Indrek Raud 2008-11-19	Kosa Hotel, Khon Kaen Well located, rooms are in need of small touchup and don t expect any views. All the extras are charged at high prices and basic business facilities are missing. For me Internet connection is vital, the cost per day is nearly half of the price for the room and even that didn t work. Ended up using across the street Internet center.	Excellent!

Since I was here last time (in january) they have added many new televisonchannels, so there now is everything you could wish for. There was a small hole in the carpet, that really should have been fixed, and the breakfast-selection is still a little limited, but overall a very good experience.	As always perfect.
Marilyn Wadick 2008-07-05 until 2008-07-12	Kosa Hotel, Khon Kaen The Kosa Hotel is well situated and within walking distance of markets, food stalls, shopping centres, craft shops,and internet cafes. It is in a nice setting, the pool is very refreshing and clean, and the breakfast very generous and varied.Staff were very helpful. Our main problem was the noise from an adjacent building where three huge air-conditioning fans operated 24 hours a day! They were so noisy it really spoiled our stay and I even slept with ear plugs! Attempts to move to another room were unsuccessful. We would suggest the Hotel invest in double glazing for that block of rooms.If I were to return I would check where my room was first! Apart from that we enjoyed our stay in Khon Kaen very much.

Nasim Husain 2008-03-14 until 2008-03-22	Kosa Hotel, Khon Kaen Have stayed at Kosa several times in the past and generally found this hotel to be very good. Particularly like the open air beer bar. Location is very good, main shopping areas, internet access, ATM and banking facilities are adjacent to this hotel. My only complaint, relevant to my stay this time, was that there were no international news channels available at the room TVs’. I did speak to the acting manager of the hotel about the lack of BBC, CNN, and even that atrocious Fox News, but, he was unable to give me access to TV news . I could always keep up with world events, stock quotes and the like via the internet.	EXCELLENT !

I did not have time to use the many fascillities at the hotel. On a negative note, the selection for breakfast was a little limited, and I could have used some more channels on the TV. All in all a good room for the price.	Everything worked as it should.

Stan Pressman 2007-11-12 until 2007-11-14	Kosa Hotel, Khon Kaen Enjoyed the Kosa. Room was nice and big. Carpet had 10cm burn circle. Limited English channels. I was on the 12th floor; beautiful view. Good breakfast buffet came with room price. They must have alot of people taking towels as souvenirs since they have a sheet posted on the desk with the prices of the items if you take them. Shopping center right next door. Would stay again.	Excellent, as usual.

The people at the desk were most helpful which included them arranging a last-minute flight for me to Chiang Mai. I couldn t ask for more attentive service. Keep up the great work! When visitng Khon Kaen in the future, I will be sure to stay at the Kosa Hotel.	Booking couldn t have been any easier. Thank you!

Hotel is centrally located in Khon Kaen, staff are friendly and efficient, rooms (deluxe) very spacious and nicely decorated. Only suggestion might be to have a safe in the room. otherwise recommend for your stay in Khon Kaen	good
Gary Elvin 2007-09-13 until 2007-09-17	Kosa Hotel, Khon Kaen rubbish. booked and paid for four nights stayed for one.would not upgrade even at my expense so booked in elsewhere at my expence. hotel dirty and old. breakfast ok. shower over filthy bath, there idea of a delux room and mine were many miles apart. if you expect good accomadation.do not go to Kosa, would not reccomend if last hotel in thailand	first class service as always. hotel comments not applicable to sawadee. very happy with service provided, just not happy with hotel

I was pleased to be met at the airport even though I hadn t arranged it & was taken to the hotel in their private mini-bus (for 70 baht). Staff tried hard to please although their English was a bit limited at times. The hotel is also in a nice central location just off the main road, & has a shopping centre opposite which was useful. I would definatley reccomend the Kosa Hotel	No problems, everything went very smoothly

One negative aspect is there is no car parking dedicated to guests and this is a problem if you come by your own car.	No problems

Some noodle dish was cold also. Unacceptable for this otherwise nice hotel. At best, a cook should be stationed to prepare the eggs as ordered or at the least, kept in a warmer. I would stay again but skip the breakfast for sure.

Do prefer Kosa to Sofitel, because Kosa provides a more personaized service. Have trotted the globe quite a bit , but I really can t think of any other hotel in the world at which I received the degree of courtesy and hospitality that I got at Kosa. Really love Khon Kaen and Kosa . Am looking forward to my next visit to Khon Kaen , when I ll DEFINITELY stay at Kosa again. Thank you Kosa.	Very good.

Mr.Nasim Husain 2005-05-04 until 2005-05-09	Kosa Hotel, Khon Kaen My experience with this hotel can only be dscribed as SUPERB. Staff were truly wonderful -always helpful & courteous. I also liked the open air beer garden of this hotel. I arrived at this hotel in the late evening, when all banks were closed and couldn t cash my traveller cheques as the hotel didn t have sufficient funds at that time , they however arranged for their van to take me to the airport, cash my traveller cheques and return to the hotel on their van - all this was done with a smile and free of cost ! I ve been to most countries of this world and stayed at innumerable hotels, but have seldom come across the level of courtesy that I was fortunate to receive at Kosa.	Very good.

Mr. Kenneth Thomas 2003-12-07 until 2003-12-11	Kosa Hotel, Khon Kaen I spent 4 very comfortable days at the Kosa Hotel in Khon Khaen north east of Thailand. The staff were very hospitable, we were met at the airport by the hotel which was nice. The food was excellent and the hotel was located in just the right place in the town with shops, bars and a large bowling complex on the doorstep.	I found Sawadee.com very helpful I stayed in about 5 different hotels in Thailand and the service was very good.
