About the hotel:
the location ist perfect for a shopping trip. very friendly staff, the rooms are in urgent need of renovation. The bathroom is old and very low. The shower will end at a height of 180 cm. As for the food, in one sentence: In the shopping center you can find better and cheaper

About the hotel:
We enjoyed stay at Lotus hotel. We booked Deluxe room for our honeymoon. Nice hotel, staff are friendly. They decorated our bed with 2 towel swans and red white roses. Very romantic. We didn t need to shop far away cause the shopping mall is just at doorstep from the hotel. We will stay again at Lotus hotel.

About the hotel:
My stay was most enjoyable. My only complaint is the price of a glass of red wine in the lounge bar. 295baht per glass is the price of a good bottle of red wine in Australia. At 200baht for fillet mignon steak I considered very inexpensive.The service re transfers was excellent.

Hotel is grand and nearby main road . Overall is alright but Air condition was very noisy .

The rooms furnishings are getting a little old now and the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. All the staff are very good and there is a large shopping centre next door. It s probably better for business travellers and those with a car as it s a distance from the city centre and night markets

nice, clean hotel,we enjoyed it, fantastic breakfast too. Great service and convenient to dept store shopping. This is the second time we have stayed and we will return to this hotel again.

About the hotel:
The hotel is very nice, good view of Doi Suthep. But we (me & my boyfriend)had food poisoning from the hotel breakfast. We can t go any place we would like to go, just stay in the room and go to toilet every 20 mins. Very disappointed with my first holiday in Chiangmai. No shopping, no anything. End of my trip, we got home now.

1. It is a 2.5 star hotel. 2. The room and other facilitiews need much improvement. 3. Parking space needs better management. 4. Food services are not up to standards. 5. Hotel employess are friendly and fairly efficient.

very big hotel with 2 wings.stayed in the cheaper wing which was a bit isolated but rooms were big and clean beautiful rooftop pool.very central to city.
