I got in very late, the staff were still ready for my and check in went very fast.I found the staff very efficient and frendly. The pool was well maintained and the food was great.I will stay there again.

Good service and everything in the room works alright and no problem checking in. Good facilities for guests, convenient location in the city. Would recommend to others as a good value hotel in Surin.

We have been quite disappointed by this hotel which is poorly maintained. The bathroom was too small and the tableclothes were dirty.

Nice Room, friendly staff, fast laundry, minibar not expensive. Near the city centre. If you are in Surin, it s an option.

A midleclass town-hotell.Noting special. Bad breakfast, nice beds and clean room. Laudry-service cheap and very fast. Staff hardly speak english, and no one talked to us for 3 days. When we checked in: Not a welcome , no good morning when we went for brakfast and not even a Thank you when we checked out. Next time in Surin we will stay at The Majestic.
