperial property again. I am glad my mistake was for only one night. Don t you make the same mistake. |
Like Sawadee.com, but certainly would be nice if they gave more guidance as to how nice the property was not in this case. |
| Mr. Benjamin Lawson 2004-08-23 until 2004-08-28 |
Imperial Mae Ping Hotel, Sridonchai Road nice hotel, great pool area and the staff were really helpful. |

|
| Robert P. Heywood 2004-07-23 until 2004-07-26 |
Imperial Mae Ping Hotel, Sridonchai Road This is an excellent hotel in a good location - staff tend to be slightly snooty (arrogant) until they get to know you and then some become more friendly - but still can recommend it. |
Excellent - but too much paperwork - lots of e-mails! |
| Dexter Kho 2004-07-23 until 2004-07-25 |
Imperial Mae Ping Hotel, Sridonchai Road Good service. Helpful staff. |
Excellent service. Fast response and confirmation to online enquiry and booking. The SMS to my mobile (providing Help Line No) on arrival was another value add service. Will definitely use your service again. |
| Paul Pybus 2004-07-11 until 2004-07-15 |
Imperial Mae Ping Hotel, Sridonchai Road Good service, clean rooms and huge choice for breakfast. |
As always, fast and efficient. |
| Manish Rastogi 2004-02-27 until 2004-03-02 |
Imperial Mae Ping Hotel, Sridonchai Road Fantastic hotel, generally used by older American crowds rather than younger one like us. My wife and I stayed for 4 nights in a deluxe room on the 11th floor. The room was nice with all facilities. The buffet breakfast was fabulous with continental and asian choices. I would recommend the omlettes whole-heartedly! We even used the travel assistance desk, the lady was polite and helpful. Overall the staff are attentive and helpful. Probably could save a little money by staying in the superior rooms since we did not use the additional room too much but then you may not get the great view of town from top floors! Will stay here again if we had too. 4 stars / 5. |
Booking was fine. Sometimes staff take longer than the 24hours they notify on email. |
| Mr Andrew Sargent 2004-02-23 until 2004-02-28 |
Imperial Mae Ping Hotel, Sridonchai Road Very disappointed. The deluxe room and bathroom were very small. The breakfast room was overcrowded and the service was poor, although a large selection of foods wee available which were fine. The beds are very hard (like sleeping on the floor). There are not enough lifts, we had to wait several mintues on more than one occasion. We were disturbed in the evenings by loud music from the beer garden. The location was good for the night market (few minute walk). I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone as I believe it is over priced for the accomodation it offers. |
Faultless service, we amended the dates of our stay while we were in Thailand a few days before we were due to check in. This was handled efficiently via email without any additional cost and we even received a call to confirm the change was ok. Well done! |
| Frank Boutchyard Jr. 2004-02-21 until 2004-02-27 |
Imperial Mae Ping Hotel, Sridonchai Road Great location (just 2 blocks away from the Night Baazar)! Hotel staff was great. Deluxe room was smaller than anticipated. On the next visit,I will request a room on the front side of the hotel (away from the Beer Garden), inorder to get some rest. |
Excellent! prompt email replies. |
| Ms. Kathrin Fischer 2004-01-09 until 2004-01-10 |
